Cons: I didn’t take the flight. Due to a change in my post-flight quarantine lodging arrangements in Salt Lake City, I needed to change the date of my flight. Delta directed me to Aeromexico to make any changes. Aeromexico refused to allow any changes. So I was forced to not take the flight and buy a new ticket for a later date.

Cons: This is the second time we've flown from NYC to SC on Delta and it's the second time they messed around with the departure time. We actually got back to SC pretty much on time but the confusion is aggravating and stressful when you're ready to get where you are going. Both times we got to SC when scheduled and Delta appears to think that makes everything fine. Not quite...

Pros: Good price, good boarding and arriving, friendly and quick crew, LOTS of fluids. Restrooms cleaned frequently!! Great legroom.
Cons: Seat bottom cushion was to hard. Food should have an Asian option, the touch panel display of entertainment system worked very slow and poorly, was hard to navigate.

Pros: Gal at the gate was most helpful. She corrected my boarding pass to zone 1 and put us in exit row. I have sat there before but it was really roomy although the seat seemed less comfy.
Cons: Plane was much smaller than what I usually fly to Hawaii but the roomy exit seat made up for that. Downside was the screen was small so hard to see.

Pros: I didn't get a chance to get the gentleman's name at the gate, but he was able to get me on the earlier flight (since I had NO luggage and only 1 carry on that fit under my seat) and didn't charge me the stupid fee for filling a seat that was empty when I was giving up a seat on a later flight that would accommodate those who missed this earlier flight. Nice to see kindness in an industry that seizes fees on every opportunity.

Pros: My first and last time flying Delta! Everything that could have went wrong, did in fact go wrong. We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!

Pros: The staff are fun and friendly. One of the hostesses stepped into the vacant seat where I was sitting and stepped back further when people where pushing by. We were almost cheek to cheek. The closest I've come to a cute bum in years.

Waited an hour in the customer service line fortunately we were able to catch a flight that same night.

Really made a tough job much easier. I wish I had thought to get all their names. I missed my flight because even though I got to LAX two hours before the flight, I had to wait on the baggage check for two and a half hours. The attendants were texting and talking and not servicing the passengers. When I told American attendants and supervisors that I was going to miss my flight unless they got me through they were clueless and didn't care about me or any of the passengers. The entire American staff were the most disorganized and careless flight personnel I have ever seen. Them they put me on a standby flight, where I was number eight and five minutes later was number eighteen, so I missed that, too. My wife is one of the top Public Relations people in Los Angeles and we both have tweeted and posted on social media extensively about this horrendous experience. I require a full refund from American Airlines for my airfare, and if I don't receive it from you will take you to court. --Eric Red

Cons: American Airlines are incompetent. Almost 3 hour delays for no reason. The lavatory was not working so delayed the flight for it when the plane has been sitting there for 2 hours before the flight time. In they end the decided to fly with the lavatory after waiting for 1 hour take off time. Then that chained different causes, runway delay times and gate taxi delays at landing. The flight was very bumpy because they were trying to make up for lost time, such a mess.

With all of the security on an international flight, how does this oversight occur? Made me pretty uneasy! Boarding was slightly delayed but they didn't empty the plane and verify carry on items/ luggage weren't left behind.

Cons: An extra agent who was rude was having passengers check size of their bags and we had to check our carry on that we had fit above on previous 3 flights. Her statement to us was : “If you don’t like it we’ll have you checked on to another flight tomorrow morning”. She seemed to stop passengers she could intimidate, I’m not used to being treated rudely by service providers! I’m sure they wanted to reduce the passenger loading time, but rudeness is not acceptable!

It's as if United books flights on a planned delay and they CANNOT DO THAT. My husband and I go on at least 11 trips a year and I will make sure that I pay extra to go on another airline that is reliable!!

She acted like it was so hard and it took asking 4 times and finally just asking another person. I was so annoyed. They also have shitty food selections per usual. Who chooses those snack items?! They clearly have no taste. I was miserable the whole flight. I usually am not a miserable traveler so this isn't just me being negative, I seriously may write one review every few months, only if something is really good or really bad. The fact that I'm even taking the time to write this says a lot!!!

Cons: For boarding at the gate, attendant scanned boarding passes at one terminal and asked passengers to board next to another terminal across the room. Anyone could have walked onto the plane without a boarding pass, which seems to be a security concern. It felt as if I was seated over the rear wheels of the plane. During taxi and takeoff, there was an irregular bump that made a noise and vibrated the plane every second or so, and sped up as the plane sped up. I was concerned that something was the matter with the tire or wheel.

Two of our party of six made it and got onboard telling staff we were coming. We arrived moments later - moments later! - but were denied access because they said we were a minute late. Our small plane was just outside the door with access door still open and staff going in and out. Next flight was 5 hours later. We asked to speak to a supervisor and that was ignored until we demanded attention. The supervisor came 1.5 hours after we were denied plane access. Customer concern was nonexistant on this day.

Pros: The flight was on time, and the attendants courteous.
Cons: However, the seats were so cramped, it was pretty miserable, even for just a 2 hour flight. With no snacks even offered because of turbulence, and no working wifi or seat back TVs, there was nothing to distract from how uncomfortable we all were. Plus, Austin's airport layout requires travelers to walk awfully far to get bags and then a rental car. Don't dare be disabled or feeling unwell--you'll never make it! Of course our gate was furthest from baggage claim, & someone's has to be. Nevertheless, it's a terrible layout, w/ pedestrians pushing through boarding queues and where others are lined-up to buy food.

But what I did not like is that my electronic boarding pass I was using on my phone had become expired for some reason, saying my flight had already left the gate as SOON as I landed in DC, but the flight listings said my flight was on time. I then had to visit a customer service desk for them to check what was going on, to check my flight and print me my boarding pass, but they said "I need to hurry"... I JUST LANDED! I then had to hastily make my way to the other side of the terminal just to make the flight that I should have had just over an hour layover for. Was not happy!

Pros: United simply doesn't care about their passengers. They treat us as cattle, can actually fly in-schedule, have filthy terminals, and nickel & dime passengers at every turn! They charge me $125 for a bad just slightly over 50 lb. and then couldn't even get it there on-time in spite of the flight being delayed. Truly incompetent. All United execs want to do is screw the passengers at every turn, while flying cramped old aircraft, while they OVERPAY THEMSELVES MILLIONS while giving passengers The Bird!
