Cons: Terrible logistics. Stuck on tarmac because they couldn’t clear the previous plane out of the gate. Fellow passengers missed their connecting flights.
Cons: Canceled flight caused me to remain in a hotel for another day. Confusing check in. No one to help. Machines broken. Unable to disembark from the plane. Bad logistics all the way around.
Cons: Same old tiny uncomfortable commuter jet.
Cons: First time we have flown First Class on American Airlines and service was outstanding and perfect! Thank you for an amazing experience!!
Cons: More leg room
Pros: Seat uncomfortable. I am an elite flier and was put in an n uncomfortable middle seat with no choice.
Cons: Seat should with choice.
Cons: When the delayed flight landed, the crew should help expedite those connecting to other flights. They should announce our connecting gates so that we don’t have to look it up.
Cons: Handicap issues. We were exiting on the tarmac in Charlotte- all crew left us on the plane waiting for assistance to get off. Finally when someone showed they would not come up the ramo to get my Mom. I backed her down myself while 5 bewildered airport workers looked confused.
Cons: 2 hour delays on both flights of a round trip
Cons: 4 hour plane availability delay - of course planned on weather but not planning
Pros: You got us there safely.
Cons: Not sure who is at fault for running out of de-ice solution, but keeping us sitting on the tarmac without air ventilation for almost 3 hours... with only an apology and a last minute glass of water? that was terrible customer service.
Pros: Flight left St. Louis on time,
Cons: My connecting flight was cancelled while I was in the air. Customer service was SWAMPED with cancellations with only a handful of staff to help. My plane was a mechanical cancellation so I received a food and hotel voucher. Trying to get another flight from LaGuardia to YYZ was horrible.
Pros: Flight did not take place because of cancelled return flight. the whole itinerary was cancelled.
Cons: because of cancelled flight I had to schedule a new itinerary directly through American Airlines. The cost increased from $947.50 to $1,873 plus airport parking for 17 days.
Pros: One flight attendant was very nice and petsonable.
Cons: Already checked in and then flight canceled 10 hours before departure. Paid for preferred seating but rebooked on smaller aircraft full and had to sit in last row. Not happy and arrived 2 hours latet than original flight. Tried to explain this at gate to American employee but she told me to sit down until name was called. Probably could have had better seats earlier if she could have listened to my issue but she wouldn't listen to me. Didn't even have the chance to tell her what had happened.
Pros: A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft.
Cons: Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available.
Pros: I fflew Delta last Nov. Had meals movies dinner inks etc. American I am serv d beverages no meals and no movies. Getting ridiculous
Pros: Great seats in first class
Pros: We got to our destination safely, and American provided us with extra legroom seats.
Cons: Service was curt and there was only phone-based entertainment.
Pros: The crew was great
Cons: The seats were not comfortable and boarding was a pain. Not sure why you wouldn’t want to board from the back to front. Weather grounded us at our loading airport so we were stuck with the option of staying the flight or going in the lobby.
Pros: The pilot was great. Avoided turbulence and arrived about 20min early. Easy to find seat and stow bag. Smooth takeoff and landing.
Cons: Alaska airlines was who I thought I was riding with but the itinerary changed past min. Gate change and the airline itself was changed. Really confusing since I printed my boarding pass the night before.
Pros: Everything went smoothly.
Cons: Flight connections time was not enough for mam with infant.we missed the flight should better set up that kind of big airport
Pros: To be fair. The flight is only 50 minutes. By th time you get a drink it's time to land. It is completely unfair to the staff to have to do that. A flight like that. Have a box with a snack and some coolers that have 5 different beverages. I wouldn't even sell booze. I person can hold out for a flight that shot to get one on the connection or in the terminal.
Cons: It's always a cramped flight. Nothing to be done except use a bigger, more spacious plane. The good thing is it's the fastest way to get to Chicago from where I lived it would take 6hrs by car.
Pros: Mostly friendly staff and quick flight time.
Cons: Only half the plane got snacks and drinks. Additionally, I was forced to check my bag, which is a pretty big deal because I was connecting to an international flight and was unable to retrieve my prescriptions in all the rush to check my bag.
