Cons: "Seats are too close together and seat really doesn't recline. To close to the seat in front and can't bend over to put your head on tray to sleep. Just to cramped up and I'm a small person 5'4". Very uncomfortable for a long flight!"
Pros: "The crew was friendly and the boarding process was fast and simple. No food just snacks and what they had was good. Cons: "11 hours of crying babies was too much. The practice of placing 4 cribs together on the bulkhead encouraged one baby to set the others off screaming. The toddler siblings then started fussing, the parents were then jumping up and down, jostling the other passengers, it was a nightmare! Hated every minute of it."
Cons: "Too cold"
Pros: "See above"
Cons: "See above"
Cons: "Boarding was delayed by 30 minutes but they did not inform us of the delay so everyone stood in line the entire time."

Cons: "seat did not recline at all,"
Cons: "Delated and boarding was a mess"
Cons: "This long haul flight was on an Airbus plane with five restrooms in the basement. There was not enough space to accommodate people waiting in the basement so people had to stand on stairs or by the galley. Flight attendants kept on telling people not to do so but there was simply not enough space."
Pros: "The crew and in flight experience were excellent."
Cons: "Terminal procedures, particularly a tarmac delay and understaffed customs and security personnel, jeopardized my London Heathrow connection in spite of the 80 minute layover. Itineraries with less than a two-hour connection should be discontinued as a fraudulent misrepresentation of the passenger's likely success. I will never fly through Heathrow again."
Cons: "Big Screen at front of cabin when I am 2 rows behind kept me awake Boarding was a mess, not really enoughpreboarding space to hold everyone. Organizers were rude and signs were confusing."
Cons: "Too hot and stuffy. No air."

Pros: "The crew were amazing; very helpful, polite and caring"
Cons: "Food should be less but better quality"
Pros: "The crew was excellent; professional and calm The movie selection was great The plane was quite new and comfortable"
Cons: "The boarding was chaotic for such a large plane; why don't they board by row numbers? My special meal was not very tasty"
