The agents at the Kelowna YLW airport were really grumpy. Same with oversized baggage person. Staff on the plane were great.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
Very short flight. No food or entertainment required. Nice crew. Flight left late.
Loading was delayed multiple times, due to what seemed like boarding pass check system failures, or poor process. Additional delays due to plane congestion on the airport tarmac. All was made up by comfortable seating, good food and good in-flight entertainment.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.

There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

The staff at the airport and on the plane were wonderful I especially wanna acknowledge the staff who boarded us at the Calgary airport. The women who helped us board at the airport were incredible… they were so kind and sweet…I very happy with WestJet and I am hoping I can fly more often to Canada.
We left over 2 hours late and they didn't even give us a complimentary snack, when getting to the desk I asked if I could be put in a row with only 1 other person or an empt y one I was told the flight was full when the last two rows were empty. All around over it
They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.
Great flight. Only complaint is it took over an hour for my luggage to get to the carousel on the return to LAX That was irritating
The flight was very smooth and good. Boarding was fast, but the staff was just decently friendly.

I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
No food to provide, they forgot that, in some cases, people stay at the airport for hours without food. Now, to provide them with food, they have to ask them to pay, because some don't have money. That way, they can't eat.
Flight was cancelled last minute. Had to scramble and purchase a $2000 flight through a separate airlines. Stuck in Toronto two extra days. Missed my first two days on a new job. Had to rent a car for an additional two days. Scrambled to fins a place to live those extra two days. Spent a ton of extra money and lost a lot of money, as well as made a poor impression at work. Difficult difficult difficult
Terrible, return flight was cancelled a night before the flight was scheduled to depart and I was notified by an email and an automated message on their phone line. I’ll never book Air Canada again
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.
