Pros: "The crew did a great job and I enjoyed the movies."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Old aircraft showing its age."

Pros: "Fast easy flight"

Pros: "The crew was amazing and smooth flight"
Cons: "No entertainment option was avail except WiFi (T-Mobile) which wasn’t free"

Cons: "90 minute delay"

Pros: "The staff handled the situation very well."
Cons: "The delays put me arriving at 4am. Missed a half day of work, and was practically useless the last half of the day. I understand things go wrong, but they blamed the weather and the other airlines were getting planes in and out just fine. Even Frontier Airlines at least offers a meal voucher for del"

Pros: "NOTHING."
Cons: "Missed the flight due to the sheer unhelpfulness and incompetence of the gate personnel. They would not let me board, since I was about 10 minutes late. THEN THE PLANE WAS DELAYED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS!!! I was stranded in NY, overnight, and had to pay hundreds of dollars for a train ticket and a cab."

Pros: "Crew was nice"
Cons: "It would have been better if the flight wasn’t 3 hours late."

Pros: "The check in counter personnel was VERY UNHELPFUL. I was running late to previous Delta flight baggage delay. The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train."
Cons: "The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!"

Pros: "The flight was on time and quick."
Cons: "the number of kids......not too fond. :/"

Cons: "If there could have been some sort of services to take travelers to their connecting flight, for cases of really short time window of course, it’d be extremely helpful."

Pros: "Seats were comfortable. On time. Entertainment was outstanding. Made the trip “fly” by!!"
Cons: "Nothing."

Pros: "Smooth flight. Everything was great."

Pros: "I always appreciate in-flight television even on short flights."
Cons: "Very tight seating."

Pros: "I liked that military boarded first."
Cons: "I think disabled US Veterans should board with active duty and retired military"

Pros: "I love Delta! Always professional, efficient and polite. They disappoint on this round-trip flight. They are my go-to carrier. When I call the people whom I speak to are always very polite and efficient"
Cons: "The person next to me was a very large individual and the seats were not wide. This phenomenon had nothing to do with Delta as a carrier, however."

Pros: "Everything was great everyone was fantastic. F"

Pros: "Not sure why this flight was delayed inbound. But it made the departure late by over 30 minutes."

Pros: "Seats are comfortable and didn’t mind staying with the back upright. Flight attendants veery friendly and boarding was fast and easy."
Cons: "Headrest was too short and there’s no seat back screen. More communication from the cockpit at the end would have been nice. Announcements were very hard to hear over the background plane noise."

Cons: "Never told why we were delayed by more than 90 minutes"

Pros: "The Delta Help Desk at the airport was actually pretty helpful for the times I had to use them."
Cons: "Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Pros: "Everyone was friendly and got us to our destination"
Cons: "None"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "No food, no outlets, a terrible delayed not explained to passengers."

Pros: "Nothing.. the entire experience was horrible. Nasty seat. Had to get rebooked 3 times to finally get home but had to fly into a different airport and you also lost my bag so I have nothing to wear to my father's funeral."
Cons: "Everyrhing. the entire experience was horrible. Nasty seat. Had to get rebooked 3 times to finally get home but had to fly into a different airport and you also lost my bag so I have nothing to wear to my father's funeral"

Cons: "Unexplained delays, lack of transfer services (there was no separate connections security screening; passengers were required, after a redeye flight and customs, to switch floors and stand in long lines with general security. Also, no beverages of any kind were offered."

Cons: "The airline booked us on two flights from SLC to BWI. Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. Delta offered nothing for this. One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

Pros: "The staff was wonderful and the flight was smooth"
Cons: "N/A"

Cons: "JFK was depressing but not Delta’s problem."

Pros: "Delta is not a good place to be"
Cons: "Delta is not good on customer service"

Pros: "Snacks & beverages on a 1 hour flight. Very nice crew"
Cons: "Older plane, no entertainment"

Pros: "Kyle was our flight attendant. He was great. Attentive the whole trip and served us water and snacks."

Pros: "I missed my flight and was not able to rebook any of it, losing 600 dollars..."

Pros: "Nice crew, comfortable"
Cons: "Had to check in my carry on because there was "no space" left but after me were some people who could go in with their carry ons"

Pros: "I am 6’3” and have difficulty with leg room on planes. Staff help me out by moving my son and I to Comfort seating row."

Pros: "Where the flight attendants on my AeroMexico portion were authentically compassionate, the flight attendants for delta were superficial. The flight attendant, while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."
Cons: "They forced everyone in the third zone to check our hand carry and there was no entertainment."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Terrible staff"

Cons: "Whatever hack airline you are contracting with to do shuttle flights is terrible. Both the flight itself and the customer handling. If I ever see the option "operated by endeavor air" I am avoiding at all costs."

Pros: "very little"
Cons: "Could they make sears smaller? The plane was really old too."

Pros: "The crew was nice and helpful."
Cons: "The economy plus wasn't nearly as nice as any other airlines. It gave the least amount of extra leg room and the only other amenity they gave was a toothbrush. Even United economy plus is bigger. Plus if you want to change anything you have to pay include just to try and go stand by on an earlier flight."

Pros: "Had a chance to download the entertainment app during layover, so could take advantage of movies available on second flight. Crew still good; gate attendants friendly; snacks/drinks readily available."

Pros: "Comfortable seating and roomy"
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Cons: "After checking in at a kisok I had to wait in a huge line for over 20 minutes just to drop the bag. This the second time I have had this experience with them."

Pros: "Delta met and exceeded all of my expectations on this Atlanta to Baltimore flight."
Cons: "Wonderful service, on time departure and arrival."

Pros: "Nothing to speak of. Nothing exceptional from any other airline - basic"

Cons: "Our carry-on luggage was taken away from us because the gate agent decided it looked too big. A family of four with luggage larger than ours was allowed to carry theirs on. Our luggage was then sent down to the baggage carousel at Baltimore. We took carry-on to avoid this. I don't think we will fly Delta again."

Pros: "The ramp agents and crew were excellent and they were professional."
Cons: "Flying in first class and watching all the economy passengers dragging multiple carry ons to save a baggage fee"

Cons: "Not a lot of leg room"

Pros: "Seemingly new aircraft with comfortable seats and wide center isle. The Fly Delta app on iPhone is very good for finding out information about flights and bags."
Cons: "The flight was delayed over two hours due to weather conditions at ATL. Good thing too as my inbound flight from SRQ-ATL was delayed as well and if this flight had been on time I would certainly have missed the connection. For some reason I couldn't get my boarding pass from ATL-BWI to show up in the Fly Delta app on my phone, and I couldn't seem to print one at any kiosk in the terminal at ATL. I scanned the SRQ-ATL boarding pass and that worked fine. My connecting flight to BWI was also delayed due to weather at ATL. There were two hours between landing at ATL and taking off for BWI, plenty of time to move a bag from plane to plane, yet my suitcase took a different flight from ATL-BWI and I still don't have it even though they promised I would have it delivered to my apartment by 6:30A this morning. I understand that weather was a problem in Atlanta but really? When I landed, I noticed in the Fly Delta app that my bag was taking a later flight to BWI despite more than ample time to get it from the SRQ-ATL plane to the ATL-BWI plane. This was good, as I didn't bother to wait for my bag at the carousel but proceeded directly to the Baggage Services office. I was assured my bag would be delivered to my apartment after that flight landed at 8 PM. Continued to check bag status in the Fly Delta app and noticed that they scheduled delivery to my apartment by 6:30 AM this morning and closed the claim. I left for work at 7 this morning and still no bag. I filed a property loss claim at Delta's website; delayed baggage flyer suggests doing so will get me a $25 or $50 voucher for future travel since the bag was not delivered within 12 hours of my delayed bag claim at 2:15 PM. Too bad it has to be used within 30 days and I don't think I will be able to fly anywhere within 30 days."

"A+"

"For some reason the plane was so uncomfortably hot. The vents did not seem like they were working at all."

"Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again."

Pros: "The pilot gave all the information pleasantly. It was easy to find my seat and everyone was compliant with COVID-19 rules/restrictions."
Cons: "Boarding process could’ve been a bit quicker. There should be free accessible WiFi for everyone."

Cons: "Seat 33A. The audio output was bad. Could not clearly hear dialog. Restarting did not help, this issue as consistent got all media programs."

Cons: "The seats were tiny! I'm a big woman, but not a huge one and I struggled to get my belt on. Considering how nice their seats are, this is one of the smallest seats I've ever sat in!"

Cons: "Delayed"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 3 hrs"

Pros: "Awesome Customer Service"
Cons: "Nothing"

Cons: "More space."

