I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!
Pros: With all the competition among airlines and the cutbacks we suffer as customers Delta manages to make you feel like you matter still. Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work.
Cons: Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business.

Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system.

It is the same price for the first checked bag or a carry on. $30. I think a carry on should be half the price of a checked bag. Second is the on flight WiFi. It didn’t work on our departing flight or our return flight. That’s not good service. It sends a message that the airline doesn’t put a high priority on operability or maintenance.

I want to be compensated for those costs AND refunded for the price of the ticket.

Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!
Cons: Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?

Cons: We had already pulled out of the gate to leave when the captain informed us the plane had maintenance issues and we had to wait for a gate. We waited. When we got to the gate he announced the crew had timed out and that we should take our things and get down to wait for more information. Once at the gate we were told they were trying to put a new crew together for us, including the pilot. While we waited they did provide good quality deli food for us. I appreciate the food but the 5 hour delay, I did not appreciate.
Pros: I got these flights for dj jobs I had under a us p2 visa. My original flight to dallas was delayed from 12:56 to 8pm which would of landed me in dallas at 2:21am but the club Fat Rabbit closes at 2am Which in fact was a 1300 (US dollar) loss. I re booked my ticket to Austin from Vancouver this morning because the only reason to go dallas was my job. Was supposed to fly in have dinner play music get back on the plane n go Austin but going to dallas was irrelevant and a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous.

Regular distributions of water was very helpful since I wasn't able to fill up my bottle before getting on the flight.
Cons: Not a great amount of food available, and one of the larger cabin crew members kept brushing my arm as she walked past, which didn't help me get any sleep.
Pros: Came close to missing flight because of gate delay because of connecting flight, but one of the flight attendants saw I was flustered and sweaty and gave me a cup of water before the flight even took off. Very thoughtful and nice.

I actually wouldn’t have minded paying around $50 more for my ticket and hand the bag included than be misled into thinking I could take luggage and finding out after it’s too late that I have to pay for my luggage. I think it’s a really sleazy business tactic (akin to resort fees). Fortunately for me however, I don’t travel with luggage so it doesn’t directly affect me. Still think it’s. Pros: United seems to have simplified how it separates the boarding groups, so getting on the plane was well organized. The 787 aircraft was spacious and comfortable, which seems to put both passengers and crew in a good mood. Lots of entertainment options were available, so the three hour flight flew by. And we arrived early! A great experience on United.

Cons: My friend and I have taken our hiking packs to Alaska, California, Washington, and all along the East coast. Never have we been asked to check our packs. I was mostly surprised, at first. Once I was seated a man in front of me had his hiking pack and two ukuleles in their cases, neither of which could fit under his seat. That's when I became frustrated. O This plane sucks: our knees were slammed into the seat in front of us because the chairs are so close together. No USB plugs. Plane was dirty, scuff marks on the wall and ceiling. There was paper in the pouch that looked like a mouse had chewed on it.

Cons: We we're delayed at customs and missed our flight. We were told we were re-booked on a flight, so we ran across the airport, with two small children, to make that flight only to be told that weren't actually re-booked and needed to go standby. We then waited in line at customer service for two hours to be informed that United won't pay for a hotel. The customer service rep. did offer that if we wanted to take our kids across the airport, now at 11:30 at night, we could look for a United Supervisor in Terminal E, and if we were lucky enough to find one, they might override the policy and cover the hotel. Really! I understand that United doesn't have control over customs, but United did book an international flight with just over an hour layover, knowing that any slowdown in customs means missed flights. That's fine. The problem I have is when it happened, United's Customer Service model was to provide misinformation, incredible slow service, and what seemed like a complete lack of interest by United employees to do anything to make the situation better. There were no supervisors at the service counter, only 1 representative for an hour or so, and when the other representatives showed up, they were discussing going on break and going home. All with a very long line of people stuck in the airport waiting to get some help. I could accept this as an isolated instance, but since booking this trip, I have been getting the same level of service over the phone while trying to submit a refund request for my son who did not join us on the trip. United's 24 hour refund policy has taken 6 weeks and many hours online and on the phone and I still have no idea what the status of that request is, and apparently neither does anybody at United. The interaction I have had with your employees have been friendly and courteous, but extremely time consuming, with a lot of incorrect information and no resolution. Very mediocre at best.

