We boarded early, left a little early and arrived early. Nothing to complain about, except maybe a crying baby behind me, but that's not Delta's fault. :)"

Pros: "The plane was 2 hours late and I could not get home. Missed the connection to Greenville at 11:38. They told me there were no hotels in Atlanta and I would have to stay in the airport and then take the 8:55 am fight to Greenville. That took an hour in line and there was no help."
Cons: "The pilot was awesome. He flew as fast as he could to help anyone make their connection but it didn’t help. But I appreciate him trying. Just frustrated that being military I didn’t get to board earlier or that they didn’t help me find a way home"

Cons: "I was shy about 45 min of boarding my flight. I didn't want to do self check out because I wanted to make sure my Itinerary was right so I went to a clerk. She did my boarding pass by verifying who I was and by my Id and printed out. I then go to security they asked for my Id and boarding pass. I gave it to them and she was like Ingrad is not your name doesn't match your ID. I said no it doesn't your going to have to go back up and get my boarding pass redone again. I was Furious and frustrated because I didn't want to miss my flight over a mix up from one of your Clerks and at the time she never asked me if I wanted a window seat or not . This made for a bad experience going to Atlanta but I was grateful that I didn't miss my flight."

Cons: "2.5 hour delay for no apparent reason at first (supposed mechanical issues with plane) and then waited on plane at gate for a missing pilot who never got picked up from his airport and got stuck in Chicago traffic trying to get to O'Hare. Eventually had to take pilot from another flight before leaving at 8:45 when flight was scheduled for 6:00am."

Even when it became available however, we were forced to wait while ATC sent every other plain taxiing through our route which was clearly visible from our vantage point.