Pros: "Easy flight. Free drinks and snacks. Nice crew."
Cons: "No individual entertainment. Do not help those that are AA members"

Cons: "There was room for my carry on, although they said it was full and cheked it"

Cons: "Poor they lost my luggage. They did not allowed me to take my suitcas whit me because the plan was too small. I never travel again whit amercan airlines"

Pros: "?"
Cons: "the fact they changed my schedule and had to come in earlier customer service was awful and my luggage came back dirty and the best response was that the belts are dirty and i can expect wear and tear. not only that i had to book myself an earlier trip to pay the standby fee so i can leave the same time my brother left tsa screening had us wait 20 min before we move in the line for the fact no worker was there but one guy and i was the last person to board the plane after almost missing closing gates my expierence was awful and disrespectful"

Cons: "Pushy crowd.."

Cons: "Over 45 mins for bags to get on the belt ? Ridiculous. Won’t fly with AA again"

Pros: "Teeny little plane but easy (early i think!) boarding process and nice flight attendant."
Cons: "We were in quite a long line to take off and when we arrived in bmore there was no one to manage the jet bridge and we sat for a little while. Seems like these issues should be easy to solve - you know when the plane is arriving for over an hour!"

Cons: "Same is last."

Cons: "Cabin temperature was probably 60 degrees. Could understand if we left a 90 degree city. But not on an early morning flight with 70 degree ambient temps when we took off. I’ve been warmer in mid January flights from Chicago."

Pros: "Amazing and comfortable"
Cons: "We left a little late."

Cons: "Getting canned and put on a flight five hours later. Good job AA"

Pros: "The crew was excellent and most of the counter staff was good except for the one in Dallas. Actually flew on JAL partner AA"
Cons: "Delay out of Wichita and another delay out of Dallas, got into Tokyo 3 hours late. Paid $167 for upgrade to economy plus but seat assignment was in economy"

Pros: "I was under the weather and she was very very very helpful Mary and all AA flight attendants are great I will fly AA as often as I can because of Mary"

Pros: "-Efficient Boarding -Great flight attendants -Communicative Pilots (flight time, number in line on runway, etc)"
Cons: "Did not dislike anything on this trip."

Cons: "80 minute delay"

Pros: "Got two seats to myself."
Cons: "I don't even know who our flight attendants were. Did we have them? Isn't that a requirement?? Guy in seat in front of me was super rude (yes, I know it's not the airline's fault.). Terrible turbulence (again, not AA's fault)."

Pros: "No problems."
Cons: "All was well."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I was told to preboard when I checked in before the flight and was told by another employee i was in group 6 and shouldnt be in line. Had to explain why I was preboarding and didn't like having to hold up the line. It was embarrassing."

Pros: "People were nice"

Pros: "I like the ease of boarding and the offer of complimentary check-in if the bags. I assume it was because the flight was fully booked. Overall I was pleased."
Cons: "The entertainment could be better during the flight. I also don’t remember being offered any snacks during the flights either."

Cons: "No carry on bags"

Pros: "Crew was outstanding"
Cons: "Hurried beverage service since arriving early. R"

Pros: "flight crew on my way to BWI were great!!!"
Cons: "american airlines does not care about the privacy of their passengers. even after several calls my information wasn't updated correctly and my flight confirmation was passed along to members who weren't even traveling. there was no in flight entertainment and in order to pick seats together i needed to pay extra (i thought i was flying with american not spirit) apparently the only way i can be helped is writing a letter to customer service which they will review within 10 business days. THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

Cons: "Told me that if I checked my carry on bag at gate, I'd be able to pick bag up from from the gate at the other end. Instead it went to baggage claim with took more than 30 minutes."

Cons: "The departure was delated more than 30 minutes and the arrival disembarking was to slow."

Cons: "AA used a ground hold in ICT. Was told connection to Flint would not be a problem. When I got off of plane in Chicago the flight Flint had already pushed back. Could either wait for the next Flint flight that would get in at about midnight and risk not having a rental car or take an earlier flight to Detroit and pay $85 for dropping rental car off at Flint."

Pros: "the flight attendants were very professional on this flight. the lead attendant was very personable when giving announcements and going through the safety procedures on the public address system. the other two attendants were also very professional in their services as well."
Cons: "flight 1920 was almost an hour late with boarding. I am extremely upset because I paid an extra $75.00 on day of to get home earlier but ended up getting home at the same time that I would have on my original flight because the flight was late and I missed my shuttle because 1920 was late boarding. I should be reimbursed SOMETHING for my inconvenience...especially after paying $75.00 extra for an earlier flight."

Pros: "The plane was new and nice looking"
Cons: "The flight was delayed. The crew was rude . Seats were not assigned until boarding NPILWL3B. Of course they give you the worst seats."

Pros: "THE SEATS WERE COMFORTABLE AND CREW AND VERY ATTENTIVE."

Pros: "the flight was great and comfortable"

Pros: "Short flight. The crew was nice. The food and entertainment should be Not applicable because it's a short flight - I was not expecting it."
Cons: "Boarding was late, very small carry on compartment - maybe because it's a smaller carrier. A lot of people had there carry on placed in a valet service so it took a while for them to get out because they were waiting for their carry ons."

Pros: "I liked how smooth flight went especially after all the bumpy rides I had been on"
Cons: "I didn't like that I wasn't able to sit with the person I purchased my ticket with"

Cons: "Seat reassignment"

Cons: "We sat on the plane for over 2 hours before takeoff. We were offered no competition other than a quick appology from the pilot."

Pros: "Got me home safe"
Cons: "1st: the gate was changed three 20 mins before boarding 2nd: we were in the plane for an hr before actually flying out"

Pros: "Ease of travel"

Pros: "Roomy seat, great price"

Cons: "No ice in my water."

Pros: "The crew and the comfort"
Cons: "The entertainment"

Pros: "Overall good experience"
Cons: "Delayed almost an hour."

Pros: "Crew very pleasant"
Cons: "Better comfort, cushions were hard"

Pros: "The crew was responsive and very friendly."

Cons: "The boarding time"

Pros: "Fast flight. Made it 12 min earlier to the gate."

Pros: "Nice & quick! Made me feel safe even though it was icy!"
Cons: "Nothing really."

Cons: "THERE was NO flight! WTF were you sending me reminders for!!!!! There was complete disruption here, preparing for a surprise flight that did NOT exist!"

Pros: "Aircrew great along with gate agents."
Cons: "First class flying is gone. No lounge access in the US. No meal (boarding at 1720 and arriving 2100) Beverage service the same in front as in back. Need to go back to Asia to get what you pay for."

Cons: "Poor communications, no apologies"

Pros: "The seats were comfortable."
Cons: "I didn't like that they charge for the direct TV and movies. I really think that should be included. The flight was delayed for a minor repair , for inconvenience, I think they should have offered the direct TV free. I didn't see anyone around us buy it. The crew was OK but didn't stand out sharp in their uniforms. I liked the ANA legs of our trip much better."

Pros: "Free drinks and a snack."
Cons: "United entertainment app doesn't work on all devices."

Pros: "The flight tracker on the Kayak apps is very helpful. Great job!"

Pros: "The price was decent. The plane was delayed by about 20 minutes, and they worked hard to get us on the flight quickly so we could make our connector flights."
Cons: "For a 5 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was one cookie. For the 4 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was a very small bag of pretzels. There is no TV. They give you free United wifi that you can use if you have a device to watch movies/TV on, but they don't have any outlets to charge the device, so it's kind of pointless. You have to download their app before the flight starts. I was having issues with the app on the previous flight, so I tried to get help with it before we took off. Our flight attendant acknowledged she heard my question and then just walked off and didn't help me."

Pros: "I liked the flight attendant, who was kind and courteous."
Cons: "I hated the plane. I do not feel comfortable on prop planes, especially one held together by duct tape. My son pointed it out to me inside and outside. The plane should be. out of commission."

Pros: "Staff were very polite and courteous. Friendly and kind. The flight was on time and smooth. I really enjoyed my time and the stewardesses were awesome."
Cons: "I really don't have any response to this question. I didn't have any food or entertainment due to my choice so I really appreciate the crews overall performance."

Pros: "I rebooked on another flight very easily! That was excellent"

Pros: "Least expensive and quickest trip"
Cons: "Not always available on return trip"

Pros: "Thought it was cool with the screens in the seat even though I didn't use them"
Cons: "Seats were cramped and the power outlet was to hard to reach since I couldn't see it. I ended up just using my battery pack."

Pros: "Attendants were nice"
Cons: "Switched from ANA to an ANA operated by United. I wish we could have stayed with ANA. Legroom was shorter by at least 3 inches, so knees hit seat in front. Made for an uncomfortable flight, reminding me of why non-US carriers are the better way to go"

Pros: "Great flight friendly person sitting beside me, would like seat towards front but my husband likes sitting in back , we had seats in row 27 & window seat for him he likes looking out. It was very enjoyable. Thank you"

Pros: "The crew was awesome!!!! You did a great job"

Pros: "The flight was fine. No issues at all"
Cons: "My experience would be fine except when I went through security and they checked my luggage, they opened my suitcase in front of everyone and riffled through my clothes out in the open. I don't care that they needed to go through my bag, I care that there was no concern for privacy."

