Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.

The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Cons: "The only bright spot was your great crew. First, Frontier doesn't even staff its ticket counter at MCI, so, heaven forbid there's an accident on the highway and we're a couple of minutes late, we can't even get through security. That's beyond annoying. Frontier charges for everything. For seats. For bags. For drinks. For food. So, after a haphazard boarding process and ending up in a middle seat, I flew on a lawn chair. Thankfully, it was a short flight. I enjoyed a tiny cup of water and opted not to spend $2.99 on another beverage. All of that, I knew about in advance and expected. I was thinking "at least my flight was cheap..." At the end, Southwest would have even been cheaper. I also didn't realize Frontier couldn't even be bothered by the basics. For example, opening the door when we arrived in Denver. We were on time. We waited on a gate, which is annoying, but not unusual, but then, after we pulled up to the gate, we waited ANOTHER 15-20 minutes in a roasting hot plane. JUST for someone to open the door to permit us to deplane. One of my fellow passengers quipped: "Are they going to make us pay to get off the plane?" Funny, sarcastic, but a sentiment many of your passengers shared. We finally exited the plane, and I waited on my bags--the ones I'd spent $75 to check. There was no information. No announcement. No update. The supervisor truly didn't even know what was going on. An HOUR AND A HALF later, the supervisor said, "I think your bags are still on the plane. We're short staffed, so another supervisor and I will go help unload them" Seriously? At what point did unloading bags become optional? We finally got our bags, and I'm the one who finally told the supervisor that bags from Kansas City were beginning to arrive. She announced it to the rest of the grumpy crowd. It was much worse with the cranky kids waiting on their strollers and carseats. I fly this route often. I arrived home AFTER I usually do on the much later Southwest and United flights. My fiance and I are traveling back and forth DEN-MCI/MCI-Denver often. We no longer even look at Frontier as an option when booking our tickets"

Just before landing the flight crew allowed someone to use the latrine. After they had already made their final pass thur of the cabin. The young man returned to his seat about 30 seconds before the pilot announced, "prepare to land.""
Pros: "Outstanding flight experience. Haven't flown Frontier for decades but definitely plan to do so in the future."

Cons: "Dumped in Atlanta at 3 am (6 hours late) on concourse E after the trains were shut down. Instead of having a shuttle bring us to the front we had to walk to baggage claim. It took nearly 45 minutes. There was no notice and no help for elderly people. Thanks Frontier."

Charged for seats unless you wanted to wait until you got there and received poor seats. Charged for every little thing but couldn't even offer you a drink and a bag of chips. Flights delayed. Never again. I'll go with Delta or Southwest from now on."

Agent in baggage claim kept apologizing for delays and bags on wrong carousels. She was ready to have a stroke. Bet she quit today. No options to pick own seats unless you paid more for the seats."
