JetBlue is always consistent and great, the food is limited in selection, but at least you can grab as much as you want on snacks and drinks at the Blue Locker.
You get what you pay for with JetBlue. Every little thing costs more, you are nickel and dimed until the end. Entertainment doesn’t function. Flight attendants do the bare minimum.
Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. Great flight. Departed early, arrived early. However they were out of meals for sale. Also, we arrived early and the gate was not available so we sat on the taxiway for quite a while (not JetBlue’s fault).
The gate and ground staff were excellent, friendly, went out of their way to acknowledge my Mosaic status. The plane was an older Airbus, so the seats were a little worn. The in flight attendant was not very nice, and seemed to be annoyed to be at work or be on this flight. Flight was fast and we landed early and pilots kept us informed.
The inflight system with their wifi is a hot mess and doesn't work. Separately they do, but when you try to do theoretically simple things like pair a device for control it all falls apart
I understand that there is a catering issue - water should be the minimum stock. During the flight, not once that the attendants came through with water. The conversations in the kitchen were very loud and they were swearing. I do not expect any white glove service, at the minimum, we should be cordial. It was almost an inconveniece that we were on the flight. And it made us feel if you even dare question us, we'll make you deplane.

It was a train wreck but on an airplane. First off, flight was delayed then we board only to hear two announcements, First weather delays in Orlando and second backup battery warning on emergency lights. After sitting on the plane for almost 2 hours they have us deplane due to the maintenance issue. We were told they were getting another plane. In the mean time, I notice another American- Orlando flight and ask the gate agent if I can switch. He says he cant help me and I'd have to walk to A13 from A37. Really!? I get down there and get a seat only to get an announcement my original flight was RE-boarding. The Then inflight there's no communication and I notice on flightaware were circling over the Gulf of America. I call the flight attendant and of course she has no clue and apparently 5m later the pilot finally tells us about another delay. Why does American always have these service and delay issues? They are my LAST choice in flights now!
I am an AA flyer for a very long time... AA has yet to disappoint.
Boarding delayed 20 minutes for no reason, no wifi, in flight entertainment, or snacks / waters?
Beverage service was not good. Also just one service in 5 hr 30 min flight. No ask fir water ir anything beside one time beverage service.
The gates should be ready when we land. Waiting on the runway for a hour is ridiculous.

American almost always Delays flights from Austin to Dallas and back. I cannot believe they have such poor service on this route. I was about to switch to American from Delta, but they gave me enough reasons not to.
Awful. Not water, or chargers or space under the seats, the plane was very old and poor maintenance, seats really dirty, sticky, seats pockets with wires pinching your knees. Connection with no announcements, plane departed 1.30 hour earlier for an extra stop to refueling in Trinidad & Tobago. Even that we had a 3 hrs delay, seated in the plane in the runway.
Really bad. Uncommunicated stop in Trinidad & Tobago for refueling. Extra stop added 3 hours of discomfort without allowing off the seat. Not even water, or chargers or boarding groups.

We waited in an overcrowded bus for over a half hour. It was uncomfortable. It would have been better to have waited in the terminal in a line

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.

Absolute disaster. Was delayed, delayed again, then delayed while loaded, causing many to miss connecting flights. However, spirit had only one person to process over 20 missed flights, taking forever. They then provided little guidance. No wonder they are bankrupt
They cancelled my flight same day with no explanation why. They offered to rebook me but it would not be until 2 days later. I will never use them again.
I waited for 4+ extra hours to even board when i was fighting off a cold. So i was sitting there in the airport with a fever and chills while spirit wasted my time. Then once on the plane we had at least an extra hour of taxiing before and after takeoff. Really poor airline, no amenities to speak of, and a lack of organization that will just ruin your experience.
Flight was cancelled 2.5 before departure without warning. Staff was rude and lied to us pre-security.

The plane was freezing and everyone had on their winter coats. I pulled out my sweaters out of my carryon to cover myself and put on an extra pair of socks. They offered NO FREE drinks or snacks on a 6 hour flight. The seats don’t have plugs or charges or any form of entertainment- so I just played my one downloaded game on my phone because I couldn’t sleep because I was too cold. Miserable flight though we landed safely.
Seats are not very comfortable, maybe a little more padding for a 2hr plus flight
Very sad about what Spirit has become, because the flights I had with them were delayed between an hour and a half and two, terrible service
No priority boarding (travelling with a toddler) and the flight was 4 hours late.
Their online check-in system was offline so the lines at the counter were extremely long. Making our connection was also very unpleasant as there were no priorities for boarding (basically a free-for-all) and since I was travelling with my toddler we had a very hard time. The connecting flight was also 4 hours late.
We were charged an additional $54 usd per passenger to board, not mentioned in the ticket.