Pros: "The low cost of fare. The ease of ticket purchase thru kayak. Convenient e-mail services. United Airlines service was courteous and very handicap friendly."

Pros: "Leg room. The app had movies. Friendly people. Not crammed with passengers. I FINALLY got a window seat"

Pros: "It was without any trouble and comfortable"
Cons: "Nothing to dislike"

Cons: "Sat waiting to take off too long. Not enough of a beverage . No entertainment ."

Pros: "Everyone was great helped me make my flight on time and great service."

Pros: "Seats were comfortable. I passed out so couldn't take advantage of the food and entertainment. Nevertheless, I was comfortable enough to take a snooze. Despite the turbulence, Captain remained in control and ensured smooth safe travel."
Cons: "Sitting in the middle. And the bright light from the TV kept turning on because I would lay my arms on the arm rest. Also, airline attendants were not friendly. Maybe, they too needed to take a quick snooze."

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Seat did not recline at all. I have no idea if the entertainment was any good because I did not experienced it"

Pros: "Friendly staff and working equipment wins!!"

Cons: "A one-way a form from BWI to Denver is $169. The cost of an upgrade for this flight from Houston to BWI was $589. Please explain that United."

Pros: "It was a crowded flight home, I knew that when I checked in online. I was forced to check my bag plane-side...to be picked up at baggage claim upon our arrival. Inconvenient to say the least. The crew announced there was in-flight wi-fi {available for purchase, of course} only to come back on and apologize that the wi-fi was down for this flight. The crew did do beverage service, but never made it to the last three rows of passengers. Overall, just not the type of customer service I am used to from other airlines. I chose this flight based on the price. I don't think I'll chose United again in the near future."

Pros: "Nothing at all"
Cons: "Everything"

Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Keep improving for sustainability in market. Best"

Pros: "I liked how new and clean the plane was, and how orderly all aspects of the flight were."
Cons: "It has always seem really counterproductive to load the front of the plane first. All five of us said the same thing. Really dumb, so what....... if we were to have paid more money for first class. It would be faster. No need to wait for someone to get their bag in the overhead for so long."

Pros: "I got from San Fran to Balitimore in one piece."
Cons: "Flight was overbooked, and my seat was one that was oversold. I still don't know how this happens, but it's fine. When I do get on, I'm literally wedged between a rather large man and the window. No ones fault, but comfort was horrible. Crew was nice enough, but I was uneasy when we were about to land, flight attendant reminded us to not take belongings in the event of an emergency evacuation. I'm all for being prepared, but please don't make me feel like we're about to crash."

Pros: "Meh"
Cons: "Our seats were Infront of the emergency exit, couldn't relax. I'm 6'6" , so the incline if the back isn't comfortable and we couldn't recline. We had asked switching seats on our flight to Spokane because we were given the same seats. The airline told us seats were chosen at random and they couldn't control them so we had 4 legs of our two flights stuck in no reveling seats. I was very disappointed."

Pros: "I received my e boarding pass the night before"
Cons: "The boarding pass that was sent the night before had the incorrect gate and no seat assignment. I spoke w THREE agents at checkin and they all sent me to the (wrong) gate- C25 and wouldn't give me a seat assignment. That is a long way to go w a scooter and a bag, only to learn the correct gate is B4. I was the last to board, there was no bin space left. it shouldn't be so complicated."

Pros: "Customer service"
Cons: "No problem"

Pros: "Part of personal device show of "By the Sea""
Cons: "San Fran to BWI unable to view end. Hubby watched Olympics I refused to pay for two devices."

Pros: "I like that you guys offer the free wifi and entertainment. You guys should offer headphones as well. I had no idea that was offered until I got on the plane."

Pros: "The crew kept us up to date on the ATC delay."
Cons: "Weather in the DEN area and Eastern Colorado generated a ground stop in DEN delaying our departure from ICT for about 2 hours. Even with the overall delay in DEN my SMF flight was long gone putting me on a late flight into SMF. This of course lead to a short night's rest...just another day of travel on the airlines."

Pros: "the crew handed out complimentary headsets which was nice"

Pros: "I enjoyed that this aircraft had in-seat entertainment displays."

Cons: "Too warm in flight. Did not run Ac enough."

Pros: "The plane was clean. Boarding was great at Wichita."
Cons: "All flights should have free wifi and power hookups. Greyhound does this, why shouldn't united."

Cons: "Limited leg room. Seat didn't recline."

Pros: "The food at ohare"
Cons: "Having to wait an additional 6 hours for my flight home."

Pros: "Everyone at the Wichita airport were very friendly - especially the TSA personnel. Everything moved quickly and efficiently. Plus the airport itself is so beautiful and easy to get around in. Took us less than 30 minutes from parking in shuttle parking lot to going through security to getting to our gate!"

Cons: "Horrible costumers services I never Ever flight here"

Cons: "I called three times before going to the airport to ask about impending storm and ask if United could put me on a later flight that day. NO HELP PROVIDED. Then my flight from Newark to PVD was cancelled as I suspected it would and I had to take a bus all the way to PVD. So now I plan on NEVER giving United business again."

"The flight was good. It really was unfortunate that there was no complimentary snacks/beverages and entertainment."

"Everything, the only good experience I had was at the counter when I checked the bag. There was barely any communication from frontier on why the plane was delayed, it kept pushing the time even when we were on The tarmac. Terrible experience"

"delay with no clear communication"

"Seating"

Cons: "Apparently, if you pay extra for carry on luggage and you have seats in rows two and three, you can’t use the overhead compartment, which then somewhat defeats the extra legroom you paid for when your carry on has to go under the seat ahead of you. And the flight attendant was rather rude in her insistence about where my luggage “couldn’t” go."

Pros: "Cheap flight"
Cons: "Sat on taxiway at Phila Airport for about an hour because the arrival gate was “occupied” . Better planning for arriving flights so passengers don’t have to sit on the taxiway for so long"

Pros: "An itenirary update ahead of time. We missed our flight."
Cons: "Send us an update the day before about upcoming flight."

Pros: "Crew was super pleasant and chipper. Passengers seemed to have a handle on how to board in a timely manner."
Cons: "Management could schedule time for maintenance software updates so as not to affect departure time. We were 20 minutes delayed."

Pros: "Great customer service. Bag drop is super easy and fast."
Cons: "No WiFi."

Cons: "The flight left late, and got into San Diego late. By the time we landed I was unable to get my rental car. The car rental places were closed."

Cons: "Crew pretty lazy.. sat most of flight talking"

Pros: "I did not like anything about this trip. The check in process was a pain. The boarding was chaos... (Of course, same 2 careless ladies were in charge."
Cons: "I did not like anything about this trip. The check in process was a pain. The boarding was chaos... (Of course, same 2 careless ladies were in charge)."

Cons: "Wasn't able to check in due to frontier merchant difficulty and couldn't get on the flight wouldn't allow to pay for seats"

Pros: "crew is always resilient"
Cons: "Our plane was on time coming into Denver. We ended up changing gates due to another flight. Instructions for changes were not easily understood on the overhead. We ended up approx 1 hour late arriving in Salt Lake City. An additional cost of $20 was added to my shuttle as I was unable to claim bag until after 1 am."

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "I was unable to board my flight because the individual attending the desk for check-in left more than 45 minutes before the flight. I was unable to get my boarding pass and in addition, could not check in my bag as I paid for it. I was forced to purchase a flight double the price on a different airline in order to make it back to NYC in time for my interview the next morning. I am absolutely horrified at my experience -- I am a recent graduate in the process of looking for a job and should not have had such a horrible flying experience. I would like a refund."

Cons: "The check-in process didn't work and was confusing. Every time I tried to check a bag and pay the reduced fee, the website returned me to the window asking for username and password again. I could not check-in on line and had to pay full fee for checking my bag. I was frustrated and at the airport there was no consideration for giving me the reduced fee in light of the website malfunctions by the agent checking me in. Also, the steps during the check-in was confusing - trying to sell upgrades etc, instead of just taking you thru the check-in steps."

Pros: "The pilot got me safely to Atlanta"
Cons: "The airplane was very filthy The seat in front of me was very dirty I asked the pilot for a sanitizer napkin he said that they didnt have anything. I asked for a paper towel so I could clean the seat and it took him 25 minutes to bring it. It just seem like the plane was really nasty Th 2 guys in my row saw the same thing"

Pros: "No snacks, no movies,...great fare! Flights on time!!"
Cons: "Pay for all snacks. Cup of water free"

Cons: "That you have to pay for a carry on, and when I tried to go on line to pay for a carry on I couldn't find where to pay for it so I had to call frontier to pay over the phone"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The attendees left the counter early and I was not allowed to board."

