Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.

My experience is typically great with Breeze. This trip wasn’t any different.

I would have liked to listen to music and that was not a choice. Would have liked a meal on almost 5 hour flight. 1st class not as nice as others.

Great! Only problem is we can’t use the northbound flight on this route as it arrives much too late and is not non-stop.

Worst airline - on our flight down from MCO to EYW, there was a huuuuuge delay. We were supposed to take off 12p and it was pushed back to almost 2:30p. We boarded the plane and then sat on the tarmac forever because we were "over" weight and had to burn fuel. Rather than ask guests to volunteer and leave, they kept us on the plane. Finally a family decided to off board and take their luggage with them. Shortly after, we left the terminal but then the pilot told us we may have to sit at the end of the runway for 15-20mins to burn more fuel. Which we ended up doing and of course it started to rain. We finally took off 2:50p. We were supposed to land 1p and didn't land until 3:45p. Basically had time to scramble off the plane, grab our luggage, request transportation to our hotel, unpack, rinse off and hustle over to our 6:30p dinner ressy. It's a shame Breeze is the only non-stop airline from MCO to EYW. For this, not sure I'd ever go back to EYW - most def will not take Breeze again.

This was my first time flying your airline and it was okay. The people were nice but I am not used to all the add ons and no movies or even water. But I knew it was going to be that way. I think I prefer paying for the extras to be more comfortable.

Purposely delayed the flight by 2 hours and 58 minutes so that they would not have to give me the FAA mandated refund for a delay of 3 hours. Offered flight credit instead. All that is offered on board is water and coffee, everything else costs money. They charge you for carry on and checked bags. Would not fly again.

This was the first time that I traveled on Breeze Airways and I was very surprised at how well everything went. The flights attendants were very friendly and always had a smile in their face. I will not hesitate to travel on them again.

Even though the flight was delayed my overall experience was great!

Outside of a 30min delay getting back home; this an excellent airline and will definitely use again.

My flights were all delayed , mostly due to technical issues with AA aircrafts. I had to rebook my trip 4 times . I lost my whole day and finally arrived in LAX around midnight. This was a very bad experience with American airlines , I will always try to avoid flying with them

My flight was delayed close to 10 times over the course of the evening. I was originally scheduled to depart at 7:03 PM but did not leave until 12:33 AM, resulting in over 9 hours spent waiting at the airport. The only explanation provided was that the aircraft kept being swapped, with no clear reasoning as to why. Weather conditions at both DCA and Tampa were clear, so that was not a factor. The only accommodation offered was a $12 food voucher, which was entirely insufficient given the length of the delay. Overall, I was completely unsatisfied with this experience. A delay of this magnitude with no meaningful communication or accommodations is unacceptable, and I would have expected much more from American Airlines in terms of customer care.

if it's a mobile only entertainment experience, please provide a place to hold the device in the back of the seat.

Our flight was delayed to Louisville. What made this worse was they did not have another flight attendant to service the flight. This caused an even longer delay. Then when a flight attendant did show up, she chose to "swap" flights with another flight attendant. Therefore, we had to wait longer for the other flight attendant to come to our flight. This is information that the gate attendant should not have shared. Processes and execution at American are broken. Passengers are feeling it. Fixing this starts at the top of the organization.

I have never been assaulted they way I was today in Charlotte - shame on American

3 hour weather delay followed by 1 hour (and counting) maintenance delay. UGH!

Flight was delayed , waited in the tarmac for 3 hours and then came back and was cancelled

Delayed almost 4 hours for a 45 minute flight with no explanation.

The flight was excellent, provided that we had inclement weather. We departed earlier than scheduled and arrived early. There was a little turbulence, but nothing to be worried about.

I disliked that I didn’t have a flight today, not entirely sure why I’m being asked
