Running out of the LAX->MEX plane, the crew the said: "don't forget to pick up your luggage".. and then all went pairshaped. One member of MEX staff claimed the baggage is going directly to destination, another said that it won't and i need to pick it up myself and do god knows what with it. LAX->MEX flight delayed by 30mins, 1hr change time. Everybody relaxed just me loosing all my boozy contraband as i had no choice but to put my registered luggage thru security."

I was told a confirmation of a new flight was going to be email once the request from the support had been approved (the email confirmation was never received). I was also instructed multiple times to not show at the airport unless I had receive the confirmation. I was up most of the night waiting for this confirmation that never came!! I received an email this morning letting me know the fight from ALT to Mexico had been delay!! When I opened it to view the itinerary it showed she had been booked for the am fight at 6:30 am! after spending another hour and 35 minutes on the phone your support team could not find a fight until Dec.21!! Not to mention the accepted they had problems with their email system and phones, but asked why didn't I called,mmm I was on the phone for the 3rd time!!!! I am very, very disappointed!! Not a discount was offer or a fight the next day even when I was checking an flights were available!!! Here is the other part,,Rosa came all the way from Mexico to care for her ill sister for the last 2 1/2 months, all she asked was to be able to be back home for the holidays!! Your team insisted on scheduling a flight for next week or a full refund!! This was not a money matter!! It's about getting some one home for the Holidays who has helped a ill person during the most vulnerable time in her life!!"

Cons: "On the Mexico layover you have to fill paperwork like if you are going to stay in Mexico. My passport number was filled with a different ink color and paperwork was rejected. I was really tired and this paperwork took forever. Then after you go through the line and your paperwork is checked you have to go get your checked in luggage. I didn't like that you have to find the carrousel and pick your bags... that alone took 50 mins. For some reason we were waiting and waiting for the first bags out of the plane to come out. After that you have to form line again to put all your luggage into an x-ray machine. Then there's one final luggage paperwork check and Then you have to take your luggage to a carrousel again so they can board it into the plane. Then you have to go through security and then you have to go find the departure gate at the monitors in the terminal. Ours did not have a gate until 10 mins before departure. Signage at the Mexican airport is very poor. You have to ask people."

THat is a straight out lie. If you eliminate bathrooms from Economy class to squeeze in more seats this problem will persist. American Airlines should be ashamed of itself."

While this was a very difficult journey for him, the crew made it slightly more bearable."

Have good sineage in many places and have one line for one purpose, not many lines in different places for the same purpose that change with the whims of the staff. I'll be attempting to fly with other airlines next time as this airport system is just too much."

Pros: "The check in staff which was the same boarding staff was below average there was 3 agents who very poor, poor in attitude, poor in problem solving, wished at that moment I had booked on another airline."

Cons: "My experience would be fine except when I went through security and they checked my luggage, they opened my suitcase in front of everyone and riffled through my clothes out in the open. I don't care that they needed to go through my bag, I care that there was no concern for privacy."

Cons: "I selected my seats day I purchase. I didn't get the seats I had selected. I prechek in online. I ended up the very back in a single row against the toilet which made me throw up 3 times. I don't get sick on flights. But the smell was so bad!,"

Pros: "Maybe crew should rest more and have better attitudes"

Pros: "Total waste of my money paying for business class with such an old plane. Uncomfortable seats, bad bad service, and no pillows or eye masks."

Cons: "1hr late to board because of a missing flight attendant. They could not get replacement for an hour."

Cons: "No selection of beer or liquor or food. OK - A flight to MEXICO and you have no mexican beer, tequila, or anything even remotely resembling Mexican drinks yet you boast all the routes you serve to mexico. It was nearly a four hour flight. C'mon"

Cons: "Ac didn't work on ground. Not tall enough."

Pros: "It was a direct flight"
Cons: "Even though I checked in early I was not assigned a seat. I had to wait to see if people didn't show up to claim a seat. For a red eye it is difficult to notify family if you don't get on the flight because most likely they will be getting up early to pick you up at the airport. Luckily I got on the flight but the stress of waiting was tough. I was treated just as if I was on standby yet I purchased my flight ahead of time."

Cons: "I did not like that our flight was delayed three hours. I understand there was a thunderstorm but it has resolved before we were to board the plane. Then we had to switch gates three times."

Pros: "The plane was clean. Boarding was great at Wichita."
Cons: "All flights should have free wifi and power hookups. Greyhound does this, why shouldn't united."

Cons: "That ac was always wrong so temperature never refreshed. That made impossible to enjoy this trip at all."

Pros: "The Mexican service always is so kind, excellent pilot, the trip was so windy, and I felt secure. You were beyond my expectations, we arrived a half hour before, thank you so much."
