Pros: "Good seats, good attention to the kids prior boarding."
Cons: "Language with the personnel was a minus. An experienced flight attendant uttered "Jesus F..... Christ" - as a reaction to people getting up before seatbelt signs have been switched off seems fair, the wordage is unacceptable from an airline that ought to be a pillar of decency."

Pros: "Leg room, food and entertainment"

Pros: "The flight was pleasant"

Pros: "The crew."
Cons: "No leg room"
Pros: "Some of the cabin crew were friendly."
Cons: "I was in the premium economy section, which was definitely more comfortable than regular steerage but the 777 cabin was old, and the amenities out of date. No plugs for phone or ipad charging; the in flight entertainment system was buggy and the selection was very limited. There was one drink service. Even business class looks worn out and tattered. No wonder the Gulf based airlines are eating their lunch."

Cons: "the fact I had to 464 pounds robbing b"
Cons: "The plane takeoff time was delayed by almost two hours. When we got to Oakland, waiting for the luggage took an exceptionally long time. The room was not being used by anyone else."
Cons: "like all the other airlines you get nickelled and dimed to death"
