By the time for of the plane and reached my connecting gate t8gey were already boarding . Dubai is too big"

Cons: "I travelled internationally after 4 years. When I boarded my flight in New York, nobody cared to weigh my carry obs. However at my transit, while I was about to board the next flight, they weighed it and asked me to pay 100$ extra. If the airlines didn't allow more than 7 kilos carry on, they should have weighed it at the beginning of my trip since I had lots of room left in my check in and would have adjusted the luggage."

Pros: "I liked the service provided by the second steward because he was concerned about my wellbeing and brought me a veggie option. The entertainment was good."
Cons: "I was given a seat between 2 men and it was most uncomfortable. I am not sure why seating is not done more sensitively for passengers. I requested an aisle seat but never got one. Also, there were no vegetarian options for those who didn't book a special meal in advance. I am a star alliance member with Qatar and love their service. I didn't think Emirates would be below that standard because I have heard a lot about the airline and decided to fly them for a change. I was told that if there was any vegetarian option left behind I would get one but the steward didn't even have the decency to come back to tell me there wasn't any left. For the breakfast the steward was much nicer and was able to provide me with a vegetarian option."

Cons: "Kayak booked the ticket through flight network and when we reached airport the airline staff was not able to find the ticket. The flight was missed in trying to find what went wrong and when called the flight network they told that due to insufficient time between booking and departure time they canceled the reservation. No message was sent for cancelation and it caused a lot of troubles and grief to all involved."

Cons: "The service... it was almost a 7 hours flight, the crew brings you your food and that's it. I needed to ask more than three times to get water, again and again, I can't understand this behaviour at all. They treat you extremely bad unless you fly business with them. I felt uncomfortable and didn't like this behaviour at all."

Pros: "Loved my experience with Emirates. It was the best international flight I've ever had. The seats are comfortable, the entertainment options are great, staff was all very friendly, alcoholic drinks were complimentary, they give you a great care package with socks, ear plugs, toothbrush and paste, and the price was great!"

Cons: "The connection in Dubai was horrible. The 30 minute bus ride is so ridiculous. It's very difficult to even find the Business Class Lounge. No greeters. No signage. Terrible service. Even pajamas are not provided in Business Class --- unlike on Qatar Airways."

Cons: "1- Crew seemed less professional than European countries destinations ( An Egyptian crew gave me wrong direction about my seat at the entrance of the plane ) 2- Wifi service was not working, though they said the plane is equipped with WIFI ( i checked with the cabin crew, she said maybe the area..however throughout all the travel flight, there was no WIFI )"

Cons: "You offer limited choices on food with consideration to Diversity of your clientelle. Your meal vouchers offer substandard meals in the few selected restaurants. I had layover period of 10hrs on.my return leg and about 6/7hrs. These are extremely long hours to sleep on those uncomfortable lounge chairs. This was the worst experience in my flying time."

Additionally, our row (in the back of the plane) felt rather crammed in, and most of the overhead baggage space was taken up by blankets."
