If I paid for a seat and I'm allowed two carry ons then there should be room for them. Don't ask people to check bags because of a full plane. The crew should have there own place to store their belongings, not where the passengers do and take their space. The life rafts need to be easy to get to but again should take up a spot a passenger has paid for their luggage to go. If that is the only space for these items then don't allow passengers to bring two items if in those seats or on the whole plane. It's really disappointing when your told you may have to check your bag because there's not enough room."

To get from Philly to avoca on a flight is half an hour. On a bus, its two hours. If an airline knows there will be a four hour delay, how do you not provide that service? I watched plent of other flights go to AVP and even to Allentown, no one could offer one of those options to me? Cold, compressed and miserable experience."

At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

They were useless in finding flights, starting looking at flights starting in other states, took forever. I ended up getting help once I got to the airport"

Airlines that still charge passengers for in-flight entertainment deserve a special sort of hatred that they receive, and United is the worst for this. Charging for wifi and movies is straight out of the year 2000, and that's squarely where United is. If JetBlue can offer free wifi, complementary movies and TV, snacks that are not stale, and an extra inch of legroom so can United. I hate this airline."
Cons: "I'm carrying my luggages from terminal 5 to terminal 2 , I'm about to passed the screening to board to United airlines but the employee at the front stop me because I have 2 luggages and it may not be allowed, she told me to ask an employee about it and one employee told me to go to terminal 1 to drop off my lugggaes. So I went there and told one of the employee of United airlines that I just need to drop off my lugggaes and she saw the stickers on my bags and told to used the kiosk and print again a new tags because the one attached was already old, but the stickers attached printed pittsburgh, while I'm trying to print another one, a nice employee from ANA saw me and asked me if I need help, she told me I don't need to print another one , I just need to drop off the bags. She's so nice and helpful to assist me .No one told me about this in Manila so I don't need to experience the inconvenience in the first place."

Cons: "My United connecting flight was delayed. I rushed to arrive at the gate prior to the departure time to be told the plane had left early and I had been rescheduled to the next morning at 7am. However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights."

It took precious time to load passengers 1 group at a time while bags were checked. Once airborne I saw I only had 10 minutes or less to make my connection in Newark, which I inevitably missed. Poorly scheduled. Many passengers missed connections. It would have been much quicker and easier to advise passengers to check bags at the gate BEFORE the plane arrived knowing it was overbooked. I'm very disappointed in how the entire boarding was handled given the time constraints."

They had no means of looking after the contents. Was I suppose to carry my content???This was ever so frustrating since the suitcase was brand new. Then the lady told me that my warranty on the bag will cover the damage. It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. They were very helpful."

Customer Service was helpful and able to rebook and provide overnight hotel accommodations, but it was a very slow process that clearly frustrated some customers even more. Clearly not anyone's fault, but still frustrating and not a great flying experience."