Cons: Not giving me my seat number because my ticket was not a standby ticket and I seem to think that the agent thought that I was on standby but I have to go to him several time to make him understand that my ticket had a confirmation number and I did a reserve and I needed a seat number it was not on standby when he checked it he said okay and I also explained to him that I was a military personnel ... The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution...

Cons: New looking plane but the TVs behind all the chairs were locked without a credit card. The new chairs looked great until you sat in them. I'm 5'10" and my knees were already brushing up against the seatback in front of me. If you push the recline button on the armrest, the chair doesn't go back (of course it doesn't, the person's legs behind me are probably up against my chair anyway). Multiple people around me were also asking around if the chairs recline. I have a mild back injury and sitting up at 90 degrees the entire way was very uncomfortable.
Pros: The ticket staff. The only thing about the Harlingen airport is that it needs more than a couple of exray machines ....the Valley is woefully behind in staff training and technology. It took forever to get through the short lines...it was too long of a wait.
Cons: The way that a couple of young AA men who were biligirent, combative and vulgar upset about their seat assignments. I told one of the young men to stop using vulgarity and no way to treat the lady that was doing her job, she continued treating them with courtesy and they kept mumbling under their breath God knows what. So young and already so bitter. They were towering over her and took a confrontational stance...she finally called security. I would not allowed them on the plane. I commend the young lady there in Harlingen.

Finally after 40 minutes sitting on the ramp he came on and apolized for telling us the wrong information but actually what happened was someone loaded all the luggage in the aft baggage compdartment incorrectly and they had to reload the the bags and move then to the forward compartment This certainty didn't give you a safe feeling knowing there ground crew didn't know ho to load there plane correctly! Cons: My flight was delayed by nearly two hours, causing me to have to miss my connection. Though they knew for hours that the flight would be delayed, they did not have enough people working at the check in counters. There were not that many people in line, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to speak to someone. The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour.

Cons: I was warned about booking with this airline but I had to see it for myself before listening to others now I wish I had done just that. First of all, outdated planes, no Tv screens, expensive wifi. How is it only $3 one way and then $5 the other especially after making us wait for 3 hours and 22 minutes extra. Exhausting flights both to Albuquerque from Houston and from Houston to Boston. Poor communication. Poor planning ahead. Very dissatisfied. Going with Jet Blue from now on. They never disappoint, even if there was a delay in flight.

I think that it's absolutely ridiculous that it's even possible to over sale a plane since there's obviously only a certain number of seats. I think it's ridiculous that people have to offer up their seat and take another flight, I chose a flight time because that's when I wanted to leave and get to where I was going for a reason. No other industry is allowed to treat their customers this way so why does the airline industry do it? Also there's no tv or movies for us to watch while in a 4 hour flight.

WELL THEN GET THERE 20 MINUTES EARLIER AND BE PREPARED TO LEAVE *ON TIME* SO THAT PASSENGERS DON'T MISS (OR NEARLY MISS) THEIR CONNECTIONS!!!

Cons: There was some sort of mix up with seat assignments two guys had the same seat assignment. The very nice gentleman who was sitting in my seat due this stood and allowed me to have my seat as it was on the isle and I was in boarding group 5 and my seat was all the way at the end by the bathrooms and needed to be able to stretch my legs into the isle. There was absolutely no leg room what so ever. The dude next to me spent the entire trip jabbing me in the side with his elbow so that he could access what little space I did have. I was unable to move my legs because every two seconds the entire plane was trekking to the back to use the bathroom, because while there was a third bathroom on the plane towards the front, for whatever reason nobody seemed to be using it.

