The CRJ-900 was clean but the overhead air vents were broken in our First Class row, making the cabin very hot until about 30 mins into the flight. The flight attendants were both extremely apologetic and accommodating though so that is why I rated the flight as very good. They checked on us many times and truly showed they cared. The snacks for an hour and a half flight could be better. Would be nice if there was a small plated meal over convenient store snacks. WiFi also was not working. And it would be nice if Delta had adjustable headrests on these planes.
Subpar. The seating on the plane is almost unbearable. We are literally touching and/or sitting on each other which is totally unacceptable and shameful. Pilots and crew was very accommodating and friendly.
I love Delta the flight attendants were personable and the flight arrived 1/2 earlier thanks expected. All a plus. The gate agent was a bit flustered but even with that I still had a good experience. Her supervisor assisted me.
two hour delay and the Delta representative on the PA system was unable to understand

The flight was delayed for about 2 hrs. Other than it, it was good.
My issue was with TSA agents for delta airlines. My luggage got flagged. The agent was going thru another persons first. He took 20 min to go thru hers. I asked them to bring mine closer so I could sit down . They said you can go sit it will be fine. I said I am supposed to keep my eyes on my bags at all times. The agent was meticulously unwrapping 2 gifts that the lady had and then tried to re warp it. He was trying to be kind i get it but 20 min for me to stand watching him do that was ridiculous. It was 6 am and there were a ton of travelers. Mine was flagged for some air packed tea that I bought in Turkey. My previous delta flight and 2 others before didn’t flag it. Consistency would be nice. Also on the flight the window shades were down for take off and landing - I thought that was very odd I thought they had to remain open for take off and landing.
The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.
From Atlanta to Cabo I would have hoped on a plane that size I would have been able to breathe and wiggle my feet a little! The leg room in that plane is non existent and I am only 5”4’. And the air vent either wasn’t working very well or just could not blow air from the ceiling to the seat area as I was suffocating through the entire flight! And please don’t say I would have been more comfortable in first class because I cannot afford those rates and have always travelled Main Cabin without issues !
Trash. Sat on the runway for 40 mins…missed connecting flight because of it now I’m stuck. Thanks…a whole fkn lot.
Not to have gotten delayed by 2+ hours for the fourth straight American flight. They're the worst.
One day, I do so hope for a gluten free snack! Seems like with the rest of the world FINALLY figuring out what gluten free is, American Airlines would too. Fingers crossed!!

Wish a flight with more than 2 hours with some snack rather than just cookie/biscuit.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
Same problems with delays in Dallas. This was weather related and due to the incoming flight being delayed. This was the flight that was delayed due to a missing flashlight which turned out not to be missing.
This was a horrible American Airlines experience, and it discourages me from flying with them again. It may have stemmed from a mechanical delay, but it appeared that the team was unprepared to respond to the delay. After boarding, we waited an hour before finally taking off. After landing at our destination, we waited an additional hour on the tarmac waiting for a gate (at 8:00pm) to be assigned and cleared. The flight crew did their best, but they were clearly tired and also ready to be done for the day. Because of the delay, I missed a connecting flight. It was a very poor experience.
Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.
Wheelchair was waiting for me,changed to a better seat which was great as it's hard for me to walk
