Cons: On time departure, being truthful about delayed departure time and taxiing time, easier landing (had a lot of ear pain from rapid air pressure drop), It took over 30 mins from the time the plane landed for bags to load on the carousel

Cons: I missed my flight from Dallas to Houston because the flight from Frankfurt was late. However I appreciate the promptness with which Lufthansa customer rep attended to me and put me on another flight. Excellent.

Cons: The cabin was cooler than expected. A water bottle would have been helpful to ensure hydrated during the flight when canon lights turned out.

Cons: The seats lack cushion so a 7 hour flight gets quite painfully after a while