Cons: My luggage was left behind and it was an awful experience! My medication was in my luggage and could not use it which made me suffer tremendous pain and discomfort. No one got back to me to offer compensation!

Pros: Everything really was superb. Food rated low because of a measly biscuit on a 6 hour flight. Entertainment rated low because I even had to pay to gain access to the flight tracker. Cons: Everything. We arrived 2 hours early and my daughter worked very hard to fit everything she needed into a carry on bag which was not easy. Her flight was delayed, delayed again, delayed again, and then cancelled. She was flying alone and should have received top priority and been one of the first called up to figure out how to get her to her destination. But that did not happen. She didn't know what to do at first then got in the long line of people and waited her turn. ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HER ONLY OPTION WAS TO FLY OUT ON A LATER FLIGHT TO HOUSTON WHICH WOULD MAKE HER MISS HER CONNECTING FLIGHT ANT THEN STAY THE NIGHT ALONE IN HOUSTON AND WAIT THE ENTIRE NEXT DAY THERE UNTIL 9 THE NEXT NIGHT TO CATCH HER FINAL FLIGHT TO SALT LAKE CITY. I cannot even explain how angry and horrified I was that your airline thought that was acceptable for an unaccompanied minor! Clearly this one option that was offered to her by you was not accepted. Then she calls and a guy tells her he can get her there and is going to book her new flights.....only to get disconnected and never called her back. After that there was no one to be found at the desks for your airline. At this point I had driven back to the airport (spent hours driving and waiting) when a wonderful lady from a different airline helped my daughter out and got her on a different airline. However she had to check her bag due to her seating after all the hard work she put in to not checking her bag.

Cons: As soon as we arrived to the airport, checking in was the biggest hassle. We were harassed by a guy working the ticket counter named Guilermo. He was EXTREMELY rude and continued to harass us and followed us after we checked in and we're already at the security check point. It's $25 to check a bag but if you check 2 bags their website says its $35 for both. We were charged $50 to check two bags. Even after Guilermo told both of us that they wouldn't charge us for the second bag to be checked. The guy that checked our bags was also extremely rude and clearly didn't care. Once we started boarding the flight several passengers had to check their bags at the gate because there "wasn't enough room on the plane". Not really sure how this was fair since we had just paid $50 to check two bags and were lied to about it when several people just checked their bags for free. We chose to fly with United because of the good deals they have on flights but after our experience I would MUCH rather pay more money and have a lot better customer service. We had such a horrible experience it almost ruined our first day of our week long trip. I'm. It really sure if it's obvious to the employees of United but traveling for most people is a very special occasion. This occasion happen to be a very special one to us as it was a family vacation and seeing family we haven't seen in years. The poor attitudes and rude demeanor from the United staff is all we could think about even after we reached our destination.

Cons: This flight was overbooked. I had to be back at work the next day, so I really needed to take it. The gate agents wouldn't tell me what was going on, only that the flight was overbooked and that they were "trying to get me a seat." I stood there while all of the groups boarded, waiting for my ticket. I was the last person given a ticket. By the time I finally got to board, all overhead space was taken, so I had to gate check my bag. And then someone had taken the seat I was given, so I had to ask him to move, and he started crying (child). He cried for 20 minutes, so that was fun. Also, this was a red eye - I really wanted to sleep, but right as I was dozing off, the flight attendants turned on the lights for drink service. Overall, just a really poor experience and very hard to sleep.

Initial cost of my flight was $70, but they neglected to inform me of extra charges like carry-on and assigned seating until the time of Check-in, which upped my price to ~$130. Still not the worst price, but it was very scummy that this wasn't just charged upfront. Seats are uncomfortable, which led to many people getting up despite the seatbelt sign being on.

