B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

Cons: "First unexpected costs were not revealed at booking, price for the trip does not include your Carry-on bag. If you want to check in early there is a per seat charge otherwise it's assigned seating by them. We stood in line @ the Frontier counter to check baggage for 1 hour!!! It was understaffed and poorly organized. Then it took another half hour to get through TSA; not Frontiers fault. By the time we got to our gate we were already impatient to get it over with. Boarding was slow as many passengers with window seats came on last forcing a constant reshuffling of passengers. While the crew was competent, all the other problems made the flight very mediocre."

Charged for seats unless you wanted to wait until you got there and received poor seats. Charged for every little thing but couldn't even offer you a drink and a bag of chips. Flights delayed. Never again. I'll go with Delta or Southwest from now on."

Cons: "My flight to Kansas City was one hour late in leaving. No information was given to us about updates or why? My return to Denver was over 2 hours late. Once again, no updates or why? Southwest gives you peanuts, crackers and a free soft drink. You have to pay for everything on Frontier At the baggage claim we waited a long time. The information board showed our flight at #3. After a long time a passenger yelled to all of us, "hey, it is down here at a difference place.""

Cons: "I had never flown on Frontier before. I selected Frontier because it offered the least expensive flight. I did not know that to get a seat I had to pay a fee for each leg of the trip. I also was not aware I needed to pay $30 to check a bag. In addition, I was not aware one could not even get water on the plane without paying for it. To top it off, 2 of the three bathrooms on the plane were inoperable."

Cons: "Very hard to see the "1" (ONE) when I check in, showing that I have already paid for one piece of checked luggage. The zero where I would add another luggage is in very large font. A bit confusing. On board service could be a little more professional with ongoing offers for service (pick up trash, offer free water) when seat belt light not on. Boarding area was a wee bit crowded in Kansas City."

Pros: "I didn't receive a smile or even an acknowledgement from flight attendents. Couldn't hear the safety speech at all. Annunciate and speak clearly would be my suggestion. This person sounded like they had a mouth full of mashed potatoes. I won't fly frontier again even though it used to be my preference. The baggage fee, not even a complimentary drink?? Uninterested staff. Very poor customer service. However, the pilot got us to destination on time and w/out mishap, hence my OK rating. Otherwise super disappointed in crew and staff."

It would be a stretch to say the seats are padded. The clientele is cheaper than the fare with lots of crying babes and impolite guests running to the door as the plane arrives to the gate."

Unless you're traveling without any bags I guess it's pretty inexpensive. But that's unrealistic. I'll probably check other airline options as far as baggage. Cause this is a horrible way to treat passengers flying on your Airline."
