Boarding process was super smooth and the staff and crew were wonderful. Seats made me feel like I was being bent forward. Might be because I'm shorter and the puffy head rest pushes my head down. I would have liked to have been able to remove it

Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.

Very quick and easy process from check in to deboarding and baggage claim. Crew was professional and friendly. Flight was smooth and on time. Very convenient for short flights.

I thought that I had pre-purchased carry-on luggage and was surprised when I tried to check in that I did not have it.

Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.

It was great except the other passengers who didnt have children complaining and not giving grace to the mommas with tiny babies who were trying to comfort their little ones during the decent. They were clearly trying and every child travels different.

Your feedback should include a "not applicable" button. There was no food, nor entertainment on our flight. Also, a snack on a short flight will be nice to have

Worst airline - on our flight down from MCO to EYW, there was a huuuuuge delay. We were supposed to take off 12p and it was pushed back to almost 2:30p. We boarded the plane and then sat on the tarmac forever because we were "over" weight and had to burn fuel. Rather than ask guests to volunteer and leave, they kept us on the plane. Finally a family decided to off board and take their luggage with them. Shortly after, we left the terminal but then the pilot told us we may have to sit at the end of the runway for 15-20mins to burn more fuel. Which we ended up doing and of course it started to rain. We finally took off 2:50p. We were supposed to land 1p and didn't land until 3:45p. Basically had time to scramble off the plane, grab our luggage, request transportation to our hotel, unpack, rinse off and hustle over to our 6:30p dinner ressy. It's a shame Breeze is the only non-stop airline from MCO to EYW. For this, not sure I'd ever go back to EYW - most def will not take Breeze again.

It helps manage expectations to know that this is a discount airline. I brought my own snacks so that I wouldn't have to buy something if I got hungry or thirsty for soda during the flight. One of my seat mates was unaware that he would have to pay $4 for a Coke and was a bit upset. He hadn't listened to the flight attendant say "Drinks for purchase?". All of the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. My one complaint is that the overhead bins are very low when they are open. I was heading for the middle seat and unexpectedly hit the top of my head on the bottom of the open overhead bin. The headrests were also a little uncomfortable. But overall, for the price, it was a decent value, and I would fly Breeze again.

The experience with Breeze was really great. The app makes managing flights easy. You can check in on there 24 hours in advance, and your boarding pass is there, too. The flight crew and the staff at both our airports were wonderful. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable, they even had adjustable headrests on every seat. The only downside is not having entertainment or Wi-Fi available onboard.

Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.

All the amenities was wonderful, if they could keep their prices that low. I'd fly with them all the time.

The WiFi was horrific. I fly delta often and love their (usually reliable and free) WiFi. On this flight it was intermittent and when it did connect was extremely slow. I couldn’t get any work done while I was on the flight which was extremely frustrating. I was also in the exit row seat where there is now immediate seat in front of you, so while the leg room was nice, I couldn’t even watch the TV when the internet wasn’t working. Finally, for the last 20 mins of the flight, the announcement indicator came on the TV screens and took them over, even though no announcement was being made. Really disappointed.

Crew was great. Near on time departure and early arrival. Snacks are always meh. Not a fan of the "pay for everything including miles " proposal unless base flight rate going to be 100 bucks.

Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.

We had a lot of really rough weather but that was not Delta's fault. Pilot was amazing.

The boarding process needs to be refined. Sometimes the gate crew call out the boarding zone, and then flip to the monitor to show which zones are boarding. So unless everyone is gathered around to see the monitor there is usually confusion as wi which zones are boarding.

The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.

Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.

Aircraft very cramped. Check-in was great with an agent helping us. Food was almost non-existent. Pre-flight went well once I got the app reloaded on my phone since we don’t fly much anymore.