Pros: I was so happy I could check in online and boarding was a breeze. I actually got to sit by the window when my original seat was in the middle. So nice of the ladies to suggest it to me.
Cons: No complaints
Cons: The video monitor for my seat was broken. So, low entertainment score.
Pros: everything was on tyime
Pros: On time take off
Pros: A nonstop flight, with a friendly efficient crew, met my expectations. A crew member went above and beyond when I asked for a coffee stirrer with my coke and ice.
Cons: I've been spoiled by another airline's access to screens on the back of the headrest. I have my own hand held devices to entertain myself instead.
Cons: Flight was late, got a message from Kayak that it was delayed 3 hours...thank goodness I happened to check again, because then it was only delayed for 41 mins, then it gave me an update that it was only 21 mins delayed, then went back to 41! Pretty inconvenient, and it would have been nice to get a text, not just some silent pop up
Cons: Delayed a total of four hous!
Pros: Flight was on time, staff was friendly and boarding was organized.
Cons: I'm a small person (5'-2", 105lbs) and I didn't have room to breathe in that tiny little seat.
Pros: Smooth - trouble free - calm process
Pros: Arrived to the airport well ahead of time and encountered lines so long that we were not able to make our flight. Only 2 attendants working and so many people had to be rebooked we didn't get another flight for 3 days. Did I mention I was traveling with a baby?
Pros: On time arrival
Cons: Everything else
Cons: The storage are very small, by the time i boarded everything was full. I had to hand carry bags and i had to put it in front of me which is a very small space already, on top of that i had the window sit so i had no space to move. it was very uncomfortable, and flight was delayed. We sat there for an hour before taking off but i understand its due to the weather but it was my worst plane ride not worth 300dollars. I will not ride american airline again.
Pros: JAL is customer oriented and it's always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, though the return trip is also JAL, the cabin crew isn't.
Cons: Only suggestion would be to make the connection process a little easier. If the passenger doesn't speak English, the fact you need to print the international ticket in Miami, then re-enter at checkpoint might create confusion.
Pros: The flight attendants were great and very friendly!
Cons: The wifi wasn't very good so I couldn't access the in flight entertainment I also had my own snacks so I didn't buy any food
Pros: Boarding was good, Good flight , good service , plane was small for the distance with limited space for movement ,
Cons: Got to charlotte with 80 minutes to connect. Sat on the tarmac for 60 waiting for a gate. Missed connection by <5 minutes. Thanks, AA!
Pros: Non stop
Cons: Boarding took forever, the flight was over 2 hours late which caused me to miss my connecting flight and my military orders were not honored - I still had to pay extra to take all my gear back to my duty station. Never had that issue with any other American airline.
Pros: Crew was fine even when we had to sit on the ground for 1 1/2 hours for a repair.
Cons: American Airlines didn't honor my choice of seats.
Cons: No food or beverages for me. I slept comfortably on my flight
Pros: You provide me with the best ticket prices and to me that was the the most important part of of the trip thx
Cons: The airlines charging for your luggage
Pros: One I love free sodies and two I love free sodies with a smile. I definitely got both with this flight crew.
Cons: Not enough sodies and I couldn't smell my own farts.
Pros: First flight from STL to ORD was amazing. I was upgraded to 1st class...not sure why. Robert was a fantastic flight attendant.
Cons: There was a delay on my second flight from ord to gsp bc there was some type of miscommunication/altercation with some passengers not wearing masks. I have been traveling since 11 am and it was annoying to have to wait another hour.
Cons: The internet connection was terrible i was not able to see anything that was being offered
Pros: Friendly service
Cons: Cramped seating in basic economy, the upgrade seating wasn’t much better
Cons: No Wi-Fi and no food
Pros: Flight left on time. There was plenty of room. Nice staff.
Cons: It was very cold on the plane because the valve for the heat was frozen.
