Pros: the crew took very good care of us

Pros: the crew took very good care of us

Pros: The crew was nice.
Cons: N/A

Pros: The crew was nice

Cons: Flight crew dI’d not enforce mask mandate.

Pros: Nothing, the flight was canceled without a refund. I highly recommend canceling all business with kiwi in the future.
Cons: My flight could have occurred or I could have been refunded.

Pros: Being on time with everything.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Really felt happy on time touch down nice journey with delta

Pros: Friendly crew

Pros: Great entertainment.
Cons: Turbulence was high so good/drink service was less than normal. No fault of delta or their crew but the JFK airport was awful, especially through customs. No help from the employees and easy to get lost.

Pros: Friendly flight staff, on time service.

Pros: The crew was amazing! The seat was comfortable.
Cons: Used the self check in kiosk to begin! That was awesome! But after that I still had to stand in line to check in my bags. That part of the process took a bit longer than expected.

Pros: I liked the entertainment

Pros: Nothing special
Cons: That was the most uncomfortable and cramped seat I had ever had on a plane flight. Even sitting on the pillow did not help.

Pros: I like that I arrived at my destination safely.
Cons: My allergies were bothering me due to the airlines allowing animals to travel as passengers, in this case a rabbit. I am very allergic to animals. My breathing was compromised.

Pros: This had one of the best attendants I have encountered. She was extra friendly and made us feel good.

Pros: The crew was amazing had no problems!
Cons: Nothing had a great experience!

Cons: The flight was 2 hours delayed.. this cause a lot of inconvienece..

Pros: Everything was on time and efficient. I also liked that the captain came on and updated us on arrival, turbulence, weather, etc.

Pros: Nice plane and comfy seats
Cons: The stewards were not at all helpful or as friendly as most of the delta staff! I was so disappointed with their service. We had TWO delays making us arrive in SAT AT almost 2 am. Hence there were a lot of empty seats. We asked if we or even one of us could move into the …at least three empty rows…and they would not let us as they were they comfort plus section and it cost more…NO ONE WAS USING THESE SEATS!! So they let the passengers be crammed together in the rest of the plane and left numerous empty seats that could have been used! It’s was just rude. They also served drinks and never checked back to pick up the garbage. Didn’t tell us to raise our seats or put up our table trays before landing. So, as I exited the plane I handed them my garbage! I wasn’t going to be rude and leave it in the seat pocket or my seat …where I found crumbs of food on when I boarded the plane. Was just very dissatisfied with this crew!! I have been flying a lot lately using delta. I’ve had some delays but they’ve always been accommodating, this crew was not! What a shame!

Pros: With all the competition among airlines and the cutbacks we suffer as customers Delta manages to make you feel like you matter still. Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work.

Cons: Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business.

Pros: Crew
Cons: Delay

Cons: Ac not working at last 30 minutes of flight.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system.

Cons: They changed my flight to a different one departing 2 hours earlier and did not notify me! The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware

Pros: Fast, orderly boarding.
Cons: These planes are too small. I’m average in size but women have hips and it’s not easy fitting into the seats. Why are they stacked so closely together? It’s ridiculous.

Pros: In flight movies
Cons: The flight was 3 hours late taking off which made us miss our connection to chicago so we are stuck in Atlanta tonight with unplanned expenses we were not planning on!

Pros: Very friendly crew
Cons: Seatbelts very short given ample seat size

Pros: Everything from the check-in to the landing was great. We were well informed about what was going on with out luggage (we were on a regional flight) and the assortment of free snacks were superb! I guess I'll be a returning customer
Cons: I was expecting some form of entertainment (radio, overhead monitor, etc) on the CRJ700. But it really don't take away from the experience since T-Mobile partnered with the Wi-Fi service and I received a free hour of Wi-Fi!

Cons: My flight got to New York so late!!!! I missed my international flight.

Cons: Not great communication from gate or staff on board. Failed to provide adequate water. No ice on super warm flight. Just bad experience overall.

Pros: Staff friendly, efficient and courteous. On time. Different snacks. Prompt service. Power source each seat worked.
Cons: Gate area for flight change filthy. LAX gates 31-38. Garbage overflow with no seating. No entertainment option on flight.

Pros: Gate and plane crew helpful, smiling, courteous. On time and baggage provided quickly.
Cons: Seats uncomfortable, no power, service predictable and boring snacks.

