The net issue I had was with the gate agent. We had added a carryon to our boarding pass when we checked bags. When I got to the boarding gate the agent was rude asking why I had a backpack - I said I added it - even had an orange tag on it. She ripped my tag off and swung her monitor around to show me how she was right- saying it isn’t wasn’t listed - only a checked bag. I explained again that I wasn’t sure what the issue was but I wouldn’t have an orange tag if I hadn’t added it. Then she finally checked my husband’s boarding pass and found that the agent at checkin had added my carryon to his boarding pass instead of mine. She sent me on my way without my orange tag. Was a bit embarrassing for me the tone she used with me assuming I was trying to get away with something.

Gate agent asked if I could switch seats so a family could sit together. Agent moved me to a seat in the front of the plane, no charge. It was easy. The agent did a great job.

Great seat space. However food and drink prices outrageous. Jabbing to pay for a carry on bag or stuck paying at the gate too much.

Every Allegiant Air flight I've ever taken has been delayed. This flight was delayed a full 2 hours. It was excuse after excuse after excuse. It was a flight from southern Florida. They made us board the plane on time, but made us wait for 2 hours on the tarmac. Because the engines were kept shut off, so was the air conditioning. One can only imagine how hot the air was in the cabin over those 2 hours on the tarmac, while in the hot Florida sun. Just terrible.

Actually, for the price, I'm willing to put up with a little discomfort (upright chairs) and at times inconveniences (like any airline), lack of entertainment (I can bring my own). My flight was non stop and smooth. I would fly this route again.

Worst ever! Flight cancelled supposedly for weather even though we k ow of many others who flew into Bangor same time no problem. At the airport there was no customer service at all just refund and no possibility of rebook for 3-4 days. Aweful won’t fly with them again!!

It’s a budget airline so adjust expectations accordingly. Nothing is without a fee but such is necessary for tickets to remain so affordable.

My daughter dropped her cell phone right through the crack between walkway and plane. Right in front of myself, the lead flight attendant and crew below. In slow motion we all watched. The crew was on it as they got her phone back to her. Surprisingly, not damaged! This same head flight attendant was hilarious on the speaker! Loved his humor! Pilots were very clear to hear. Sometimes there’s a lot of noise interference or they sound muffled, but this time I could understand everything that was spoken. One more positive experience was renting a car through Allegiant which was my first time. We got a great car deal through Alamo and the car was really nice too, 2024 Blazer.

We waited for our captain to arrive and she made our flight take off 20 minutes late.

The staff was friendly, helpful and nice to the customers! What a nice experience- especially flying Toledo to St. Petersburg Fla nonstop and back !

Liked - nothing. Disliked - delayed 35+ min sitting on the plane. Caused me to miss my connection in Charlotte. American Airlines is the worst US Air Carrier company with atrocious customer service.

Again, multiple delays and I eventually just canceled and drove!

WiFi connected but only let you go to the AA website, not even text messaging worked.

Cold air blew constantly on my legs almost making me numb.

On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. He made up a lot of the time.