Pros: Very good service
Pros: Quick boarding, departed on time, arrived early, good cabin communication
Cons: This is a very cramped commuter jet, just one flight attendant to serve entire plane, she came by once for drinks but not a second time
Pros: Crew was extremely friendly.
Cons: Temperature was way too warm.
Pros: Fast boarding.
Cons: The flight was half empty and when I tried to move a row ahead of me (from economy to economy plus), the flight attendance rudely told me I had to move back to my seat since the economy plus seat was $70 more. However, a reasonable airline would upgrade their customers to first or economy plus to not only appease their customers but to fill some empty seats. Therefore, I had to spend the entirety of my redeye flights crammed next to someone while I was looking at an almost empty economy plus section. Also, we boarded earlier than expected but we spend an extra hour on the flight waiting to take off. I would not have minded boarding early if we had taken off early, but we took off an hour later.
Pros: He was the epitome of the Friendly Skies. Chatted with whom wished to chat was quite near those that wanted to snooze on this early morning flight.
Pros: Boarding and flight went smoothly and on time. Too short for food or entertainment
Pros: The crew on the plane was nice and helpful.
Cons: I understand pretzels for the most part are allergy friendly however I have a gluten intolerance so I couldn’t have them and i couldn’t download the United app because there wasn’t WiFi available anywhere in the terminal and there weren’t any charging stations.
Pros: My wife was happy
Cons: Fixing my own supper
Pros: That I didn't have to walk to Fargo. I wasn't dragged off a plane.
Cons: 3 flights to Fargo were cancelled. I was told I would not get to Fargo until 32 hours after my original time I was suppose to land in Fargo. After spending a fair amount of time on the phone with customer service I was able to get me on a Flight to Minneapolis that did not arrive till 1:30am then had to take a rental car to drive 3.5 hours to make it to my destination. I was not compensated for any of this. My return flight from Fargo to St. Louis was also Delayed. Both from Fargo and from Chicago. I have never experienced such poor scheduling from an airline or as many delays or cancelled flights in just a few day period.
Cons: Never on time
Pros: Smooth and positive communication.
Pros: Seats felt roomy, in comparison to many other regional planes.
Cons: Vinyl seats made my back really sweaty on a relatively short flight.
Pros: Everything was smooth
Pros: I managed not to use toilet.
Cons: An epic storm (April 27-May 4) caused my bicycle tour across MO to flood out during our trip. Rescheduling my flight back to CA cost &230..same price as RT. Gouging people leaving a massive flood! The governor of MO declared a State of Emergency yet my trip cancellation insurance didn't cover what was clearly beyond my control. I'm left with some hard feelings.
Pros: Crew members were awesome and very attentive both at the airport and on board.
Pros: smooth flight, good service
Cons: hold up to board family with 2 much luggage, overhead bins 2 small
Pros: Professional staff, landed safely, the NY skyline is gorgeous
Cons: Had to get on a later flight, TSA sucks as usual, I'm too tall for that plane
Cons: Small plane
Pros: Download the United app, it makes the flight better.
Pros: For the most part the ride was nice.
Cons: Seats were so small
Pros: Because of a 10 minute fix, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for paperwork. I missed my connecting flight because of this.
Cons: My friends dad passed away and was unable to get money back to go to his funeral. Plane was a small express plane which was never mentioned. Had to check bag because overhead bins were too small. No wifi. Dad and Kid took my assigned seat.
Pros: Friendly few, clean plane, and on time
Cons: It was way too hot on the plane. I understand it's hard to find a happy medium with people on temperature but this flight was too warm, especially with people traveling with winter wear on.
Pros: Legroom was a bit tight.
Pros: I'm always comfortable when riding UA. The staff is professional and helpful!
Pros: Both flights left on time and arrived at least 20 minutes early. My bag arrived at the baggage claim ten minutes after I arrived, and all went very well. I'm grateful.
Cons: All was perfect
Pros: The service was prompt and professional. The plane on this trip was clean and in good repair. The snack was simple and tasty. It was a pleasure flying United.
Cons: The first flight from St. Louis to Chicago was very small. While I don't have concerns about flying in a small plane, I can imagine those nervous about air travel would feel concerned with the size of the aircraft.
