Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time
Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.
Boarding was weird. They boarded two flights at the same gate at the same time. So mass confusion for the non English/French speakers. So many people at such a small gate. Like every other part of this airport you have to walk miles between everything. Gate to plane was a 5 min walk :) several long flights so I was worried about my steps but ended up walking several miles here so worked out.
Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.
It was okay. Mothers with rowdy children should be invited to sit in front of them.
We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
They should not be giving people hard time because they want to extort money for them.

The flights were on time. Cabin crew were nice. The food was terrible! Checking in was not easy using my phone.
Everything was spectacular except the boarding. It was just a mob of people while all groups were called over the public address system.
Late takeoff, but on time landing. Lost bags, 3 days to find them, still in transit to my location. Power outlets broken, Wi-Fi not working, so much for working on the long flight.
Crew was good. Seat was worn but overall okay. The infotainment system is outdated and needs to be updated. BA should provide free WiFi for club world/business class passengers.
I checked in to bags, one arrived one was delayed. I did not receive the bag for 4 days - arrived on Tuesday, received bag on Saturday!
Everything about the flight check-in was smooth no line the plane is clean and bathroom
Better synchronizing the boarding processes. The audio announcements, the personnel and the digital signage were not saying the same thing. All confusion.
All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.
Supervisor at the check in area was very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Checking in was rowdy and stressful. Boarding was the same. Food on flight was horrible. Could not get drinking water onboard. Told by flight attendant that they had limited supply. Flight attendants were very disturbing throughout the overnight flight. They cared less about passengers trying to sleep and kept bumping into people as they walked along the aisles with their bodies and trolleys. Just very bad and disrespectful experience.
