Pros: "We were so delayed due to a broken Air conditioner.we were told we had to get an new plane. The walk and ride took us to a new terminal where we walked and walked and I am 78 and hard to keep up. Then we were off and a nice flight and we made up a bit of time. Upon arrival in Aspen and there was not gate for us so we had to wait 25 minutes to deplane, The staff and pilots were terrific and tried to make the best of it. At least we got there. Snacks and water would have been nice with all the waiting we did....Linda Decatur"

I asked a good 10 min. prior to departure from the gate and was told I couldn't do it then. The FA let me move after takeoff and the obligatory "You're in exit row seating ..." briefing."

Cons: "No place to plug in my dying phone. All Group 7-9s had to check bags. This is unacceptable. Had to wait on connecting passengers (didn't know the airlines did that anymore). I am tired and have to go to work at my usual time since the flight landed late."

Pros: "They offered pretty decent food and snack options that were included in the flight- the high quality chocolate ice cream was an especially nice touch as well as the included wine. My seat appeared to have more space than the flight previous to it, so that added a lot more comfort without the extra expense of having to pay for the "more space" seating- I often feel like airlines nickel and dime you to death these days. Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."
Cons: "Having to use communal screens for watching movies and shows, having no choice as to what was displayed, having trouble seeing everything displayed (too far and small to see nuance in dark scenes and print on screen), having only one bathroom mid plane."

Pros: "The flight wasn't totally packed, so no one got kicked off. There was room for all of the carry-on baggage. The staff was friendly and courteous. Flight was not on time, but early! Never have an issue with American!"

Made me and a number of passengers concerned because none of us had ever heard such a noise from a flight ever."

Cons: "They cancelled my flight vis lax and put me on a flight vis Dallas. That added about 7 hours to my journey. Then they sit on the tarmac for 50 minutes doing nothing on both of the two flights."

Cons: "We arrived at St Stomas airport 85 minutes profile to our flights departure. The female manager, Latoya, at the desk was overly rude and completely out of line the way she was speaking to guests. Apparently American Airlines requests 90 minutes before departure to check you in, however their website does say they will try to accomadate customers that have arrived late. This employee refused 24 people access to the flight that we had booked and paid for. She related that she could put everyone on standby for the next and final flight out of Saint Thomas and standby for multiple connecting flights from Miami to many different parts of the country. This is because American Airlines over books their flights on purpose and has no problem leaving people stranded at an airport. Another employee related that it was easily accomplished to confirm is for the flight as we would have plenty of time prior to boarding since the aircraft had yet to arrive from its original location. American Airlines would not speak to any of the paid customers and would not look into other flights to see if there were other options to get customers home. When we boarded the plane there were still 4 customers that American Airlines stranded at the airport with no more flights out of the airport that day. This was an absolute disgrace and it was disgusting to see how the American Airlines staff were treating people. Their companies customer service has nothing to say other then sorry. I will never fly American Airlines again and now know why so many other people also feel this way."

Cons: "An hour and half layover is fine, but add an3 hour delay on top of that, Kinda stunk. But hey, me and all my bags made it this trip!"

Cons: "My plane broke, worked multiple mechanicals, returned to the gate, my severely delayed departure caused all my connections to be missed thus creating more compounded issues. HUGE HUGE headache. Almost forgot, I'm still missing my luggage 2 whole days later."

Cons: "I didn't like that because I was 4th group to get in the plane, all the space above my seat was full and I had to go put my carry-on quite further down. It didn't cause me any problem because my connection flight had a long layover, but if had not been, I could have been late."

Cons: "The airline kept delaying and canceling the flights with little to no notification, resulting in people missing work, connecting flights, and other important situations. there weren't many employees working at the airport to assist the people who were in unfortunate situations involving the flight, including myself. Overall it was a poor experience flying with United airlines, but that won't stop me from future planning."

Pros: "It was a pleasant surprise to find out I had a choice of movies to watch on my iPhone. Be sure to install the United Airlines App so that you can take advantage of this service."

Instead of making me walk all the way to the back of the airplane and then having to walk all the way back to the front with the bag. Not everyone is familiar with all of your procedures without any explanation for them."