Pros: Good communication and helpful.
Pros: The boarding process went smoothly and was on schedule.
Cons: Overhead compartment filled up and it was hard funding space for my bag.
Cons: Massive delays on both flights out of O'Hare... No leg room....
Pros: Everything was great on the flight- we even got a snack ( stroopwafel cookie reminiscent of when I lived in Amsterdam ) and a drink. I haven't flown united in a while and was pleasantly surprised.
Cons: Nothing but my flights were short ( under 1 hours)
Cons: Completely missed meeting due to 6 changes made during flight - Ask for a refund of some sort and non was given - not even air-miles or ticket recognition. Customer service from United was almost non existent. Will not be flying with united ever again.
Cons: Little more time between flights would be nice
Cons: Luggage compartment too small even for a rolling laptop bag
Cons: Flight was cancelled. I am still stranded and was given no accommodations so had to pay for a hotel in addition to costing me a full day's wages in missed work. The United staff I spoke with by phone and in person were neither helpful not pleasant. I will go out of my way to never fly United again.
Pros: The crew. Short and sweet flight.
Cons: Small seats. Bad coffee.
Pros: Good service
Cons: Delay in air
Pros: New (to me) lime sparkling soda And a cookie too! Seemed to be a little more seat and leg room.
Cons: I only wish your branded credit card did not cost$95.00 after first year.
Pros: I liked how we were kepted informed of the delay.
Cons: The delay but weather was bad so it is understandable.
Pros: we were 10 minutes early to the gate
Cons: super cramped quarters, like touching legs to the next person the whole squirmy flight close... the plane was made for little people.
Pros: Rain delayed our take off but most of the time was made up. No complaints!
Cons: Forced to check our carry on suitcase even though there was plenty of room above the seats.
Pros: They got me on a flight home that night
Cons: I had to wait 4 hours in the St. Louis airport and 4 hours in the Dallas airport. Was a very long day!!!! I do not like to fly American Airlines and that was the only flight that was available. The plains are small and cabin pressure always hurts my ears.
Pros: Flight itself went smoothly and crew was responsive to people's needs
Cons: The check-in process for Frontier is a scam. Initial cost of my flight was $70, but they neglected to inform me of extra charges like carry-on and assigned seating until the time of Check-in, which upped my price to ~$130. Still not the worst price, but it was very scummy that this wasn't just charged upfront. Seats are uncomfortable, which led to many people getting up despite the seatbelt sign being on.
Cons: Upholding mask expectations! Several passengers deviated without accountability checks by crew.
Pros: Direct 3 hour flight! Easy
Cons: Bring on time but not a biggie!
Pros: For low fare it’s ok
Cons: It’s ok as we travelled as low fare
Pros: Cost of flight.
Cons: The seats in a A320/321 are not adjustable. A much longer flight then a couple of hours would be tuff.
Pros: The crew. Clean Plane.
Cons: Very uncomfortable chairs.
Pros: Well, I got there safely.
Cons: The seats, having to pay for seats, having to pay for a drink, 45 minutes wait for bags, etc
Pros: The prices
Cons: Paying for a carry on Seats do not recline No complimentary beverages Flight was delayed and we rarely received updates I understand that you charge for everything in order to offer better prices, but by the time the customer pays to bring on luggage, we are paying the same price as an airline that allows baggage for free with inclusive drinks, snacks and seats that recline.
Pros: The staff was pleasant and helpful. The seats were more comfortable than those from Vegas to STL. Adequate leg room.
Pros: Getting off the plane.
Cons: Missed my flight because lack of people to check people in. So slow. Waited 25 minutes. Figured I missed my flight since the board said on time. It was 2:25. Asked if I could get on 7:30 flight. Took computer 10 minutes for her to see and book. As I left, she said the 2:30 was still boarding. I said, oh, do you think I could still make it? She said the plane was still loading and running a bit late, but impossible to get on because I was booked on the 7:30 flight. I will probably not fly Frontier again. 4 hours later and $50 dollars in the hole for food and drink sitting here dreading my middle seat and no room to move for 2 hours. Then, have to pay for a Lyft to get to my car because my cousin was my ride back to her house. I sure do miss the old Frontier.
