Cons: "I was a bit annoyed that my TSA Precheck was not included on my return ticket although I purchased the RT tickets through my Allegiant account that has all of that on my profile information. Feel like this should automatically have been added when tickets were purchased."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Crew unfriendly, sometimes rude"
Cons: "Very dissatisfied with boarding and told we had to pay for our luggage but noone else did .I had prepaid for 1 incase I brought big luggage but I brought carry ones. So I was charged 100..but everyone else's was larger"
Pros: "Pilot was friendly"
Cons: "A little confusion about departure gate"
Pros: "The captain was very good, and we arrived early to our destination. We had to hold back before landing, due to smaller planes landing, so the captain pointed out some areas along our path! Loved it! The flight was smooth."
Cons: "We had to be in the boarding area an hour before the flight was scheduled to leave. However, because of the way that the flights are scheduled, people were still deplaning from the previous flight for 25 minutes after our gate arrival time."
Pros: "Crew friendly and professional"
Cons: "Everything is extra, even water or soda. Seats are narrow so glad im not a heavier person"
Pros: "timeliness of the flight professionalism of the crew immediate attention to a passenger who fainted"
Cons: "passengers were cold and there were no blankets to be offered there were no hot beverages and it was very cold. all beverages were for purchase and yet no complimentary hot coffee nor tea, even if you wanted to pay"
Pros: "Arrived ahead of schedule."
Cons: "Airbus seats are as uncomfortable as school bus seats."
Pros: "somehow after waiting on tamarac for half hour, we still got to Asheville, destination, on time."
Cons: "boarding in the rain, areas to check your bag and check in were so crowded you couldn't even find a proper line calling out names, some of the voices couldn't be heard no one available to answer questions what line a person should get in.som"
Cons: "Long wait due to plane speaker malfunction. Offered free drink pours on flight once we finally took off but it was a very small “2 sip” pour."
Cons: "The seating is terrible. Everyone is like sardines packed away."
Pros: "The price."
Cons: "Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 9 hrs. We were going to NYC for 2 days. We missed an entire day--- cut our trip in half."
Pros: "Flight crew were very polite and we received free soda. Free booze however would have been more appropriate after spending my entire New Year’s Day in an airport."
Cons: "Reviewed 9 hours because a crew member didn’t show. Was originally told 6 hours delay only 20 minutes before the flight was due to leave. Received two $8 meal vouchers and rude and slow service from the entire ground crew."
Pros: "Great airfare, great staff, etc. Cant help that the passengers are idiots ! Love this place."
Pros: "Kids board first and you dont have to worry about seating if u have a young child. Also, the nonstop flight was so relaxing."

Cons: "seats are crowded"
Pros: "Great assistance with a wheelchair to board, and gate crew in CVG is super friendly and helpful."
Cons: "After landing, we spent a hour sitting in the plane, waiting for a gate. After the entire plane had deboarded, it took another 15 minutes for them to bring my husband's wheelchair up from the gate checked storage."
Pros: "Could,nt Have went any better."
Cons: "It was raining when we landed and we were told the guy didn't want to come out in the rain to open the door so we were stuck on the plane for a while. Being Florida, it rains. If it's your job to pen a plane door, I would think it's reasonable you do it in the rain sometimes. Then up to the passengers on board whether or not they want to get out of the plane when it's raining."
Pros: "New plane!"

Pros: "The staff is always helpful and flights are comfortable."
Pros: "The crew, from start to finish were great. From gate to gate The plane was nice and clean. The phone app was pretty well done also."

Pros: "Great flight!"
Cons: "Price, service"
Pros: "They offered a direct flight from Cincinnati to Austin. The price was good, even though they charge for carry on."
Cons: "They land at the Austin airport, kind of. Once we landed they took us to a Remote terminal which required waiting for a bus to fill up and then take you back to the actual airport. There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."
Pros: "This flight was a return to airline travel in the 1980s in a good way! The plane was clean. The seats are among the most generous seats today. The best and brightest surprise was that each flight attendant was genuinely polite and welcoming."

Cons: "45 minute delay my 1st flight and a 2 hour delay on the 2nd. It's become so late so consistently that I don't even bother to arrive early anymore."
Pros: "Everything was great during the flight but..."
Cons: "We were delayed over 7 hours, with only a $50 dollar future airline credit and an $8 meal voucher. That's not nearly enough for that kind of headache. It was 2 am before we arrived at our hotel."
Pros: "Good for Domestic travels"
Cons: "I didn't like how the air was turned off before we were allowed to leave the plane. It made it difficult to breathe with my asthma."
Pros: "No lay overs"
Pros: "Very smooth ride and attentive friendly staff"
