bad flight, And very bad service
The boarding at the Vienna airport was an absolute chaos; no rhyme or reason, no order just everyone shoving; I thought I was in some 3rd world country where the concept of organization and order has not reached 21st century. The web site is one of the worst, not intuitive or clear at all; it took me forever to book a seat and having to pay for it, another slap in the face. I traveled with Austrian air many times but this was just so frustrating and disappointing.
I had a small back pack and a small suitcase. The boarding staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t let me take both on board. Only one small bag on board even though there was tons of space and I paid for premium seat. Also—they want you to wear their mask—even though I had n95. Will definitely avoid this airline in the future

LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

We arrived to the gate to start the boarding and they just told us wait here for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were asked to wait another 20 minutes. Only when we missed the take off time by 10 minutes they bothered to update us and inform us that the flight is being delayed in 2 hours."

Cons: "We had to stand around for a long time waiting for a bus to take us to the plane. The bus was horribly crowded. Then we arrived at the plane and had to walk up the stairs to get on. There was no food served---just a cracker and some juice or water. After we arrived in Paris we waited a long time for the baggage to arrive."

Mostly the flight attendants were kind, but as soon as i asked for something it seemed like they don't want to help or work at all. I understand I have traveled on the economy class but shouldn't make a difference how you treat the travelers. The pillows were dirty!!!!! Not only one, because I have asked for more......most of them! It is disgusting! Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. I have flew with Lufthansa most of the time and in the future will chose them. Very disappointing that sooo many little things are interrupting a vacation."

Pros: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."

They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."

They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

Pros: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."

Cons: "Our carry on bag was deemed oversized (standard US size carry-on), and we were charged 47 euros to check the bag. It also took over 40 minutes for the bags from our flight to load onto the baggage carousel. There was NO communication about the bag size/charges,etc. until we arrived at the counter to check in for our flight. They have an agent who monitors bags- you will not sneak by."

Cons: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

The ticket agent said there were no seats because the flight was oversold but but that he would "take a risk" and book me for the next and last flight. There was a chance that after spending that money, I would get to the gate and have no seat. What a rip off! I eventually did get on the plane, only for us to sit on the tarmac. I will never fly easyjet again and I want a refund!"

At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience."

Cons: "When we arrived at the airport the departures monitor did not list our flight for 10:15! They had another flight that was listed for 10:55. Ended up going to 3 different gates to finally find 2 agents that then walked us to the final gate. We then ended up waiting for another 30 minutes before boarding a bus that drove us 10 minutes to a completely different part of the airport where our plane was waiting. We then waited another 45 before we took off. Staff was very nice and could tell they were stressed but at least they didn't make it any worse."

We bought priority tickets which was supposed to give priority boarding before others so that we can get to our seats and easily place our luggage in the bins before others. However, the priority boarding is only into the bus. So we get off the bus we were in a crowd with everyone who did not purchase priority tickets. So the very purpose of purchasing priority tickets was gone.
Due to à huge delay from previous flight we missed the check in time. In royal jordanian Website, it is said that check in closed 45 minutes before departure , but it really closed 60 minutes before. We arrived 50 minutes before. We are really disappointed about that.

Worse experience in 60 years of flying 10,000 miles a year."

The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."