Pros: "The crew was exceptional!! It was like booking a comedy club act in addition to the plane ticket. Made the run super enjoyable. Frontier fares would be worth the savings for me if available connections to the cities I need to visit were better & if I could check a bag at a reasonable cost. See my objections in other box."
Cons: "I still cannot get used to the lack of complimentary beverage during the flight - nor the fact that Frontier charges for carry-ons & tries to get me to "buy" a seat assignment when checking in on-line. Very deceptive web site. My principle dissatisfaction with airlines these days is being charged for every item they can possibly scrape an extra penny of profit from. Most people cannot manage a trip without some type of bag. If air fares reflected the savings, then the offset would be worth it - but most often that is not the case."

Pros: "Boarding was pretty quick. Denver crew and employees were friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Did not see a frontier employee till ten minutes before boarding. The employees all seamed pissed off, including the flight crew. This was all KC leg. Just before landing the flight crew allowed someone to use the latrine. After they had already made their final pass thur of the cabin. The young man returned to his seat about 30 seconds before the pilot announced, "prepare to land.""

Pros: "Frontier is best kept secret ever. I plan to fly with you a lot in the future if the deals continue to be as good as it was for this flight. No hassle checked and carry on baggage fee was really great. I also must boast that the seat selections for me and my wife were outstanding!!"
Cons: "That I had not been hearing much about Frontier for the past several years."

Pros: "It was inexpensive."
Cons: "I did not know that I was going to be charged to take even a carry-on on the flight. That added $70 to my total. Had I known that I would have gone with a more comfortable airline for less that included a carry-on."

Pros: "It was quick"
Cons: "The charge for carry on"

Pros: "The airline crew did a good job."
Cons: "First unexpected costs were not revealed at booking, price for the trip does not include your Carry-on bag. If you want to check in early there is a per seat charge otherwise it's assigned seating by them. We stood in line @ the Frontier counter to check baggage for 1 hour!!! It was understaffed and poorly organized. Then it took another half hour to get through TSA; not Frontiers fault. By the time we got to our gate we were already impatient to get it over with. Boarding was slow as many passengers with window seats came on last forcing a constant reshuffling of passengers. While the crew was competent, all the other problems made the flight very mediocre."

Pros: "MCI departure efficient"
Cons: "DIA tarmac delay, unable to get to gate"

Cons: "Dumped in Atlanta at 3 am (6 hours late) on concourse E after the trains were shut down. Instead of having a shuttle bring us to the front we had to walk to baggage claim. It took nearly 45 minutes. There was no notice and no help for elderly people. Thanks Frontier."

Pros: "The steward staff and pilot tried to be comical and entertaining. That was fun."
Cons: "No offers for drink or snacks unless you pay for them. Charged for luggage to check and also charged for carry on. Charged for seats unless you wanted to wait until you got there and received poor seats. Charged for every little thing but couldn't even offer you a drink and a bag of chips. Flights delayed. Never again. I'll go with Delta or Southwest from now on."

Cons: "Couldn't move the seat back at all. Couldn't sleep."

Pros: "I paid for a better seat in the stretch seating and it was very comfortable with a lot more leg room."
Cons: "My flight to Kansas City was one hour late in leaving. No information was given to us about updates or why? My return to Denver was over 2 hours late. Once again, no updates or why? Southwest gives you peanuts, crackers and a free soft drink. You have to pay for everything on Frontier At the baggage claim we waited a long time. The information board showed our flight at #3. After a long time a passenger yelled to all of us, "hey, it is down here at a difference place.""

Pros: "I like the convince of the flight."
Cons: "I don't like the fact that we started charging 30 for a carry on. I get it. You get the ticket for cheap and upcharge but charging for the carry on is a way to lose business. I might as well fly spirt at least I know up front that I have to pay for something that's already with me. Very frustrating on a return flight."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything. Very long flight delays, bad customer service, aggressive attitude of flight attendants, uncomfortable seats in the planes and hidden costs every step of the way."

Cons: "I had never flown on Frontier before. I selected Frontier because it offered the least expensive flight. I did not know that to get a seat I had to pay a fee for each leg of the trip. I also was not aware I needed to pay $30 to check a bag. In addition, I was not aware one could not even get water on the plane without paying for it. To top it off, 2 of the three bathrooms on the plane were inoperable."

Pros: "Friendly and couteous"
Cons: "How the seat selection goes, having to pay more to have a different selection"

Pros: "I like the low fare and the non-stop flight. The low fares made it possible for me to fly to Atlanta, GA, for an emergency, and money wasn't an issue!"

Pros: "I liked the price that I paid for the ticket!"
Cons: "I didn't like having to pay for the bags checked or carry on, or the seat, soda, snacks, and anything else you might want."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Frontier airlines has left an unforgettable experience to cherish in the years to come. I can say it was undoubtedly one of the impeccably worst airlines to travel ever. My flight was scheduled to travel from Kansas City to Chicago at 7:23 pm on Thursday. Initially I got an email from them saying the flight has been delayed and the new departure time is 9:45 PM. When I searched about it in GOOGLE it showed me that the flight has been cancelled, Furiously I called the customer service and they weren't even having an idea about the flight getting delayed in the first place. I had to travel to airport which is 50 miles from my place just to know that the flight got cancelled and the next flight is on Sunday. Due to their technical failure, I had to wait till Sunday to board a flight to Chicago(They gotta be kidding, wait 3 days to board next flight). I had to cancel few other flights, meetings and hotels as I am not able to board this obnoxious flight. Overall, The customer service is lackluster . Their website is very slow and has false information. The refund process is bad. They dont even intimate you through email if the flight is cancelled I am referring this airline to all my colleagues and friends. If you have a lot of money for procrastination, you are welcome to travel with this airline."

Cons: "I bought insurance for the flight but then was denied any compensationfor missing the flight due to circumstances out of my control."

Pros: "The experience we had...the first going was almost 6 hrs delayed but coming back was right on time overall excellent."
Cons: "That we were not offered as much as a drink of water after we were offered to purchase something and declined. Not good for Frontier"

Cons: "Seats. Fees associate with bags. Customer service"

Pros: "We landed safely."
Cons: "3 hours late. Not their fault but not mine either. Then they have the nerve to ask me to BUY a soda on the plane for like $3. They should have comped everyone a beverage for the long wait. Told us the wrong bag claim area. No smiles from the crew."

Cons: "Hidden fees, and incredibly loud in the plane from the machinery and the passengers..."

Cons: "They charged be $45 for a small carry on bag each way. So my $168 ticket turned into $258. I will check with other airlines that shoot straight with their ticket prices."

Pros: "Getting off the plane."
Cons: "For starters, we scanned our tickets at one gate and boarded at another. First time I've ever seen that. There weren't enough Gate Agents to manage things so I waited in line for 40 minutes to pay your ridiculous $60 carry on fee. By the time someone was able to help me, my boarding group had already boarded. I ended up paying the fee and was forced to gate check my bag anyway as all the overhead space was taken up by the time I got on the plane. Nice work on your end milking that $60 from me. Since I wasn't able to check in ahead of time, I was stuck in the middle seat (I'm 6'5"). I would have happily paid an extra $250 to not sit in the middle, but thats besides the point. Just as I'm about to close my eyes, your stewardess gets on the PA and starts hawking Frontier credit cards for 20 minutes. If that wasnt bad enough, she had the audacity to shove an application in my face and remind me 'its the best credit card in the industry!' The credit card pitch and "buy 3 get 1 free' happy hour offers made the flight feel more like a sad Panama City spring break than a return flight after a long business trip. Alas! We landed at ORD 'on-time' which is always good for Frontier's stats. Unfortunately, we sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to man the sky bridge. Oh, and it was a nice touch deplaning in the international terminal returning from a Kansas City flight. Long story short, Frontier is now in the same category for me as Spirit Airlines. You fooled me once, but you wont fool me again. I'm just glad it was a one-way ticket. PS: when did airlines start soliciting tips for the flight crew? In all my years of traveling, I have never seen that before. Embarrassing."

Pros: "I didn't receive a smile or even an acknowledgement from flight attendents. Couldn't hear the safety speech at all. Annunciate and speak clearly would be my suggestion. This person sounded like they had a mouth full of mashed potatoes. I won't fly frontier again even though it used to be my preference. The baggage fee, not even a complimentary drink?? Uninterested staff. Very poor customer service. However, the pilot got us to destination on time and w/out mishap, hence my OK rating. Otherwise super disappointed in crew and staff."

Cons: "Arrived half an hour early but my seat was already sold. Wasn't offered to be put on a different airline and didn't feel like I was cared for as a customer."

Pros: "not much"
Cons: "poor customer service overall. On return trip, required to pay a "carry on bag fee" of $45 which is nearly double what most airlines charge to check a bag. was a total surprise charge, as we were not charged on the trip out. Return trip - sat on runway for 40 minutes before take off. Made up some time in the air. Upon arrival, sat again for > 30 min before a gate opened. dreadful. Didn't offer beverages without a charge - had to ask if you wanted water (not offered). Purchase snack menu items - very poor selection."