Pros: The leg room was very good. The flight was right on time! The plane was neat and clean. The price was the best. Nice crew.
Cons: I'd have liked a drink and a snack since the Starbucks next to the site was so slow I stood in line 1/2 hour and left without getting to the counter for coffee! Doesn't everyone take luggage - just add it to the ticket price so one can know the actual cost.
Pros: Very cheap
Cons: Very uncomfortable no elbow room or leg room and the chairs are hard.
Pros: It was exceptionally smooth and affordable. Very impressed with what you're doing, Frontier.
Cons: It was flawless this time. No kidding.
Pros: The staff that handled baggage was nice. Also, I liked that we made it safe.
Cons: My flight was supposed to leave at 3:50...I got to the airport and went through security before I found out that my flight was delayed until 7:30. The flight kept getting pushed back. I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again.
Pros: Finally landing!
Cons: It felt like the rear end was going to come off the way it swayed after take off. The commode messed up causing a stench in the back of the plane, (where I was). The ride was very bumpy and the pilot intercom was hard to understand. We got delayed taking off and landing.
Cons: Canceled my flight eight hours before "supposed" weather even hit and had no other flights to put me on. Ended up having to cancel my entire weekend trip. Customer service was not friendly or apologetic!
Cons: How is it acceptable to place someone who is highly allergic to dogs right next to a lady with a service dog on the flight? I spent 25 bucks to upgrade my seat to avoid the nuisances of an everyday flight. I didn't think I'd be stuck next to an animal. How is it acceptable to not disclose that I'd be stuck next to a service dog? I was miserable the entire 2.5 hour flight back to denverz I am extremely irritated.
Pros: 2 hour wait for baggage check in. Then an additional 6 hour wait for flight, only to find out it was cancelled non weather related. Terrible airline. Kayak should not be associated.
Pros: not much
Cons: I have been more comfortable on church basement folding chairs that the seats on Frontier. I did pay to move to seat 1A, and it still felt like a torture device.
Pros: Quick, reasonably comfortable flight, however.....
Cons: This was the 12:30am red-eye from Las Vegas to St. Louis. Flight was delayed until 2:20am. Fine, flights get delayed all the time. It is worse when everything in the airport to kill time is shut down, but I digress. Then the plane comes in around 2am, everyone on the flight gets off, then the announcement comes that they don't have a crew for our flight now, and we will have to wait until 9am for the next flight. Whoopsies! This is no longer a delay -- this is a major F-up by Frontier that affected dozens of already very weary customers (the staff admitted to it being a flub). Once boarded, people complained, as you'd expect, and one stewardess responded "Well, you can pay $400 with somebody else, or pay under $100 here." THAT was your response?? She was stating a fact, I realize this, but that was the wrong answer at the wrong time, lady. I know you get what you pay for, but my expectations don't go completely out the window. And don't be proud to be a F-up airline that merely exists on its price point. It's one thing to be one, it's another thing to wave a flag about it. And the cherry on top is what Frontier did to make it right. Another steward on the plane explained how rare this phenomenon is that we just experienced. Well if it really is rare, and inconveniences their customers to this degree, you would expect them to take strong measures to make it right, no? Any restaurant would, a car rental would, etc, if it was such a rare mistake. What did Frontier do? $7 breakfast voucher. Just punch us in the face next time. There are people that have powered through your barely-existent customer service, and those "gotcha" fees that first-time customers run into (at least Frontier hopes they do), and still liked your airline. Then you go and do something to drive even us loyals away. All you had to do was do what airlines run by thoughtful human beings do and issue flight vouchers during this rare mistake, and it would have been a microscopic write-off. Instead -- face punch, and "justification" behind it of all things. Unreal Frontier, even for you.
Pros: The price and and the ease of connections was great,
Cons: The layovers of over 6 hours were not great and the flights back home were both delayed, but not much.
