Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Caribbean airline sucks… they have a promotion to bring 60lbs in your suitcase.. meanwhile when you reached your destination (JFK)… your suitcase didn’t show up. They had too much weight so the suitcase was left in Guyana… like WTF????? Stupid promotion.. just like the uneducated people working with the airline. The representative said there is nothing she can do about it… will not use them again.
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
Flight ended up being longer than anticipated because we had to reroute to the Bahamas. So a hour and half flight turned into 5 hours. 0/10.
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.

Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary
First flight was delayed which resulted in missing our connecting. As a result class was downgraded to economy on a later flight.
Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway
Chaotic boarding at these gates, multiple gates squeezed in at the very end of a concourse, behind a restaurant. Agents gave up on boarding by individual zones. Flight itself was uneventful, which is all we hope for any more.
Unprepared to rebook a flight of people. Uncommunicative. When I received updates in the app it was well after the announcement in the hold room. Offered a single $12 meal voucher, not enough for a sandwich at DEN, for a 17 hour delay. No one was able to explain their meal or hotel reimbursement policy for this cancellation, just handed a card to call the Help desk. My previous flight went through several delays and was finally cancelled, without explanation. The customer help desk closed while there was a long line. I then waited in line for a gate agent almost an hour while simultaneously on hold and trying to text with a remote Delta agent. Communicating with the text agent was almost impossible; they could not find any flights that got me back to my original city before the following evening. Kept offering itineraries that did not get me back to my origin airport or involved additional layovers. In 50 minutes on hold, never got through to an agent by phone. Finally spoke to one of the gate agents who was able to rebook on a red eye that had only one stop and got me back in the afternoon the next day, rather than late evening. Later by email, Delta offered 10,000 loyalty points for the inconvenience of the cancellation. The crew on the red eye flight were delightful. I don’t remember any food or entertainment on that flight.
Flight team was great and we even arrived ahead of plan!
It was good delayed again but once on board the flight crew were very good the entertainment and wifi worked on this plane and we were offered snacks and drinks
The boarding agent guy in Lexington on 7/23 that boarded the flights to Atlanta is very rude for working in customer service. I know there were delays but he was dismissive rude and arrogant. Most native Kentucky residents are nice and very cordial he needs to eat a big ole piece of humble pie. I watched him be rude to several people and as much as he could of filled up a delayed flight to save you money and he was so rude to people it was ridiculous. Next no water or snacks on short flights is awful 1st you delay a flight then do not even offer water on the flight.. No thanks I like delta better but I travel ever week and to be treated like this might as well fly American at least they offer water and have better rewards.
Flight was delayed multiple time and for more than 1 hr. My onward flight from BOS to MCI was also delayed. These delays have caused me so much inconvenience and Delta does nothing to ensure flights take off on time. No one knew why the inbound flight was delayed and what was the issue.
The second half of terminal C at Hartsfield was 80 something degrees. I was sweating just sitting at the gate.
They have overselled the ticket and kicked me out from boarding, All my Plans were collapsed and important network meeting missed.also I booked direct flight i have to go through an 1 stop and it was frustrated.

Service could be better especially in business class.. the food also needs to be better and the overall experience should be elevated.
Patrons with larger bags were asked to check the bags when boarding. Seems like the most effective, and least costly way, way to successfully use the cramped space.
Like all planes recently, entertainment is achieved by giving the patron free WiFi and letting them stream shows via the screen on a phone or tablet.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
My seat had a worn out cushion, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, the flight was excellent.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
I thought American Airlines did well considering the adverse weather situation over July 21 and 22. I especially appreciated the consideration given to me when I got stuck in Miami on my way to Boston from Charleston, West Virginia. Thank you for providing a voucher for an overnight stay. Though it was only a few hours of sleep, it was very helpful. I was able to reschedule my medical appointment and got back to the Boston area on the 1st flight out of Miami as a standby passenger. It was very helpful that I was given number one priority on the standby list.
Award tickets are some of the best... seats lack entertainment options.
Plane was delayed multiple times. I would like to request a refund. Was due to arrive Thursday evening ended up arriving Friday morning.
The seats were roomier than other airplanes I’ve been on.
The security line at JFK was one of the longest I’ve ever experienced - probably 45 minutes. I don’t know if JetBlue has control over it, but it detracted from the overall experience. Entertainment had good options, but the volume control was a bit small to tap on and the screen had a fair amount of interference blips. Clearer picture would have been better.
I liked the entertainment on JetBlue, the service from JFK to JAX was terrible at best
Checking-in in Barbados was excellent, connecting in JFK to JAX was a nightmare, had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my check bag. After receiving my checked bag and going to the gate to check in for my flight to Jax the crew there had no clue. They first told me that I had missed the flight and had to rebooked.. after trying to speak with JetBlue reservations (without luck) I was asked to leave my Phone number for a recall, I did so and my call was returned after 15 hours. I finally looked at the information board and saw the flight that I was originally scheduled for was still at the gate. I alerted an JetBlue employee of my findings and was told to rush to the gate and see if I could still board. The agent at the boarding gate apparently was having a very bad day, after lecturing me on how late I was (which was not a fault of mine) let me on the flight. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER fly JetBlue ever in my life again.
I usually dont fly JeTBlue and I dont think I will ever do it again. The flight was delayed fee time, nobody was giving us any info at at the airport, gate changing, the slowest and poorly organized boarding ever, rude staff.. huh
The flight was delayed. I upgraded to more room. I can't imagine how small the regular seats are I haven't upgraded for my return flight yet.

Horrible - for the first time in my life i was denied boarding an international flight because the name used on my ticket - Josh - was not exactly the same as my passport - Joshua. At no time during ticketing, online check-in, or at the airport flying from Boston to NY was i notified of a problem. It was only at boarding from NY to Costa Rica I was informed of the problem and by then it was too late. After missing the flight I was told by airport Jet Blue staff, including a supervisor, that it was my problem and they could not assist because i bought "the cheapest fare". i was hung up on twice by JetBlue customer service, including once by a supervisor. I blame Kayak and your awful partner ChatDeal for even allowing me to purchase an international ticket without verifying this - you effectively sold me a ticket i could not use. Shame on you and shame on ChatDeal for doing nothing to help me resolve the situation. What a scam.
The gate and ground staff were excellent, friendly, went out of their way to acknowledge my Mosaic status. The plane was an older Airbus, so the seats were a little worn. The in flight attendant was not very nice, and seemed to be annoyed to be at work or be on this flight. Flight was fast and we landed early and pilots kept us informed.