Pros: "The low price of the fare"
Cons: "1. All the added charges even for a refreshment 2. The obnoxiously loud noises coming from the plane mechanics 3. A group of 5 that were drunk, belligerent, loud, and inappropriate 4. Lack of cleanliness (old tissues & trash stuffed in the seat pocket, trash on the floor, looked like throw up in our aisle-our entire aisle asked to move seats) 5. Stewardess speakerphone so loud It was painful"

"Spirit needs better seats"

"Baggage check and Boarding was easy. Seats reminded me of the old Yugo car with not enough room. Attendants didn’t seem to want to be there. Lights were never turned off on this red eye flight. To be fair, management has been making some very poor decisions lately and moral is low."

"THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED SO NOT CANCELLING MY FLIGHT WOULDVE BEEN GREAT!"

"Plane did not have outlets for charging devices. The seats are uncomfortable."

Pros: "Flying from Fort Lauderdale to DC, our boarding gate was switched without adequate notification. While up headed to the bathroom I noticed the flight information changed. When I asked the gate “Spirit” gate attendant, who was there the entire time, she told me the gate changed. I went to the new gate where the incoming flight was already deboarding the plane. 10 minutes later other passengers from my flight began to arrive complaining about sharing electronic notifications because the attendant made no attempt to let passengers know the gates had changed. She did publicize other gate changed a while I was at the original gate, but never announced my flight’s gate change. Claiming bags in DC was also an unorganized event. I understand the no frills concept but I can’t recommend Spirit to anyone I wish to remain friends with, no matter how cheap the tickets are."
Cons: "Ticketing, boarding, bag claim."

Pros: "flight attendant was nice, but..."
Cons: "The flight attendant said that i was sick and they escorted me off the plane after i ran to it from check in counter because they were boarding already. I ate literally in the car before i got to the air port, so check in told me to run to make it. the tsa knew i asked people if i can jump ahead in line and they said yes, they all knew i was in a hurry, the boarding door guy knew that i was out of breath and i told him i was out of shape, so dont mind me. I was one of the last people to sit down. So after 15 minutes of me cooling down, and after the flight attendant gave me water, napkins, and an ice pack, then i felt nauseous and i threw up in the bathroom. I felt much better because it was the food that i just ate right before i did all the running. I told them that this is what happened, and as you can see i am sweaty and was in a hurry to make it here. they said for my safety that i need to get off the plane to be examined. I literary purged the full stomach i had after running from one end of the air port to the other. It has been told to most people that you must let your food digest before doing physical activity. I am out of shape and that run over exerted my body. So they had me removed off the plane, after i desperately attempted to make the flight before they stopped boarding, which i did, and I got taken off. Rude."

Pros: "The website and App crashed on multiple instances. When I first created an account my flights were not coming up for my name. I had to call on both of my flights to get this issue fixed. How hard would it have been to fix for both flights on the 1st call? I didn’t get a seat assigned for both of my flights and had to call customer service. All on my friends got seats assigned and based on past experiences, this led me to believe the flight was overbooked. Therefore, on the one flight I had to pay 18 dollars just to ensure I had a seat. I had my boarding pass on my app when I through security at BWI. Then mysteriously the boarding pass didn’t show up when I got to my gate. There were no employees at the counter to print my boarding pass. Horrible experience overall"
Cons: "Customer service, the app"

Pros: "Here's the thing... With Spirit you know what you're getting. It has the least leg-room of any airline in North America and virtually no services. If you're bringing a bag of any kind you may be better off traveling with a competing airline. There won't be complimentary snacks or beverages and there won't be in flight entertainment. Make sure you bring your own, and be sure you know how long you can be comfortable on a flight that feels more like a long distance bus than an airline. That said, if you can get away with what you can carry in a small backpack and you aren't bothered by the possibility of cancellations or delays then nothing beats the price of a Spirit flight. The flight attendants and other staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and improvements have been made in their on-time record. Spirit is low cost, low frills. You get what you pay for, and if all you're paying for is transportation this is a good option."

Pros: "Low cost travel with no frills attached. Friendly crew. On-time boarding, before scheduled time arrival! Had heard a lot of bad things but my experience was not bad at all."
Cons: "Not even basic beverages & snacks provided for 5-6 hour flight."

Pros: "Easy and quick boarding"
Cons: "You get what you pay for and the flight was super cheap. However, the nickle and dime gouging for bags was a turnoff. The main reason I'll never fly again though, was pure discomfort. The seats resemble metal folding chairs with fabric stretched over them and they don't recline - at all. For a cross country trip and a red-eye return these are deal breakers. Two days later and my back still aches. This airline does a good job at what it does, however, that's not very much. If you have more than two pennies to rub together, you'd be smart to sterr clear of it, as I will be doing from now on. Lesson learned and chalking this one up to experience."

Cons: "Flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Big front seats only barely bigger than regular seats. Flight attendants were more like salesmen - pushing the spirit credit card. Flight attendant very brisk as I initially sat down. I wanted to get something from my bag before stowing it in the Compartment above me. She literally took it out of my hands and said I couldn't have the bag out. The plane was still boarding, I was standing in front of my seat, not in the aisle, so passengers could continue to pass by. Very rude."

Pros: "It was a terrible experience start to finish and I will never fly with Spirit again. It started off with inefficient and confusing lines and then it was delayed over 3 hours with no posted updates at the gate of explanations. There were no apologies or offers to amend the situation. The seats do not recline and the space is very cramped and I don't think it is actually legal to not offer free drinking water when passengers are stuck on board for over 6 hours which was the case for this flight. Only because after boarding everyone they realized the door wouldn't close properly and had maintenance work on it for over an hour. on my return trip to Seattle the check in process at BWI was even worse and the flight attendants were late to the gate so boarding was delayed. They also told me there were no available seats to transfer too, but once on board I discovered there were over 80 seats available on the flight. So she completely lied to me for no explainable reason. Over all I was appalled on both trips and quite frankly, the tickets are not that much less than any other airline going from BWI to SEA and back - the benefit of reasonable comfort and human decency far out weighs the possible 30 bucks I saved and then spent on a carry on bag. Spirit should not be allowed to operate, it is a shady and mean organization and I have made sure to broadcast my terrible experience to everyone I know. As a travel site you should really consider you're role in promoting such a dismal travel experience/airline. I am loyal to kayak and generally trust the validity of the site, but i am disappointed that I was encouraged to purchase such a terrible trip through your site and may consider different options in the future."
Cons: "No part of this flight was an enjoyable experience."

Pros: "The crew during the flight was pleasant."
Cons: "They say why're the cheapest airline around, and that's true....in the worst ways. The flight itself isn't expensive, but they charge $30 per bag you carry on and more for checked bags. They don't offer free water on long flights, and they make you pay for any and all beverages. Nothing is included in your flight. Their new planes, while 'green' and fuel efficient are unbearably uncomfortable to fly in. The seats are hard molded plastic with about an inch of padding and aren't adjustable T all. Flying more than four hours was pure hell, seated upright. Also, be sure to pay for your bag at the ticket counter. They charge you twice as much at the gate if you don't remember. And it's printed on your boarding pass, so don't think they're letting you off easy. It's a trap to get you to pay more."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything that Spirit has done has been mediocre. I bought a ticket for my employee to fly to New Orleans and he showed up at the kiosk 40 minutes before the flight and was not able to get on so I had to pay $15 to reschedule for today and he showed up at the same time and still they said that their computers were down and they couldn't check anybody in and there's multiple people angry that they're boarding passes want working and so now we have to figure out how he can get to New Orleans and actually make it there. It'll be three days of not being able to get there because of spirits unethical and subpar customer service. I will never choose to fly Spirit again after this"

Pros: "That the plane actually landed."
Cons: "2 hours late and 5 different gates. The funny part was kayaks notifications of gate changes were faster than Spirits Crew. When I asked if the new information was correct she gave me attitude. Then 10 minutes later reported the new gate that Kayak had already determined. That was just boarding. Paid for the more comfortable/spacious seating which was nice but useless when coupled with seats that do not recline whatsoever. Painful and slightly torturous. Don't fly them you'll save money by choosing someone else. $ to pick seat $ to bring a carry on...those who didn't know that paid somethingnlike $65 at the gate. The worst. Never again."

Pros: "The plane seemed new. The seats were pretty comfortable for an airplane, although not enough legroom. The food cart by Cosi in the waiting area is pretty good for a food cart, except there are so many people the staff get overwhelmed."
Cons: "The Spirit waiting area at Boston Logan is terrible. It's way too small for the number of people boarding and deplaning. There is constant jostling (even while you're sitting down) as people try to get through the crowd. And there is only one food cart unless you go back through security. The food cart is by Cosi, so the food is reasonably good, but with this many people the lines for a coffee or lukewarm breakfast wrap are long. And you have to keep moving to let people pass by. Oh, and I had a 2.5 hour delay on last flight to BWI."