Pros: We landed safely
Cons: The flight crew was atrocious. They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you.
Pros: Kind, helpful, clean, friendly.
Cons: I'm small and I still think there's just not quite enough room for each passenger spot. Sure, you can buy a seat with more room, but everyone can't. There's just not enough seats that give enough butt and leg room.
Cons: Fronteir created new seats that do not recline, are quite thin and small tray tables that don't lock. The consequence is that the man next to me couldn't lean back enough, so slumped onto me most of the flight. A one year old behind me constantly pulled up and down the unmatchable tray table and kicked my thin chair -- so I felt every little tiny foot. The stewardess refused to give us water when our row asked and they forgot to call boarding zone 2 when boarding so it was a mess. I would say Frontier was a terrible airline. Their discounted prices are a farce as they charge for a seat and carry-on luggage, so I may as well have paid for a regular fare from a more comfortable airline.
Cons: Frontier has a ton of hidden fees...including no free drinks/snacks on the flight, fee for carry-ons. Seats do not recline so you're stuck in 1 position the whole flight. Tray tables were the same size as an iphone.
Cons: Seats were uncomfortable and don't recline. No complimentary beverage or snack. Late leaving.
Cons: The flight was delayed a few hours. It took forever to Get out of the gate. It took an hour once we landed to get in the gate and deplane. I was given a seat on the computer and then when I got on the plane there were two people with same seat. The floors and seats were unbelievably dirty as well. I have never seen so much trash and crumbs everywhere. It was an awful experience. Our trip to Vegas the first night was ruined because we were planning to see a show Thursday evening and landed two hours late and could have possibly made it but we sat on runway for an hour before deplaning.
Pros: I like and it went good with no problems.
Cons: The baggage Claim which I didn't know each baggage claim have each groups of what the name that you flying out which no one told me about that so its new to me .
Pros: Nothing will not recommend them
Cons: The price quoted did not include their fees for a carry on - $30 both ways! Feels unethical.
Cons: The only attention from flight attendants was to solicit me for something to buy. They were reluctant to provide even a glass of water but did provide it but not courteously.
Pros: Cost of flight that's it!
Cons: Had to do add ons such as , seat, bags and even a soda , may have been same cost on another airline .
Pros: the crew made the best of a miserable corporate policy; the baggage arrived - 45 minutes after landing.
Cons: 2.0 hours late boarding; boarded 2x; lousy information; surly condescending station manager; insane baggage counter hours; no connection information in flight despite airline full responsibility for everyone on the plane being behind schedule.; connecting flight still at gate when 10 people tried to board and were not given access until a near riot occurred; no one seemed care at all. A woman with 5 week old child, a senior citizen with a cane, a woman recovering form surgery all RAN from gate to the other (about 1/2 miles) only to be told they were too late, the terminal door was closed. Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!
Pros: The boarding process was easy and organized. They were also on time.
Cons: They charge for everything. I pre checked my bag at a cost of $70. If I had waited to do it at the airport it would have been $90.
Cons: Bag fee, carry on fee, pick seat fee, were bad.enough, but 11.00 for 2 sodas and snacks,, then asking for a tip was too much. Will pay more for any other airline.
Pros: Plane was clean. Seats were very comfortable l, but not much leg room
Cons: They charge for for everything on this flight. Checking in - it cost $35 to check your bag in - $40 of you want to board with it! I do all the work and I have to pay more? Then to pick a seat - any seat - it is another $5 - $25. I understand that for premium seating (ext, etc) but any seat? Finally - drinks and snacks - that costs money too. While the fare looks cheap - beware of all the add ons. At a minimum, you have an additional $70 to $100 to the price of the ticket This does not turn out to be a cheaper price....beware.
Pros: First time flying, and had a great experience. I made a mistake when ordering tickets online and when I called in to fix the problem they corrected my mistake and bumped me up to first class at no charge.
Cons: Nothing everything went smoothly.
Pros: I like thevery timely boarding and my flight itself was good.
