Cons: Crew pretty lazy.. sat most of flight talking

Cons: No signage for frontier airlines at o'hare airport. Not found in the departure flight schedule for phoenix either. Even at the gate there was no sign for our flight, only shown while we are boarding was the next flight to Colorado. There was a lot of confusion.

Cons: They dint load my bag and I have nothing to change and I can’t even brush my teeth coz all my stuff is in my bag. Very irresponsible not even cordial. A lady name Jean was there she doesn’t even bother answering the concerns. V bad experience and vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv poor service.

Cons: The fact you can’t even get a drink with out being charged is ridiculous. Charged for everything! Low price is deceiving because you land up paying more with all the “additional “ cost for comfort

Cons: Paying extra when offered to fly premium I took the offer. Extra space was not bad but the seats weren't that comfortable given the extra amount I was paying.

Pros: Was the seat super comfortable? Absolutely not. But no worse than any other flight.

Cons: We were seated behind a family, including an infant and two children under 4. The kids had no concept of “indoor voice” and were up and wired the entire flight; the parents abstaining from trying to keep them quieter. I believe I will get some sound-cancelling headphones For the next flight.

Pros: The crew was amazing! Very nice, professional, courteous. Couldn’t have asked for better. I also enjoyed having wifi for viewing your movies in contrast to screens behind the seats.

Pros: Nothing. Delta cancelled the flight with no explanation, and ruined our last day in Omaha.

Cons: An explanation as to why the flight was cancelled, as well as help with finding alternative accommodation. We had to fly back very early via Atlanta, and spent the day in transit, which forced us to cancel a reservation in Omaha and erased our ability to enjoy the final day of activities there.

Cons: A pilot on the flight dropped a steel heavy thermos on my head from an overhead bin giving me a big bruise , bump and I bled . It throbbed all throughout the flight , gave me a bad headache the rest of the day and I still have a headache today ( the day after flying ) and am taking the day off

Pros: Gate for flight to Paris from Chicago was changed at least 4 times. At the gate boarding was supposed to start at 10:15. Kept getting delayed until 11pm and then it finally got cancelled. Noone directed us on what to do. It is 20hours later and I still haven't made it 6to my destination.

Cons: My luggage is lost and none of the American Airlines have been able to locate it. I will never fly with American Airlines again.

Then upon our return to the airport, having checked in ONLINE hours prior, I was unable to print out our boarding passes at the kiosk or the checked...cont

Cons: Baggage desk. Due to the fact that we couldn't print the passes we missed our flight. I have never run into this type of problem before. I was very dissatisfied with this airline.

Cons: Male flight crew could be better - first do your job of giving out the immigration forms then chat, not complete handing them out just one minute before landing so passengers can de-plane & then fill out the forms

Cons: 1. I was in seat 38 D. It was an aisle seat. There was no space to put my bag under the seat in front of me. There was some kind of box blocking where my bag would go. I barely had room for my feat. 2. There was odor coming from the bathrooms. The smell was worse before the plane took off.
