Pros: "The captain was very good, and we arrived early to our destination. We had to hold back before landing, due to smaller planes landing, so the captain pointed out some areas along our path! Loved it! The flight was smooth."
Cons: "We had to be in the boarding area an hour before the flight was scheduled to leave. However, because of the way that the flights are scheduled, people were still deplaning from the previous flight for 25 minutes after our gate arrival time."

Cons: "Woke up to a notice saying my flight was delayed 2 hours. So I took my time leaving. Then Got another notice saying it was delayed only 16 min. I live 1.5hrs away! Several people missed the flight because of this."

Cons: "NO WIFI. Flights are delayed often, what looked like a brand spanking new plane had the most uncomfortable seats ever, felt like sitting on wood in the exit row. You get what you pay for though."

Cons: "boarding in the rain, areas to check your bag and check in were so crowded you couldn't even find a proper line calling out names, some of the voices couldn't be heard no one available to answer questions what line a person should get in.som"

Cons: "Long wait due to plane speaker malfunction. Offered free drink pours on flight once we finally took off but it was a very small “2 sip” pour."

Cons: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."

Cons: "It was raining when we landed and we were told the guy didn't want to come out in the rain to open the door so we were stuck on the plane for a while. Being Florida, it rains. If it's your job to pen a plane door, I would think it's reasonable you do it in the rain sometimes. Then up to the passengers on board whether or not they want to get out of the plane when it's raining."

Cons: "I know you have to make a buck but damn. Peddling food, drink all the charges and the credit card offer during the flight."

Pros: "Love the ticket price, but charging $44 for a carry-on? C'mon man! Added charges that were worth it? Priority boarding: $15, Exit row seating: $25 Also be advised that all food & drink is for purchase and must be purchased with debit or credit card - absolutely no cash."

Pros: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."