Cons: Plane was scheduled to depart at 8:20 pm it was then delayed until 8:58 pm due to weather. We all boarded the plane and were ready for take off when a maintenance issue was discovered. We all deplaned and we’re told we would be put on a new plane arriving from Seattle set to depart at 11:30 pm. This departure time was delayed until 1:35 am and then 2:35 am because the captain had timed out and we would need to wait for a new pilot. Also due to the first delay everything was coded as “weather” and customer service was unable to give hotel rooms. This miscommunication between corporate and passengers and the late night created lots of frustration. Instead of being helpful or honest customer service called security on the disgruntled passengers. I heard no threats of violence just elevated voices. At midnight Frontier began handing out meal vouchers (15 dollars to McDonald’s) as a way to increase morale. I finally gave up and requested a refund, got a hotel, and a new flight on a different airline (all Frontier flights the next day were sold out). When I asked what would happen to my checked luggage they said it would be sent to Dallas (my destination) or I could pay for it to be sent back to Denver. The flight and my luggage arrived in Dallas at 5:30 am. Paid $400 for Southwest flight the next day (flying into different Dallas airport away from my parked car and luggage) just for the guaranteed service.

Asked if I could get on 7:30 flight. Took computer 10 minutes for her to see and book. As I left, she said the 2:30 was still boarding. I said, oh, do you think I could still make it? She said the plane was still loading and running a bit late, but impossible to get on because I was booked on the 7:30 flight. I will probably not fly Frontier again. 4 hours later and $50 dollars in the hole for food and drink sitting here dreading my middle seat and no room to move for 2 hours. Then, have to pay for a Lyft to get to my car because my cousin was my ride back to her house. I sure do miss the old Frontier.

I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again.

Cons: I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time.

Cons: How is it acceptable to place someone who is highly allergic to dogs right next to a lady with a service dog on the flight? I spent 25 bucks to upgrade my seat to avoid the nuisances of an everyday flight. I didn't think I'd be stuck next to an animal. How is it acceptable to not disclose that I'd be stuck next to a service dog? I was miserable the entire 2.5 hour flight back to denverz I am extremely irritated.

Pros: The crew on my flight from Dallas to Denver did nothing about the obnoxious children (6 & 9yrs old) behind me who kept screaming, yelling & kicking my seat & the one next to me. The little boy behind my neighbor stood up & hit the man on the head.
Cons: While waiting on my flight in Denver to go back to Dallas they changed gates on at least 5 different flights & it was very confusing watching groups of 50-100 passengers moving back & forth. This all happened in about 15min & my flight was called to board during all this chaos but because the woman making the announcements did not speak very good English I along with several others missed our flights. When i went to customer service to rebook my flight they tried to charge me $100 to rebook!!!!! Other airlines will try to book you on the next available flight thru another airline. Frontier told me the next available was 24hrs later, same time the next day. I was supposed to be back at work the next day. So i ended up spending $150 on a hotel room that i couldn't really afford. I WILL NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER AGAIN.