Cons: Didn't like that I had to to put for coffee heck that I had to pay $40 for a carry-on. The tickets for that flight when I bought it was only a few dollars cheaper than delta. Of I wouldve known they charged for everything I would have went with another flight. Despite the extra fee it was ok
Cons: My flight got delayed 6hours and it was to leave at 2:37 in the morning and instead I wanted to just get the flight the next day but they still charged me $100, nor did they offer to put me in a hotel I paid for that too.
Pros: The flight, the crew, the updates from the airline and Kayak was great. Frontier is a great company and very affordable.
Cons: The airline increased the bag fees for the summer without an obvious communication. Very unfair and un professional from such a company. I paid $10 extra than 5 days before. The only problem with Frontier is that to check in bags there is only 1 maybe 2 people taking bags for full planes at least 100+ passengers. As it is cheaper and better to check in bags than carry on the airline should make this proccess more efficient. I spend at least 20-30 minutes to check my bag each wat ok my last trip. Very unefficient!
Pros: The Staff was friendly
Cons: the flight was only cheaper until you had to either check a bag or pay to carry on! Pay to drink a soda or anything! The seats are the most stripped down uncomfortable airline seats I have ever experienced. After all the add on costs, there is no value in the cramped, crowded, uncomfortable flight. Also, on every flight at least half of the passengers were not aware of the baggage policy until it was too late to check it for less money and had to pay extra to carry on. To top it off, we had to change gates at the last minute, resulting in having to go out of the Domestic terminal and sent us all back through the check in!!! We should have at least been able to fly through the pre check if not rerouted us through another way that did not require the total shoes off, open bags, metal detection all over again!!!
Cons: My luggage was misplaced on the plane and I waited for an hour for it and it went to the wrong section. I paid two dollars for a soda. St. Louis frontier desk is not open from 930-3pm which is crazy ridiculous. Also your plans are extremely uncomfortable and have become just like military planes. $30 for a carry on is excessive and $25 for a checked back? Absolutely not. I will not fly frontier again.
Cons: The flight was delayed and the airline charges for everything. They tried to charge me for my CARRYON bag which is hilarious, and I proceeded to say I would not pay that charge. The attendant let me board the plane anyway and I put my carryon in the overhead without an issue, which deeply concerns me. It seems as if Frontier arbitrarily tacks on that charge, tricking their customers like con artists who will fall for this absurdity. The air conditioning did not work well and they almost forgot to give us water. Maybe they even charged for the water. The attendants were rude. Dont fly Frontier unless you really really really need to save a dime or two.
Pros: ...the ticket agent who got me checked and put me through priority TSA so I could make my flight!
Cons: The assistance of a front counter agent was horrible and made inappropriate comments to me due to me being late to my flight which was due to a faulty shuttle and short staffed rental service as if I was aware of airline policy! Even though I wanted to avoid all of lines to check in (only carry on bag) but all kiosk where out of service which why the lines where so long...the snide remarks and rude comments were not appreciated especially in front of other patrons, thank God another agent to assist me after the line agent moved me another customer up due to our flights.
Pros: On time unlike all the other airlines and very reasonably priced.
Cons: I'm very tall with long legs. So I was a little cramped but, for the price I made dew. Frontier's price was a fourth or less than the other airlines with a staight flight nonstop.
Cons: Seats were as uncomfortable as detailed in earlier reviews. The Flight to Las Vegas was delayed due to weather, fair enough, updates on the status were non existent. Let the people who have paid know what their flight status is. The flight home was on time, HOWEVER, it too OVER 1 hour before bag return carrousel even started moving. This is why I gave a low crew rating. The in-flight crew was good, but the ground crew fails.
Pros: I felt safe throughout the whole trip; the landing was on if the smoothest landings I've felt ever. Frontier is the only airline I have taken.
Pros: Flight was on time. Crew was very professional.
Cons: Charge for seats, stowed baggage and food/drinks negated competitive air fare cost of other carriers. Will not use Frontier again! Wheel chair attendant and wheel chair were not available in Orlando when we arrived.