Cons: "Spirit airlines cancelled my return flight along with nine other flights that morning. Their were hundreds of passengers left stranded and had to fend for themselves to figure out away to get home. The majority had to spend anywhere from $400-$1000 on a one way ticket back on an alternate airline. Definitely my worst experience yet. Customer service was rude and it took five hours standing in line to talk to someone at the airport. I ended up having to fly to a different city and drive to an a half hours in the other direction to get my car that was at the airport I flew out of originally. Never Fly Spirit Airlines no matter how cheap the flight is. You'll end up paying a lot more in the long run when they cancel your flight. This airline will be out of business in less than a year. I guarantee it!"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Cancelled flight with prior notice at all. Only one person to help everyone on the flight figure out their travel plans - waited in line 1.5 hours just to speak to someone. Had to take a connecting flight to Boston and ended up in my destination 6 hours later than planned. On my way back from Fort Lauderdale, almost every Spirit flight in the entire airport was delayed. My flight boarded on time, but when we were ready to take off, the captain came on the loud speaker and said that we need to go back to the gate because 3 flight attendants need to get off of the plane. First and last time ever flying with Spirit."

Pros: "Nothing. If this airline lasts a year I will be surprised."
Cons: "Pricing is deceptive as any assigned seat costs extra. Boarding is a mess. I think they sell group 2 boarding as an extra but let group 2and 3 board together. Aisle, window and middle seats board together so people are constantly clogging aisles during boarding to let people into middle and window seats. As a result the policies that reduce carry-ons don't speed up boarding. They do clog up the departure lounge as people who haven't paid for a carry-on are pulled aside for a charge that makes their total flight cost the same as a carrier with the usual, albeit slim, amenities of most domestic airlines. This flight was hours late as was the other leg of this trip. Seats do not recline, at all. Some seat backs are just a layer of fabric, so if someone puts a knee or foot forward you get a real jab."

Cons: "I accidentally booked an 9pm flight when I meant to select 9am flight at 8am after missing my jetblue flight. I needed to get to Baltimore for work. I went through security and while I was about to board the plane they turned me away due to my ticket being incorrect. The woman checking the boarding passes rudely said "there's no room on this plane so we can't switch this ticket to 9am." I went to Spirit customer service minutes after I was turned away and they told me there was in fact room on that plane. So because of an honest mistake, they 1) wouldn't refund my ticket and 2) were rude and unhelpful and refused to let me on a plane that had plenty of space but they didn't want to inconvenience themselves for 5 minutes to change my boarding pass even after I had gone through security. I will never book Spirit again, even if I'm desperate."

Pros: "Everything went smoothly"
Cons: "A lady helping to help us print boarding passes wasn't very professional. She just said, "you have to print your boarding passes before you go check in your bags." Her tone was commanding and rude. Could use improvement and some fine tuning. I know she didn't mean to be rude. Just needs more training. I got the notice of the gate change when I got home to Baltimore. And things are just too expensive. Even though I checked my bags and paid online, I still paid $40. Too expensive. And you pay for every little thing. I would fly Spirit again, but likely not my first choice."

Pros: "Pilot or flight attendant making the announcements was funny."
Cons: "Carrying on a backpack and being forced to pay for a seat cost more than the actual flight. This is blatant dishonesty. You are not a cheap airline. You hide costs that customers are then forced to pay once they buy a ticket. I pay less to check a 50 lb piece of luggage for an international trip than I paid to carry on small backpack for an hour and a half flight. And, customer services reps are rude no sense of trying to ease customer frustrations. An announcement was made that a flight was cancelled and everyone needed to go to some desk to rebook. No apology, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience. Horrible customer service and dishonesty. I've had problems in the past with flights being delayed because flight attendants didn't show. No thanks."

Pros: "My flight into florida not bad except I thought the plane was going to shake apart for the first 1/3 of the ride"
Cons: "Some how they did something wrong when they put my information in the computer for my return flight departing from Ft. Lauderdale. I was not able to check in and print my boarding pass ahead of time. I called the customer service line twice to confirm that my reservation was intact even though I could not print the pass. At the airport there was no "bag drop" so everyone from all Spirit flights had to wait in a line that was 2 blocks long (no lie.) It took 45 mins. to get to the counter. Once there no one could seem to figure out what was wrong and it didn't seem to be a priority for them as they were putting out quite a few other fires. I stood at the counter for another 45 mins. They finally were able to print my boarding pass. Thank god I was TSA approved or I would not have made the flight. That did not seem to bother any of their employees. They won't be seeing me again!"

Pros: "How inexpensive and quick the flight was."
Cons: "From the minute I walked into the airport to the spirit counter, all the check in machines were down. I don't fly often so when one of the ladies at the counter said something about checked bags that I didn't understand and I asked her about it she was kind of rude giving her response. The food was expensive and the flight attendant was bitchy. Why don't your seats recline?! And there was gum stuck in pretty much every book (the plane instructions manual, the menu) I get that you get a good deal flying spirit but I feel like your flight attendants hate their jobs."

Pros: "I left the plane and vowed never to travel with them again. I travel a lot and they are the worst in terms of addons, trying to penalize by price, (not cheap) unless you have no reason to take luggage (like a meeting where you need a change of clothes There "basic" is cheap if you need nothing else, but when you start checking luggage at $50 a suitcase a round trip of $100 any bargain is soon gone. And some of the staff (the stewardess outbound from Baltimore is Ok. But they changed planes and the bigger seat I paid for was not available. Getting a refund required checking several times. Most said they couldn't do it. The final person in Baltimore, was "lounging: against the counter". Grabbed by ticket ungraciously. Was clearly irritated that I had a refund provlem that she "had" to deal with. No smile, NO NO For the uninitiated flyer they may work. If you don't know what else is available at what price and if you read there advertising and treat riding with the like voting for trump (believing all untruths) OK. Just not for me who is an experienced flyer. I had heard Spirit was bad from others who said they would never ride with them again. But I gave them one chance--they blew it. Anne"

Pros: "My trip once in Las Vegas was great, however my experience flying with Spirit was the worst for my girlfriend and I. We tried to pay our luggage fees from home but weren't able to do so from our mobile phones, they charged us each $55 for one piece of luggage & they only allow you 40 pounds. Then once at the gate & before boarding the plane they told me I had to pay $65 for my small carry on, it fitted perfectly in their sample measurement they have there & still the woman from Spirit told me if you want to get on the plane you need to pay $65 now or you'll lose the flight. Same for coming back. They didn't even allowed us to sit together. So initially the flight was apparently cheap but with all the expensive luggage fees came up to $500 RT from BWI to Vegas. Worst experience ever! I've flown all over & with many airlines & this has been the worst experience ever, I'm never flying with them again & same for my girlfriend."

Pros: "After getting through the gate, the boarding was simple."
Cons: "No mobile ticketing at O'hare. Security noted that Spirit requires you go through their ticket kiosks/desk, despite sending a mobile QR code to go through it when going through mobile check-in (itself a serious pain due to a terrible website). Further, they don't advertise that the cost of the seat and carry-on negates any savings on the ticket price itself. I couldn't even get a simple cup of water from flight attendants ("bottled water only, $3 per"). I will never willingly purchase a flight from Spirit again."

Pros: "I arrived."
Cons: "Every time I fly Spirit Airlines, I swear I'll never do it again. Then I see the low fares and I say "okay, just one more time." This experience was another leg in that cycle. A low fare, a "one more time," and a fierce "oh hell no--never again." When I arrived at the airport, the ticket counter looked like a flea market. It was absolutely mobbed. My flight was departing in about an hour, and one woman in line had already been waiting for 2.5 hours. Since Spirit Airlines does not participate in the mobile boarding pass process (FOR SOME INANE GODFORSAKEN BULLSHIT REASON), I still had to check in and get my boarding pass. And since two other Spirit flights had recently been cancelled, the ticket counter line was a trainwreck. An utter mass of dispirited humanity, waiting, ironically enough, at a counter called "Spirit." I managed to maneuver my way through, and with several strokes of luck and a possible intervention from God, I left the sad zoo of passengers behind me and made it through security, to the gate, and into the boarding line, with my idiotic paper boarding pass. As you might imagine, I was somewhat rushed and a touch flustered, though grateful to be en route to my destination. I was thirsty though, a combination of the morning's odyssey, the recycled cabin air, and this human need to hydrate that we share with literally every living thing on the planet. So I waited patiently for the pilot to extinguish the "seatbelt" sign, walked up to the flight attendants and politely asked for a glass of water. "That will be $3.00," she said. I paused for a moment. Surely there must be a mistake. I wanted water. Not coffee or tea or lemonade or a cocktail. Just a glass of water. This is how I came to realize that access to something that is a biological necessity for survival--that I would be granted gratis almost anywhere else--costs, on Spirit Airlines. Only those with access to a functioning credit card will be served water. Now I understand that keeping costs down is the only way this poor excuse for an airline stays in business. Every one of its passengers is there as a personal compromise, dodging hidden fees for "legroom" and seat selection and peanuts at every turn to get to their location without selling their souls to the corporate demons who've re-vamped the age-old "bait and switch" and call it a bargain. But if Spirit persists in being a seething mess of a nightmare of a preposterous front of a business, and if their customers continue to play along and manage to navigate the utter catastrophe of a process it can become to reach a destination via Spirit Airlines, one might believe that once they sit down in their unassigned (unless you're willing to pay an additional $14 each way) se"