Pros: Spacious, clean, great host and hostesses. The flight arrived at our destination 30 minutes early.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Airplanes are filthy; asked for Coke without ice & the flight attendant filled my cup halfway. Unbelievably cheap! I was afraid to ask for more, for fear that I'd get an up charge!

Pros: Newer plane! Comfortable
Cons: Nothing just great

Cons: Not enough water on the flight and we landed in a parking lot and shuttled back to the airport.

Pros: Repair took just under an hour which I think is very good considering the paperwork that is involved. We were informed and everyone on the plane seemed to understand so the handling of the event must have been exceptional...
Cons: we took off 45 minutes late, business trip, but a slack day prepping for tomorrow, so still no big deal. Besides we picked up an hour by the time zone change. Im good!

Cons: It was belated by 2.5 hrs :(

Cons: I feel Delta didn't try very hard to get me a flight and I stood in line for four hours

Pros: My seat was very near the front ...two rows behind comfort class seating (which was mostly empty). WiFi services and entertainment were offered...to those that brought along their own receiving devices.
Cons: My seat happened to be one row in front of the Exit Aisle Seating rows....I wasn't aware that this meant having to sit straight up the entire time without the chance of reclining my chair back into the Exit Aisle's space. The 2 hour and 13 minute flight time sitting straight up really worked up my sciatic nerve into a flaring frenzy. I Forgot to bring my iPad Pro with me on this trip...and had no adequate access to any entertainment content.

Cons: turbulance

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful at gate. Aircrew staff handled one hour rain delay on taxiway with frequent updates and good attitude. New plane, and convenient electronic support.
Cons: Peanut allergy on flight. No peanuts. No other options.

Cons: Wifi didn't work.

Pros: I was cleared for standby! Flight attendant at the stl gate is always friendly and willing to help! I love her!
Cons: I waited almost 6 hours on the phone the night before the flight to get on standby! Almost didn't get the flight! Was charged $50 only to not get on my next flight because it was over booked! Flight attendant was very rude!

Pros: I liked that I was able to get able to get an earlier flight!
Cons: I don't like that I had to pay $50 extra dollars for standby on both legs of my flight! I am a very loyal delta customer and these past times flying I feel like my favorite airline is turning into the bad airlines delay everytime, problems with the plane fare prices too high! I'm starting to think about taking my business elsewhere!

Pros: 10 minutes early departure
Cons: There isn't enough seats in the gate area and sitting on the runway for 10 extra minutes we could have been early

Pros: Service
Cons: Small plane don't do well with turbulence

Pros: It was great and very roomy I felt like a movie STAR!!!
Cons: N.A

Pros: The fight was delayed but they gave us complimentary drinks on the flight. Nice.

Cons: We have flown with Sun Country several times and it is always a great experience. In my opinion there are two things that can be improved upon. First thing is pricing for baggage. It is the same price for the first checked bag or a carry on. $30. I think a carry on should be half the price of a checked bag. Second is the on flight WiFi. It didn’t work on our departing flight or our return flight. That’s not good service. It sends a message that the airline doesn’t put a high priority on operability or maintenance.

Pros: Nothing. Sun country airlines was 30 mins late to bird allow travelers to board their plane then 1 hour late to leave after that then 20 mins late to deboard, so in total they were 2 hours late
Cons: Their staff needs to be on time to board and takeoff. Sun country airlines was 30 mins late to bird allow travelers to board their plane then 1 hour late to leave after that then 20 mins late to deboard, so in total they were 2 hours late

Pros: The crew was very nice and professional.
Cons: Delays. We got to the airport 2 hours early and at that point saw the flight was delayed 35 min. By the time we got through security and to the gate the flight was now delayed over 4 hours. Then at one point the delay changed to 3 hours. Then back to 4. We didn’t find out a reason till we took off.

Cons: Long check-in line Bag was lost

Pros: Nothing as such. This is 2nd time we were flying Sun Country & both times faced delayed departure & delayed baggage.
Cons: Many in fact.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for my seat. Then I was suppose to leave at 5:55 PM. Then it was changed to 6:45 departure time. I get to the airport my boarding pass said boarding 7:15. I looked online to see if there were any delays come to find out there was I asked the lady at tge counter she stated that there was bad weather coming this way. Then she made an announcement saying there was a delay due to an international flight that landed in Dallas. They needed to change the crew, clean up and do security check. This was an experience that I have never had to go through. This was inconvenient for not only myself but the people who were picking me up from the airport in Dallas. The seats are way too tight. No leg room nor room between the person next to you.

