Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.

The whole trip was excellent. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the plane was a bit high which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it

KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Passengers need to be consistently told by the stewardesses to position their seats up from recline when eating. This is not something passengers should have to request. Common courtesy...

This is my fifth time flying with SAS and I love it

They charge for bottles of water which is crazy period we hit turbulent weather and it's in a good job period

The employees were very nice. I liked my bulkhead seat. The flight was delayed unfortunately. It was a smooth ride. I was prepared for a cold plane with extra clothing. I assume there is no way to make it warmer.

Got delayed, we missed our connection because of this and were stranded for hours in Los Angeles with no way to go home. Don't fly Scandinavian Airlines!!

Great staff, attentive and polite. The food was okay. We had premium plus seating, which didn’t give us that much space, so that was a bit disappointing, but otherwise the flight was great. Smooth and easy flight

Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed

Food is pathetic, and the crew is rude. Not friendly like all other airline carriers.

On this shorter leg and with an older plane, just mediocre. On the connecting long haul (Chicago to Copenhagen) everything was great.

great.....plane was comfortable....crew thoughtful though a bit impersonal. Full plane might have accounted for that. I left my favorite scarf on plane when landing in SFO Thursday, 3:00 pm. wish I had a way to get it back. Otherwise....flight from Copenhagen was smooth, flight to Copenhagen was on older plane and not as comfortable.

Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .

Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.

Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.

No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.

Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again

Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew

The flight was delayed for over 1 hour. The boarding process is appalling making you wait for 30 minutes in the passage leading to the outside door without any seats.

They cancelled my flight and we had to fend for ourselves to reschedule another flight. There was no staff to help all the canceled guest. Poor communication and staff. I attempted to reschedule via Kayak and I asked their staff that it looked as it was available. The guy behind the counter just told us to go online..

The trip itself was good. I have given only good as rating, because my first flight has been cancelled by a different airline and that caused disruption in my trip. I spent over ten hours in Luton airport and that caused me high tiredness, sickness, because of the very early initial trip. easyJet staff has been professional and friendly.

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

Delayed and then further delayed with no announcement made so that all the passengers (who were standing in the jetty) could hear. We stood there for well over 20 minutes. We were further delayed through weather but no one explained that to us until the pilot made an announcement when finally on board