Pros: "Not a single thing."
Cons: "The flight was canceled 15 minutes after boarding was supposed to have started. This was at 11PM. We were told to go back to the ticket counter and see if other arrangements could be made. Another flight was also canceled at this time. It took us until 3 am to reach the ticket counter. When I got there the ticket agent asked if I could take a video of the lines for her to send to her children. After declining a 7AM flight with three stops that would have taken us to L.A. first and had us land in Baltimore at midnight, we were given tickets out on Jet Blue, a real airline, the next day at 10AM. We were also given vouchers for 3 meals, a taxi ride to and from the airport, and a hotel. However, no restaurant in the airport would take the vouchers and neither would the taxi back to the airport. The taxi was even the same company that took us to the hotel less that six hours earlier. Spirit barely had any communication with us on any of this. There was never an explanation for why the flight was canceled. They also allowed people to jump the line and get vouchers, slowing the overall process. It is safe to say I will never fly Spirit again, no matter how cheap it is."

Pros: "Loved the flight attendants. Very helpful and grateful they were willing to help me relocate to another seat forward of the rear."
Cons: "When I went online to purchase a seat the only one showing available was 28E at the far back of the plane. When I entered the random choice the assignment was 26C.... why was this one not shown??? And why couldn't I purchase a seat forward of the rear??? This flight was half empty. Thankfully the attendant moved me up to Row 11 which was totally empty. I do NOT like sitting in the back of the plane and that is why I try to purchase a seat over or forward of the wing. NOT a happy camper over this."

Pros: "I was apprehensive to book a flight from this airline due to its size and relative unknown but was pleasantly surprise by the experience. The steward was hilarious and kept everyone on board attentions for the duration of the flight by making very good and funny jokes about the airline including tasteful tacky joke about how not to expect much from them because we all knew what we had paid for.... The flight was very smooth and pleasant! Overall I was very pleased!"
Cons: "Spirit Website and the way it tries to get more for seating, bag is understandable but is a turn off to me.... I was not able to put a should bag which normally goes under the seat in place due to the fact that there was an oversize person who sit in the seat in front . And as I tried to push the bag in, I felt much resistance and the person said I can't as it was pushing against her feet! I had to have it under my feet the duration of the fight and curiously attendant did not see or asked me to put it overhead! the bag fits under my return flight with another airline fine !"

Pros: "I paid for 5 tickets so I liked the price."
Cons: "It cost me more than the price of 1 ticket to check only 2 bags both ways for the 5 of us. Checking in in Orlando was the worst experience ever and I fly at least monthly. We were put in 3 different lines in 30 minutes. The last line we were put in, the agent said she would have to charge us for PRINTING OUT BOARDING PASSES though we were told to go to that line without boarding passes. Security was terrible experience. Took forever. I nearly missed the flight. The door had already been closed when I got there. Airline staff were surly even though it was not my fault. Flight was good. Will never fly Spirit again"

Pros: "The flight was the cheapest option available and was cheaper than other airlines."
Cons: "While I had heard bad things about Spirit airlines, I had never flown with them before. I was unaware at the time of booking that Spirit charges exorbitant fees for even carry-on luggage. As a result, I chose to attempt to fit all of my clothes and necessary items in a "personal item" sized bag to avoid the additional $90 it would cost me to bring a large backpack or standard carry-on suitcase. Other fees are charged for seemingly standard items such as being able to select a seat location and receiving a drink during the flight. I could have flown with another airline for the same price if I included the carry-on fee, and in retrospect wish I had. The problems did not stop there, however. Both my departing flight and return flight were delayed over an hour in clear weather. The flight itself was also the worst I have experienced. The seats were incredibly uncomfortable and felt like metal folding chairs. They did not recline and there was very little leg room. The full cabin lights were on for most of my return flight, which had been delayed over two hours to 11:15 pm, making any rest impossible. I will never fly Spirit again and will try to spread the word so that nobody else has to endure a flight from this poorly-run, money-grubbing excuse for an airline. You have been warned!"

Pros: "It was cheap."
Cons: "i got a notification half way through the day that my 11:30 pm flight was getting delayed an hour, greeaaaat. I got to the airport that evening an hour before we were supposed to board and people watched. The flight before us from our gate was supposed to take off at 11:25 but randomly decided to take off EARLY. 20 people missed the flight and the desk lady said the next flight they could take would be Tuesday and this was a Sunday. What the heck! I digress. So we board our flight and get ready to take off. We are literally in line to go into the air when the captain comes on and says we have to go back to the gate to shift luggage around bc the aircraft is in balanced. Shouldn't they have realized that prior?! So we had to go back and we didn't end up taking off until almost 2:30 am. I will never fly spirit again. It's not worth the cheapness."

Pros: "I liked nothing about this airline or the plane."
Cons: "The staff are horrible; don't care about your issue they only want to charge you for things they don't have to. They charged me $110 per trip total of $220 roundtrip and my flight cost $213 roundtrip. They charge $3 for a bottle of water. When I asked for a cup of water they said ONLY IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE A PILL if I do not want to buy a $3 bottle of water. They charged me $55 for a backpack carry on (because it had wheels and it was 18"x14"x10"!!! I would never fly this airline again. None of their seats on the plane recline!!! I was stiff and sore."

Pros: "Fast boarding and unboarding."
Cons: "Charging $55 fee for a carry-on is way too much!! If you pay for your carry-ons online it is $10 dollars less.I tried to do that, but, unfortunately every time I tried to complete the transaction the page keep redirecting me to buy more "extra services". I chose check out without any extras but nothing!! The webpage was no responsive!! I tried to pay for my carry-on from my cell, laptop and tablet. But same result, that page became frozen without allowing me to pay the fee. I don't know if this was an unfortunately condidence, or is done on purpose to charge the extra $10!!"

Pros: "The person who helped us with our refund was very helpful."
Cons: "We arrived to the airport to check our bags and were informed that our flight had been delayed an hour for maintenance. No huge issue with us we decided to eat breakfast and then hang out for a bit before the flight boarded. We arrived at the gate to find out the plane was delayed another 8 hours. I understand issues happen all the time that are out of our hands. The gentleman at the gate was extremely helpful and accommodating, but he still gave it a 50/50 shot of the plane being cancelled or not. We opted to receive a refund and drive to Baltimore. I completely understand that this was a safety issue with the plane. I'm not upset that the flight was delayed. But having to wait 9 hours for a plane that may or may not be able to make it or be cancelled was tough."

Pros: "The price of the flight. Flight Crew members were pleasant."
Cons: "I tend to make the best of all situations but this time it was very difficult. Honestly, I would rather pay the "hidden fees" for a more comfortable flight with the ability to recline my seat, travel with a carry on bag and have in flight refreshments without having to pay extra. Sitting in an upright position for 5 hours straight with no leg room is torture. The thought of dodging hidden fees is great but not at the expense of comfortability and incurring additional baggage and in flight fees. Unfortunately, I would not fly with this airline again unless the flight is 2 hours or less and it was the only option available. Bottled water should be free for travelers even if it's only the 8oz bottles. The snack/drink menu options are limited and the prices are ridiculous. Thank you for the services, however this will not be an option in the future."

Pros: "The cost is excellent & staff was very friendly."
Cons: "Lack of communication. When printing out boarding pass, it flashed the flight was delayed @ 90 min, which I thought was weird. Just thought I'd check in later. When I called TSA in Kansas City I was told the same. So when I arrived at the airport they were announcing thaty flight was boarding, I went to baggage counter and was told I had to take my case on the plane, TSA security told me to take it to baggage counter. I told TSA I'd already been there, the 2 of them start arguing back and forth about my bag, if they would have taken my bag when I 1st went to turn it in, it would have been on the plane with me. However because they'd called final boarding, all my stuff got left in Kansas City. I've already called the airline to see if my bag made it to Vegas or not but haven't found out yet. As they have nt called me back. Oh the man in front of me was on my same flight & how nag made it on the plane. Extremely annoying for this to happen when it could've ALL been avoided as there was no one else behind me."