Cons: Delays were not going explained

Pros: Everything was quick and efficient.
Cons: Little more organized with seating on the plane

Cons: It was a pretty full flight but the ride was comfortable, flight crew friendly, and the ride pretty steady all the way to Dallas.

Cons: There is no TV and no music options. Also, they said they provided free Wi-Fi but it was unavailable during my flight.

Cons: The landing was a bit rough

Cons: Delay. Second time I’ve had this.

Cons: 5 hours delayed. But offered $15 food/Bev voucher and then $100 flight voucher for next time travel.

Pros: On time and was a direct flight which was nice.
Cons: Would have liked a small pretzel snack or something for free after paying for bags and seat selection.

Pros: They treat you like they used to. Drinks snacks, although the snacks did cost but seats were comfortable and roomy. I chose a $17 seat both ways and it was perfect.

Cons: The worse

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I was not allowed to board the flight. I arrived 30 minutes before departures and they refused to print my ticket. The lady claimed it was an airline policy to stop printing tickets 45 minutes before the flight leaves but on my original departure from Dallas I arrived 30 minutes early and waited in line until about 10 minutes before departure and they still printed my ticket. if its policy why was I able to do it the first time with no issue? i had to buy a whole new ticket with a new airline. I want a refund.

Pros: Wasn't there
Cons: Wasn't there

Pros: That there were extra seats between passengers
Cons: The choice for a soda was low. No free pretzels or nuts, everything had to be purchased but free beverage( sprite, coke, ginger ale and water) Really need more available

Pros: No delays. Plane took off and landed early. Not sure about the wait time on baggage since I only had a carry-on. The flight attendants were professional. Served drinks.
Cons: No tv screens or any other form of entertaiment. No real coffee. Just instant powder.

Pros: I didnt like much. It got me from point a to point b safely and that's the only positive thing I can say.
Cons: My luggage was lost on a direct flight from Dallas to Las Vegas. There was no urgency in finding my bag and it has been nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. 4 days after my flight and we still have no bag. We had to buy all new clothes, toiletry items and luggage while on our trip. Thankfully we had enough funds to do so or else we would have had to wear the same clothes for 4 days! The flights were late both ways. The overall experience was absolutely horrible.

Cons: A small child got sick in the check-in line. Passengers was forced to wade through it as no one ever came to disinfect. Line was long and slow with only two gate clerks. New charges for carry-on as well as checked baggage is ridiculous. Return flight was over two hours late. Sun Country takes the prize for the least leg room in the industry.

Pros: Price and it was nice that it was a direct flight from DFW to LAS
Cons: Seat size, paying for everything including online check-in and picking your own seat, not the friendliest flight attendants, VERY small seating areas.

Pros: Crew was friendly
Cons: Delay flight Baggage fees Boarding took forever

Pros: My intention was to fly from DFW to MSP
Cons: Missed my family reunion and graduation. Big disappointment

Pros: We were 2 hours late leaving Dallas on June 2 and 2 hours late leaving PV on June 9. Seems to us they need to change the time!!.. We won't be flying Sun Country again.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: I asked the flight attendant if after takeoff we could move to a better seat, he said yes, thinks for asking. Five minutes later, the same guy announced that if anyone would like to change seats after takeoff they are welcome, but not to get up until the seatbelt sign was off. A coupe In front of us jumped early and didn’t wait for the light to go off, the attendants did nothing about it. No integrity. I was sick that day and also being 6’ 5” I needed some room to relax. Flying Sun Country was a ONE SHOT AND DONE. Never again.

Cons: delayed flights

Pros: The staff was friendly.... but other than that, it was a terrible experience and I will never, ever fly with them every again. Actually, a group of thirty or so of us are filing a civil law suite for how we were treated.
Cons: We were left at Waco Regional Airport at 1AM and transporation was not arranged util nearly 430 in the morning. There was no sun country staff to assist with travel arrangements. We were abandoned at a closed airport for hours. Eventually, I got the one and only uber still running in waco to drive me at 330am from waco to dallas. There has been no reinbursement of fares or compensation for lost wages, time and the general annoyance that being awake all night long caused. If you would like to know more information, please feel free to contact me via phone 972-765-0570

Cons: I purchased 2 tickets at the same time but did not find out that the seats were not together until we checked in at the airport. May be my fault but we had to pay extra to occupy Emergency exit seats in order to sit together. May want to send reminder about check-in policy prior to flight or after tickets are purchased. Also mention the luggage fees.

