Cons: Older aircraft, tray tables not level, rear washrooms no water, delayed departure

Cons: Q400 is cramped, noisy and awful overhead storage
Pros: New airbus 350-390 are worst than older planes. Economic class space is even smaller now, no storage space for the last few rows
Cons: Last 3-5 central rows in economy class have no space for carryons. On top of that, at arrival we realized they have lost our bagage, all 6, so we’re left with carryons. This may be our very last trip with Lufthansa.
Pros: Air Canada business class is superior comfort.
Pros: The crew did everything expected to make our flight enjoyable. Couldn't really have asked for more.
Cons: We're fortunate we fly business when traveling to Europe, but the comfort on AC Rouge "premium economy" is VERY low. The dilemma is: comfort for a much longer business flight thru Frankfurt to Venice, or a slightly larger economy seat for a direct 8 hr flight YYZ to VCE. "Entertainment" - an iPad!
Pros: The new Airbus was a very cool aircraft.
Cons: Boarding process is really disorganized.

Pros: Having a seat on the plane after it being delayed over 5 hours,

Pros: The flight was on time, perfectly organized, excellent flight attendants and efficient service
Cons: There were no negatives (and rarely are with Lufthansa)

Pros: Crew was amazing, someone had found my passport and turned it in to a crew member.

Cons: Seats are very close together. Young child behind me kicked the seat most of the way. Bags took a very long time to come out.
Pros: Food was excellent and the movies were free.
Cons: Our seats wouldn’t lean back. Other people’s did however.
Pros: The crew on the plane and at the Dublin airport were nice. We haven’t made it to Dubrovnik. Plane from Newark was delayed, we missed our connection, our luggage was misplaced, then they didn’t have another flight until the next day, and they sent us to a hotel that didn’t have any rooms available.
Cons: What couldn’t have? Thanks Aer Lingus.
Pros: Seats had tv monitor
Cons: Check in was horrible and inefficient. The seats are smaller compared to most major airlines (Delta, AA, Air France, KLM)
Cons: Arrangenents for wheel chairs at London were poor compared to Chicago which was excellent .
Pros: The crew was mediocre, nothing special. I asked for a extra pillow and was denied. Seats were cramped, I expected more from British Airways but comparing them to China Eastern, I found China Eastern more memorable.
Cons: I expected more from British Airlines, maybe my expectations and reality didn’t chive?
Cons: The crew/attendants were very efficient and listens to the passengers. They went the extra mile to accommodate.

Pros: Crew was great, especially Terrace to Vancouver part, very rough landing in Edmonton, which I know is not the airlines fault.
Cons: More leg room, when the people in front laid back their seat, it was crowded.

Cons: Food options are expensive, non-alcoholic beverages should be provided for free, and food options are really scarce. Add some entertainment or wifi.

Cons: When booking there is an option for Food? This gives the appearance that food isn't included in your flight unless you pay extra.
Pros: Deni, our flight attendant, was most attentive, giving Robert, who is legally blind, assistance with safety features if needed, one on one as we were seated.