Pros: "Polite staff on board"
Cons: "Unannounced gate change at the last minute. Almost missed plane because the change affected the terminal. It never displayed on the board. We had gone through security and had to exit the airport to get to the switched terminal which was far (10 walk) and had to get through new security check. After going through the full body scanner, a TSA agent patted my hair with her dirty gloves. Nobody should have their hair patted down after going through a full body scanner. This is a violation of my person, of my privacy. Also noted that only coloured women had their hair patted down. We should never be treated like animals or differently than other travelers."

Pros: "one time departure and arrive"
Cons: "I chose Spirit because of its cheap flight price so I didn't expect a high quality of service. For example, I didn't expect a very comfortable seats or meals in the flight. But, there are some instances which are not dependent to the price/money like politeness of the flight attendant/employees or responsiveness of the boarding member. On the flight day, me and the other fellow traveler were waiting for the boarding but the gate was closed and no body was standing at the front of the boarding desk. Also, there was no LCD screen to show that this gate is assigned for the Houston or any other places. The time was passed from the original boarding time and we were still waiting for the boarding member. Accidentally, I saw a airport employee and ask him that this is the gate assigned to the IAH Houston? And he responded: "Oh no, the gate is changed!" Thus, I ran from the former gate to the new assigned gate. But I saw that the people are still waiting for the boarding member at the front desk. There was a 25min delay and all the people were standing and waiting for that lady to come. At the end, since she was alone and she couldn't handle all the people, she didn't check the boarding zone. It is important to be mentioned that I received the changing of the gate E-mail very late just I was entering the airplane! In the airplane, the flight attendant were not friendly. They didn't help the old people to entering the airplane or putting their luggage at the top cases. During the flight, they were just sitting and playing with their mobiles! Apart from this issues, the worst scenario happened in the baggage claim. When all the people were waiting about 30mins for delivery of the baggage. At the end, it was so disappointing to see one my baggage is broken and its handle bar was detached that I couldn't move it easily to the outside of the airport. I reported the issue to the Spirit baggage claim and that employee was not friendly either and she didn't even apologize! Therefore, I am currently totally disappointed about the Spirit because as I mentioned there are some instances which are not dependent to the price/money. Even cheap airlines should provide highly respected treatment to their customers."

Pros: "Let me start by saying that the entire purpose of Spirit is to be significantly cheaper than other airlines and at that, they have succeeded. We saved nearly $300 for two people round trip. That said, you have to read their policies before booking to fly with them as they do charge you for any baggage beyond a small backpack/purse. We planned accordingly and it worked just fine. Because they are cheaper, they also provide no movies or entertainment of any kind and no food/beverage provided. They are available for purchase on the flight or you could just again, plan accordingly and pack your own snacks and drinks before you board the flight. Many complaints about them having frequent delays. But we were fortunate enough to not have any of these on our outgoing and return flights. Flight attendance were friendly and courteous."
Cons: "They are cheap so they have the cheapest feeling cabins of any airline I've flown in the US. No reclining. Not much leg room. And not much of a tray table. For a 5 hour flight across the US it was a bit uncomfortable. I probably wouldn't book them again for a flight of the duration but it would be more than fine for a 2-3 hour flight considering the cost. Flight attendance were pushing the airlines credit card at the end of the flight."

Pros: "Spirit is known as an ultra low cost carrier. I did not know this when I purchased the tickets, so the fares we paid were a little less than that of competitors. The pros end there."
Cons: "For the amount of harassment one goes through to fly with Spirit, the slightly lower fares are not worth it. Frankly, it seems like a ploy to hook people and subsequently squeeze three nickels out of every dime for anything else on the flight. The boarding process was delayed by over an hour. The attendant speaking from the gate was rude, hostile, and obnoxious. Those boarding were practically interrogated to make sure the water bottle they were holding might not be an extra personal item. (You have to pay $55 for a carry-on but are allowed one personal item on Spirit. If you are caught carrying extra onto the plane without paying, it's a $100 fine. One which they are on the prowl for!) Once on the flight, there is no entertainment. There is no complimentary anything. You can buy food or drink with credit cards only. The seats do not even have a tilt function to them, so you can only sit upright. My personal favorite part of the flight was watching the fight that ensued between female passengers deboarding and the attendants that did nothing about it. Something about the ultra low cost carrier makes people crazed to get off the plane. At the end of a flight, everyone wants off a plane, but I have never seen such disorganized chaos and blatantly rude disregard for the deboarding process as on this flight. Next time I travel, I'll spend the extra $100 to fly with another airline. Lesson learned."

Pros: "Not one single thing!"
Cons: "Having to fly on Spirit, your crooked, deceitful, poor customer service ways. You are the bottom of the bottom! I can't believe that our government allows you to stay in business. Your planes are dirty, reeks of puke, and unsafe. It's only a matter of time before people start having health problems because of your dirty nasty planes and before the planes start falling out of the sky because of the old, poor maintained planes. Do us a favor and merge with another company who knows how to run an airline business like Southwest, American, Delta. Better yet, just SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!"

Pros: "The flight was smooth, that's about it."
Cons: "Before I got on the aircraft, I stood at the counter and was ignored for 20 minutes. The flight attendants and person who was supposed to be manning the desk were all laughing and sharing stories near the breezeway and ignoring all the customers to come to the desk. I received my seat assignment just moments before we started boarding. First of all when I got on the airplane the floor and seats were covered with cookies crumbs. Also when I first got on the airplane there was trash still stuffed in the back of the seats. Second of all, the crew, one person in particular was not very professional with some of her comments and reminded me of how a high school student would act. I don't think I'll ever fly Spirit Airlines again and less it's a very short duration flight . The seats in this aircraft did not recline at all either and were really uncomfortable,"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The trickery of low pricing is quickly realized with your inflated baggage and seating. No frills?? Water and a bag of peanuts wouldn't kill you. And the worst ever is your significantly inefficient ticketing process! A domestic flight shouldn't require a 2 hour airport arrival and even with that, leave 47 passengers at the gate... All that waited patiently thru limited attended ticketing and baggage drop lines followed by security all in an effort to maintain on time departure stats. Other airlines would at least provide a food voucher. I arrived at the airport in Ft. Lauderdale at 5:30 AM and didn't return to BWI until 12:30AM the next day. That's unconscionable and in this day and age -- flat out horrible business!"

Pros: "I liked the price and the onboard staff was pleasant. The pilots were appropriately apologetic."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed. Then delayed again, then delayed again and eventually cancelled!! So we were re-booked on the evening flight. Twelve hours later! Then that flight was delayed. And delayed again. Finally we took off 2 and a half hours after our scheduled flight time after spending 15 hours at the airport! We lost an entire day of our mini-vacation! We found out our flight was cancelled do to mechanical failure of the plane. We ended up with the very same plane that night and it was not fixed! They still had a problem with their auxillliary power so they had one Hell of a time getting the engines started we sat and sat and waited on the tarmac for the engines to finally be started. When we first arrived, the ticket agents were nice but seemed easily confounded and seemed to need a manager to help them with every single customer. Unfortunately, there was only one to go around. The baggage assistance office person was standoffish and acted like giving one word answers was a big intrusion on her time, although we were the only customers there when we talked to her. Baggage was in front of and behind her office door. We had to go in through a side door she shared with American Airlines. It was as if she wanted to discourage people from talking to her. There is more, but you get the picture."

Pros: "come on, have you ever been on more than 1 Spirit flight that landed at the expected arrival time?"
Cons: "being delayed 2 hours due to who knows what and missing captains :-/ And it makes a difference when you're trying to catch a train to DC after midnigt. Every time I fly Spirit, I swear I will never do it again, but the tickets are so cheap and the crew is always so nice. So WTF? Charge me 10 ir 20 more bucks and take off on time a little more than 60% of the time and maybe I'll recommend you to fellow travelers. Otherwise you stay a guilty pleasure and your flight continue to go unfilled. I know I'm not the only one to this..."

Cons: "Previous flight delayed, caused extreme stress to get to this flight! Got through customs and border protection, very long process and our bags were not at the baggage claim yet! Had to wait over 30 minutes for our bags. If Spirit charges for every bag, they should provide better baggage service! Had to wait in another long line to show our passports. Then run to recheck our bags. Spirit offered no assistants at all to speed this process up. As we are trying to check our bag they are starting to load the plane and we have to go through TSA yet! again another long process. We made it to our flight just in time. But I was completely sweated and stressed out! These flights originally had a three and a half hour layover scheduled between flights."

Pros: "It was on time. The staff was excellent Captain...excellent flight and landing even with turbulence"
Cons: "Seats do not recline. Tray table too small too use as work surface. If you bring anything but a book bag the cost is so steep that the it may be just as cost beneficial to fly other airlines. the beverage service for a cup of coffee is $2. The baggage claim was an hour wait and I spoke to someone who traveled to Vegas on spirit. They waited over 1 hour in Vegas and an hour when they returned home. So this must be the normal wait time. THE WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE and 800 client care w was not helpful."