Pros: The flight crew were great. The flight was fine. No delays going to Cancun but a 20 minutes delay coming back. Which was fine. Overall this previous trip was a 4 stars.
Cons: Water and sodas are free but not snacks. Seats are uncomfortable and skinny.

Pros: Very affordable
Cons: The counter in Cozumel took forever. I think heir computers were very slow. All 4 associates mainly stared at their screens but never offered much as to why theirs were moving slowly . They also on flight to Cozumel from Cozumel and back to DFW they could not seat me and my travling companion together unless we wanted to pay $25 each for an exit row , really ?

Pros: Friendly staff and affordable ticket! Plane was on time.

Pros: Crew was friendly and plane was on time
Cons: Deboarding took awhile and I couldn't hear the captain over the speakers

Pros: Crew was very nice
Cons: Not much to dislike, fast flight

Pros: Cabin temperature was closer to a comfortable temperature than the flight to MSP.

Pros: Left on time, landed early. Comfortable seats. What more can you ask for on a flight.

Cons: Had a rehearsal dinner for a wedding to attend I missed because of a delayed flight

Cons: Terrible boarding/gate crew and process.

Pros: On time, efficient boarding

Pros: Easy access to loading helpful customer service checking in great service on plane . The attendants were so pleasant. Loved the whole experience.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: We were delayed going to Cancun ans again on the return. Hours in an airport is miserable.

Pros: Efficient boarding
Cons: Crowded Would like a bigger glass of water

Pros: fast and good services

Pros: Boarding process was quick and efficient. The crew was very nice.
Cons: I did not like that we had to pay extra for inflight entertainment.

Cons: Not able to lay back to nap.

Pros: On time! Didn't lose my bag! Plenty of leg room!

Pros: They acted like a normal professional airline, no clown routine or crazy charges. When buying snacks the flight attendants were generous in rounding down or adding a free beverage. Generous carry on bag policy; they allow normal sized carry on luggage, instead of having an undersized cage at the check in area to shame you and charge you extra (or make you buy a special sized bag). At the gate, they asked for volunteers to gate check carry on bags, rather than forcing it upon people.
Cons: Website problem. Could not purchase bag in advance through website (option was grayed out), and was charged an extra $5 at the ticket window. May have been because it was international flight.

Pros: Staff friendly & efficient Price was good.
Cons: Tiny seats -- no leg room.

Cons: Terrible logistics. Stuck on tarmac because they couldn’t clear the previous plane out of the gate. Fellow passengers missed their connecting flights.

Cons: Canceled flight caused me to remain in a hotel for another day. Confusing check in. No one to help. Machines broken. Unable to disembark from the plane. Bad logistics all the way around.

Pros: Landed early in Austin, always nice.
Cons: For an over 3hr flight, no snacks for sale was surprising and disappointing. Wifi entertainment did not work on personal devices, either.

Pros: My flight was canceled and I don't know when or how much I will be refunded. The flight was canceled due to "maintenance" and they booked me on a new flight...for 16 hours later on the NEXT DAY. That was not acceptable for me and my travel companion since we have work today. There were no other flights and rental cars were scarce. I was able to book us tickets on a bus, and incurred costs for the bus tickets and the transportation to the bus stop. I want to be compensated for those costs AND refunded for the price of the ticket.
Cons: Everything. There was also a lot of miscommunication about how my gate checked bag would be handled. Once I got back to Austin, my husband had to drive all the way out to the airport to retrieve my bag because they were not able to give it to me in Dallas. It was a huge inconvenience all around.

Pros: Took care of us, gave us snacks and drinks, and pillows and blankets
Cons: Plane almost caught up in flames. Gas was filled through the entire plane. Had a big scare.

Pros: Great crew
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great crew, clean plane.
Cons: Bring back beverage service when you can!

Cons: Same old tiny uncomfortable commuter jet.

Cons: Departure time kept changing.

Cons: They could at least announce boarding group 4...

Pros: Timelness
Cons: More leg room

Pros: We were given sandwiches and drinks when our flight was delayed.
Cons: We boarded our flight and then told there are maintenance problems. Our flight was delayed 4 hours.

