Cons: We didn't get served nothing to drink until 45 min to kc then by then i was so dehydrated i asked for a can of pop she said NO I SAID REALLY SHE SAID DELTAS NOT IN CHARGE OF STOCKING DRINKS & SNACKS SHE HAD MORE PEOPLE' TO SERVE REALLY EVERBODY IN FRONT OF US GOT WHAT THEY WANTED SO I HAD NOTHIN AT

Pros: Some crew were friendly.

Cons: Your seats and leg room are terrible...but you already know that. I am not at all overweight but I am tall and I dread 9 hours in your planes. Fortunately I was able to move to an exit row (without paying over $100 that your company wanted to charge me).

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: All. Crew did not arrive on time. Boarding was a mess. Many arguments with customers.

Cons: Smoke in cabin, has to return to Houston. Then they never transferred our luggage as promised.

Cons: The flight was 90 min late. Boarding was pretty much a cluster as they tried to get an overbooked flight boarded in 25min to meet a reignited runway time

Cons: As my mom explained to me, there was a time in the 1960's when flying was a special experience. The flight attendants were proud to do what they did, and treated people with kindness and civility. That is all gone now. It is an ice cold experience. I feel like cattle.

Pros: While biased since I was in First class, everything was enjoyable and as expected of a first class experience. The free Wi-Fi on this flight made it extra special- can’t wait until its standard on all flights!!

Cons: Only real complaint is that Delta doesn’t seem to restrict size of bags taken as carry on and the time wasted but some trying to squeeze their obviously oversized bags into overhead compartments is painful.

Cons: I am not crazy about this plane. I had flat beds, but the ones that face each other in an awkwardly intimate way. Also miss the places to store the things I might need/want on the flight. All I had was the little drawer.

Cons: At Miami check in, American had 40-60 automated terminals available for self check, but only had EIGHT open for use. Caused a needless bottleneck and the transition from there to the bag drop was also poorly laid out and did not provide a logical nor efficient route from one to the other. fix it!

Pros: Although I booked on flight several months in advance we were only given seats from Louisville to Atlanta. We were assigned the last row seats one hr before flight to San Juan. You know the ones with zero recline and last for any service. I wonder if it was because they were purchased through Kayak.

Cons: I would blame this on myself but had a second incident with CheapoAir. The date was wrong and neither cheapoAir NOR AA would help me to fix it without extravagant fees. Ended up eating the ticket.

Cons: They need to have better policies for morbidly obese seat mates who feel entitled to lift the arm rest and take over a good part of the neighboring seat. With a full flight, the attendants couldn’t change our seats and said that they realized I was out a horrible situation

Pros: Amazingly professional, informative crew despite having had been diverted at the last moment and dealing with multiple issues from laptop freezing, an uncooperative passenger and delayed take off. My hats off to this crew; we had a smooth landing and very pleasant experience on board.

Cons: The terminal was under construction and extremely crowded. We could have used some help from the ground crew shepherding people, keeping hallways clear. Would probably be useful to not have gates immediately opposite each other both trying to board with space being so limited.

Cons: If AA could fix its luggage handling process that would be great. BOTH (!) of my bags have been lost on this flight. Both have been eventually located, recovered and delivered to me, but experience was not pleasant this time.