They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you.
Cons: THE FLIGHT KEPT BEING DELAYED ALL DAY AND THEN IT WAS CANCELLED. PASSENGERS HAD TO SECURE OTHER FLIGHTS TO THEIR DESTINATIONS. SOME EVEN MISSED IMPORTANT EVENTS LIKE FUNERALS, CRUISES APPOINTMENTS, ETC. I WAS A DAY LATE FOR MY EVENT. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IMMEDIATELY SO WE COULD HAVE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS EARLIER. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND WILL NOT CONSIDER FLYING FRONTIER IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!! THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES.
Pros: I was transported safely from point A to B. That's about it.
Cons: Check-in was atrocious as we watched the clerks migrate from one crisis to the next, and no TSA pre-check. WAITING at every stage of the flight. You would think a one-way would be simple, but no. An hour at the departure terminal, delayed in-air, then sitting on the taxiway for an hour and a half at the destination, followed by more waiting at the gate. The pilot's excuses didn't help any, clearly trying to avoid an onboard riot for a flight in which we waited longer on the ground than we flew in the air. We checked the board afterward to see if any other airlines' flights were delayed--nope, only Frontier, every one. It's clear what happens. They pay the least possible expense for airport services, and are then the lowest priority at every stage of operations, resulting in delays at every phase of flight. The most frustrating flight I've ever had that didn't include actual incompetence or bad weather.
Pros: The price and the actual flight was quick and the attendants were nice.
Cons: Stephen Lucero 352936 discriminated against us at the gate. We were the only two people out of everyone boarding flight F9 129 to be pulled aside and asked to pay for a personal item that fit the size restrictions of the metal bag sizer outside the gate. We watched 50+ people walk onto the plane with not issues with multiple and bigger bags. We waited patiently but with frustration for an explanation and he could not offer one. When we asked what the problem was with us he threatened to not allow us to board whether or not we paid the bag fee. He did not take care of our unjust bag payment until 9:11 which was after the doors of the plane were to be closed. Aside from him being rude (which is a major understatement) paying for the bag wouldnt not have been an issue and it would have been justified had we not just flew into Denver two days before with the exact same bags. I was both embarrassed and humiliated and out of money for no reason.
Cons: Fronteir created new seats that do not recline, are quite thin and small tray tables that don't lock. The consequence is that the man next to me couldn't lean back enough, so slumped onto me most of the flight. A one year old behind me constantly pulled up and down the unmatchable tray table and kicked my thin chair -- so I felt every little tiny foot. The stewardess refused to give us water when our row asked and they forgot to call boarding zone 2 when boarding so it was a mess. I would say Frontier was a terrible airline. Their discounted prices are a farce as they charge for a seat and carry-on luggage, so I may as well have paid for a regular fare from a more comfortable airline.
Cons: Frontier has a ton of hidden fees...including no free drinks/snacks on the flight, fee for carry-ons. Seats do not recline so you're stuck in 1 position the whole flight. Tray tables were the same size as an iphone.
Cons: The flight was delayed a few hours. It took forever to Get out of the gate. It took an hour once we landed to get in the gate and deplane. I was given a seat on the computer and then when I got on the plane there were two people with same seat. The floors and seats were unbelievably dirty as well. I have never seen so much trash and crumbs everywhere. It was an awful experience. Our trip to Vegas the first night was ruined because we were planning to see a show Thursday evening and landed two hours late and could have possibly made it but we sat on runway for an hour before deplaning.
Cons: I didn't like that you could not have a carry on and personal item but others did without paying.
Pros: The low cost of the ticket although I thought that it was comical that we had to actually "buy" a seat after we had paid for the ticket itself. Shouldn't the ticket we purchase include the seat we sit in???

Pros: the crew made the best of a miserable corporate policy; the baggage arrived - 45 minutes after landing.
Cons: 2.0 hours late boarding; boarded 2x; lousy information; surly condescending station manager; insane baggage counter hours; no connection information in flight despite airline full responsibility for everyone on the plane being behind schedule.; connecting flight still at gate when 10 people tried to board and were not given access until a near riot occurred; no one seemed care at all. A woman with 5 week old child, a senior citizen with a cane, a woman recovering form surgery all RAN from gate to the other (about 1/2 miles) only to be told they were too late, the terminal door was closed. Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!
Pros: The boarding process was easy and organized. They were also on time.
Cons: They charge for everything. I pre checked my bag at a cost of $70. If I had waited to do it at the airport it would have been $90.
Cons: I didn't know I had to pay for a carry-on bag upon arrival. That's an additional $45 I didn't know about. There was a 4 hour delay and no clear explanation as to why. There was never an agent at the desk when people tried to ask. Our gate changed 3 times. Overall an awful experience and I will never be flying Frontier again.