Cons: Let me cancel the flight for credit

Cons: More beverages

Cons: The communication to the passengers. Our flight kept getting delayed every 30 min. They kept telling us different reasons. We were supposed to take off at 2:40pm and we waited every 30 min delay until 7pm. We have kids so we had to get home. We ended up renting a car and driving to Austin.

Pros: Travel time was great

Cons: 2 hour delays on both flights of a round trip

Cons: 4 hour plane availability delay - of course planned on weather but not planning

Cons: TSA

Pros: The crew handled the flight delay well.
Cons: Having to wait in Chicago due to mechanical plane problems was a bunner!

Pros: A cheap option to upgrade to 1st was offered that ended up being a net 0 cost upgrade for me so I took it. Comfortable on an old (but oh so nice) aircraft.
Cons: Arrived 30 minutes early to the airport but then had to sit at a remote pad so that we ended up being 5 minutes late to the gate. A short transfer was made even more difficult, and a massive waste if time and fuel sitting and waiting. Figure out your gates early and better, and move around if needed. At the very least, bring up some stairs and buses to get passengers to the terminal and then tow the aircraft in when you have a gate available.

Cons: Flight was delayed an hour. Poor communication with passengers during the process.

Pros: The pilot was great. Avoided turbulence and arrived about 20min early. Easy to find seat and stow bag. Smooth takeoff and landing.
Cons: Alaska airlines was who I thought I was riding with but the itinerary changed past min. Gate change and the airline itself was changed. Really confusing since I printed my boarding pass the night before.

Pros: Everything went smoothly.

Pros: Quick smooth flight
Cons: Everything went well with this flight.

Pros: To be fair. The flight is only 50 minutes. By th time you get a drink it's time to land. It is completely unfair to the staff to have to do that. A flight like that. Have a box with a snack and some coolers that have 5 different beverages. I wouldn't even sell booze. I person can hold out for a flight that shot to get one on the connection or in the terminal.
Cons: It's always a cramped flight. Nothing to be done except use a bigger, more spacious plane. The good thing is it's the fastest way to get to Chicago from where I lived it would take 6hrs by car.

Cons: My flight was delayed an hour plus and I missed my rental car reservation. So now I'm stuck wih no car.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I bought travel insurance as I do with any trip. I have a complicated family emergency that forced me to call off the trip. Being that I bought trip insurance, I felt good. Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!

Cons: Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?

Pros: Full can of tomato juice, head rests on the seat, relatively roomy seats and happy attendants.

Pros: Love these Non-stop to Austin even though they are always full. Thanks for this luxury of non having to transfer in Dallas.
Cons: The down side is that these planes are smaller so we didn't have any entertainment and therefore no place to charge digital devices. There is however, wifi to purchase.

Pros: A nonstop flight, with a friendly efficient crew, met my expectations. A crew member went above and beyond when I asked for a coffee stirrer with my coke and ice.
Cons: I've been spoiled by another airline's access to screens on the back of the headrest. I have my own hand held devices to entertain myself instead.

Cons: Flight was late, got a message from Kayak that it was delayed 3 hours...thank goodness I happened to check again, because then it was only delayed for 41 mins, then it gave me an update that it was only 21 mins delayed, then went back to 41! Pretty inconvenient, and it would have been nice to get a text, not just some silent pop up

Pros: Got to La Guardia almost 26 minutes early but then waited FORTY minutes for the gate!
Cons: AA needs better coordination with the horrible La Guardia airport

Pros: There were no seats available together so we were upgraded to the extra room seats so that we could all sit together. As a mother flying by herself with 2 children, one of whom is on the Austin spectrum this gesture of being able to keep us together meant so much to all 3 of us. Thank you

Pros: Flight was on time, staff was friendly and boarding was organized.
Cons: I'm a small person (5'-2", 105lbs) and I didn't have room to breathe in that tiny little seat.

Pros: I was traveling with two teenagers and originally there weren't 3 seats together. When we got to the gate they had reassigned our seats for us to sit all together. I appreciate that.
Cons: We had already pulled out of the gate to leave when the captain informed us the plane had maintenance issues and we had to wait for a gate. We waited. When we got to the gate he announced the crew had timed out and that we should take our things and get down to wait for more information. Once at the gate we were told they were trying to put a new crew together for us, including the pilot. While we waited they did provide good quality deli food for us. I appreciate the food but the 5 hour delay, I did not appreciate.

