The head rest is too big and cannot be placed differently/removed. Causes one head to tilt forward and increase back pain
Our flight to Rome, Italy was cancelled the day of and we were never informed. We only found out because I was trying to get into my husbands account and called to get his account number. Had to pay more for worse seating on another airline.
I wish there were outlets to charge my iPhone. The crew was great; we had a female pilot who was great with explaining what was happening and delays,
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
Even though we were delayed, we were able to make our connection
Another delayed flight. When the delays exceed the duration of the flight, it’s a problem.
Trip was great. A wild landing in Ottawa with the wind and rain, but the pilot did a great job. Always love flying United.👍
The internet service I paid for didn’t work at all and the flight crew was not very friendly.
The planes are so dirty! Food crumbs and finger print smudges, Dust over the vents and carpet stains. It’s disgusting.
Overall it was good. The flight was bumpy at times, but the pilot made us aware every time. As a result, no snacks/drinks were made available. Seats were tight but that’s okay as I had a window seat.
The baggage process at the gate was terrible. Stay was not friendly at all
My wife has a scooter and they where supposed to send from departure to destination and had it go to connecting flight,not good.Nobody has knowledge of the scooters or the battery's.
They lost my bag on both the going and return flight of my round-trip.
Not to have gotten delayed by 2+ hours for the fourth straight American flight. They're the worst.

I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
This was a horrible American Airlines experience, and it discourages me from flying with them again. It may have stemmed from a mechanical delay, but it appeared that the team was unprepared to respond to the delay. After boarding, we waited an hour before finally taking off. After landing at our destination, we waited an additional hour on the tarmac waiting for a gate (at 8:00pm) to be assigned and cleared. The flight crew did their best, but they were clearly tired and also ready to be done for the day. Because of the delay, I missed a connecting flight. It was a very poor experience.
Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.
Wheelchair was waiting for me,changed to a better seat which was great as it's hard for me to walk
Flight was fine. We were in business class, so lie-flat seats were appreciated. Kids were in premium and said it was nice. Flight was delayed by 3 hours, so we missed everything we had planned in London the first day.
Our seats were reassigned on the day of departure and our small family group of 3 was split up unnecessarily — my wife was seated many rows behind myself and my daughter. The seats were also very small and very tightly packed — there was no space at all — and the seat cushions were hard and uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep because it was painful on my butt. The cabin crew were nice and the food was decent enough, though.
Getting the boarding passes between the BA and AA apps was very clunky.
I don't know about the others but the flight attendant that took care of us had the absolute wrong approach "how do we dare asking for water or anything else for that matter"
Seat pitch is not enough to eat comfortably. When seat in front is reclined, your screen comes closer to your face. Ryanair seats are actually more comfortable.
Three major things that led to my low rating, 1. Internet wasn't available for the whole time, and 2. TV became available way into flight, after numerous system reboots, and 3. Food is not good at all.
We were never able to take this flight because our first flight from Austin to Dallas was cancelled.
The crew were professional and friendly. It was the most uncomfortable international flight I've ever flown. Crammed in passengers. No overhead space to put my bag. No leg room and unable to recline seat due to seats too close together so it upset passenger behind me! Upgrade price to get 2 inches of more space unreasonable.
Pilots seemed fine but one stewardess seemed crabby, but it was tolerable just didn't seem to be projecting a service attitude. I understand we all have those days. Return flight on 8/8/24 noticeable better / normal.
It said that there was wifi. During the flight there was no wifi and while waiting at the gate the phone services already got cut off so I wasn’t able to say I am taxiing from the gate to my husband. This left me with an uncomfortable feeling. So I was waiting on the WiFi connection during flight and that never happened.