Cons: They charge for for everything on this flight. Checking in - it cost $35 to check your bag in - $40 of you want to board with it! I do all the work and I have to pay more? Then to pick a seat - any seat - it is another $5 - $25. I understand that for premium seating (ext, etc) but any seat? Finally - drinks and snacks - that costs money too. While the fare looks cheap - beware of all the add ons. At a minimum, you have an additional $70 to $100 to the price of the ticket This does not turn out to be a cheaper price....beware.
Cons: Charge $45+tax for ONE checked bag AND $40+tax for a CARRY ON!?! I'll be sharing this fact with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, FourSquare and Yelp. I'm never flying Frontier again and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them as well.
Pros: On Friday, July 8, at DIA airport I waited almost an hour before someone took me to my gate A42 for Flight 122 supposedly departing at 8:10 and boarding at 7:35. Finally, I had to bring this to the attention of the ticket agent as I did not want to miss my flight. Noone came and the poor overworked worker took me at 7:45 -we did not arrive at the gate until 8 o'clock (luckily the TSA checkpoints were NOT busy) and had the flight been on time, I would probably have missed it. This gentleman asked repeatedly for assistance for over 40 minutes and no one came to his aid. I panicked and I want Corporate to know they need to hire adequate help so their customers are not treated like dirt. Once I boarded, the crew was fabulous! However, I am not happy about such a horrible experience. I deserve a refund or free return ticket for my inconvenience. I have flown other airlines and have never had such a negative experience with wheelchair assistance!!!
Cons: You all charge piece meal for everything; yet you don't hire enough people - I bet Corporate executives are getting their fair share!

Pros: The flight, the crew, the updates from the airline and Kayak was great. Frontier is a great company and very affordable.
Cons: The airline increased the bag fees for the summer without an obvious communication. Very unfair and un professional from such a company. I paid $10 extra than 5 days before. The only problem with Frontier is that to check in bags there is only 1 maybe 2 people taking bags for full planes at least 100+ passengers. As it is cheaper and better to check in bags than carry on the airline should make this proccess more efficient. I spend at least 20-30 minutes to check my bag each wat ok my last trip. Very unefficient!

Cons: the flight was only cheaper until you had to either check a bag or pay to carry on! Pay to drink a soda or anything! The seats are the most stripped down uncomfortable airline seats I have ever experienced. After all the add on costs, there is no value in the cramped, crowded, uncomfortable flight. Also, on every flight at least half of the passengers were not aware of the baggage policy until it was too late to check it for less money and had to pay extra to carry on. To top it off, we had to change gates at the last minute, resulting in having to go out of the Domestic terminal and sent us all back through the check in!!! We should have at least been able to fly through the pre check if not rerouted us through another way that did not require the total shoes off, open bags, metal detection all over again!!!
Cons: The flight was delayed and the airline charges for everything. They tried to charge me for my CARRYON bag which is hilarious, and I proceeded to say I would not pay that charge. The attendant let me board the plane anyway and I put my carryon in the overhead without an issue, which deeply concerns me. It seems as if Frontier arbitrarily tacks on that charge, tricking their customers like con artists who will fall for this absurdity. The air conditioning did not work well and they almost forgot to give us water. Maybe they even charged for the water. The attendants were rude. Dont fly Frontier unless you really really really need to save a dime or two.
Pros: The best part about the flight was when we landed in Dallas.
Cons: The most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. The seats were very hard and could not adjust. There was no information about the flight provided at any time during the flight except for when we were preparing to land. Compared to American Airlines (which we flew with on our way to Denver), Frontier has no comparison. There was absolutely no entertainment provided, and there were additional costs and fees at every turn. Not only do they charge for any and all refreshments, they also charge you to have a carry-on bag. The flight was also very very loud. The cabin rattled and roared for the entire hour and a half flight. We will not be flying Frontier again unless some major upgrades are made.
Pros: ...the ticket agent who got me checked and put me through priority TSA so I could make my flight!
Cons: The assistance of a front counter agent was horrible and made inappropriate comments to me due to me being late to my flight which was due to a faulty shuttle and short staffed rental service as if I was aware of airline policy! Even though I wanted to avoid all of lines to check in (only carry on bag) but all kiosk where out of service which why the lines where so long...the snide remarks and rude comments were not appreciated especially in front of other patrons, thank God another agent to assist me after the line agent moved me another customer up due to our flights.