Pros: I got these flights for dj jobs I had under a us p2 visa. My original flight to dallas was delayed from 12:56 to 8pm which would of landed me in dallas at 2:21am but the club Fat Rabbit closes at 2am Which in fact was a 1300 (US dollar) loss. I re booked my ticket to Austin from Vancouver this morning because the only reason to go dallas was my job. Was supposed to fly in have dinner play music get back on the plane n go Austin but going to dallas was irrelevant and a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous.
Cons: The fact I lost 1300.00 us has pissed me off I'm contacting AA about this I have my visa papers n contracts to show proof if not action is taken i will be contacting a lawyer

Cons: Delayed on the ground and didn't make up any time in the air. Arrived 45 minutes late.

Pros: JAL is customer oriented and it's always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, though the return trip is also JAL, the cabin crew isn't.

Cons: Only suggestion would be to make the connection process a little easier. If the passenger doesn't speak English, the fact you need to print the international ticket in Miami, then re-enter at checkpoint might create confusion.

Pros: Non stop
Cons: Airline

Pros: New plane with leather like seats and good entertainment system.

Cons: Boarding took forever, the flight was over 2 hours late which caused me to miss my connecting flight and my military orders were not honored - I still had to pay extra to take all my gear back to my duty station. Never had that issue with any other American airline.

Cons: Board keeper rude to several guest who didn't want to check in their bag when there was plenty of room on the flight.

Pros: Crew were friendly and helpful, the magazine was worth reading and the flight was smooth and on time.
Cons: The seat felt like a wooden block was strapped to my back.

Pros: I don't know how airlines get away with all the stipulations and regualations they have in the buying process there is. Otho g I like about the scam artist they are
Cons: The fact they they can just make it a policy and then because the employees have to have a job and enforce it blows my mind. 200 dollar transfer fee plus the difference in the ticket when it's over two weeks in advance. You people are scam artist

Pros: The crew was professional.

Pros: Amazing crew!
Cons: Keep traveler's updated on delays.

Pros: Smooth flight
Cons: More room on plane. Seats are very close together

Cons: Flight delayed

Cons: Higher Priced seating was left empty and people were not spaced properly in the cheap seats in the back despite the extra room on board at takeoff.

Pros: Great value
Cons: The seats weren't very comfortable, but I could make due.

Cons: More space on the flight

Pros: Was able to get an Economy Plus seat, which is nice - great legroom for an almost 6' tall person and power plug is very handy. Entertainment & screens on the 787 is very good. Regular distributions of water was very helpful since I wasn't able to fill up my bottle before getting on the flight.
Cons: Not a great amount of food available, and one of the larger cabin crew members kept brushing my arm as she walked past, which didn't help me get any sleep.

Pros: Came close to missing flight because of gate delay because of connecting flight, but one of the flight attendants saw I was flustered and sweaty and gave me a cup of water before the flight even took off. Very thoughtful and nice.

Cons: On time departure. A comfortable seat.

Pros: People caring for people. We flew for a familiar emergency and the personnel on board understood the situation and was very kind.

Pros: Helpful crew and loads of space on bulkhead with bassinet (had to pay extra for the seats though but worth it when travelling with five month old).
Cons: Misinformed about luggage being checked all the way to Auckland - like other US airports all luggage must be collected and handed over again for onward journeys. Also travel cot was lost in transit.

Pros: Staff was all friendly and exhibited positive and helpful attitudes. I also think the price and route was an excellent deal for this flight. It was actually such a good deal, it’s the main reason I even went.
Cons: I think the baggage restrictions thing is really slimey and a shameful scam. I actually wouldn’t have minded paying around $50 more for my ticket and hand the bag included than be misled into thinking I could take luggage and finding out after it’s too late that I have to pay for my luggage. I think it’s a really sleazy business tactic (akin to resort fees). Fortunately for me however, I don’t travel with luggage so it doesn’t directly affect me. Still think it’s. Shitty way to do business though.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Cabin AirConditioning fault. Air bridge fault all delayed flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Antonio

Pros: United seems to have simplified how it separates the boarding groups, so getting on the plane was well organized. The 787 aircraft was spacious and comfortable, which seems to put both passengers and crew in a good mood. Lots of entertainment options were available, so the three hour flight flew by. And we arrived early! A great experience on United.

Cons: Too cramped and no flight entertainment

Pros: Landed early
Cons: No wifi or substantial snacks/dinner. Paid for bag

Cons: Fellow passengers; too many howling kids with clueless parents

Pros: The journey was smooth
Cons: None

Pros: Boarding and checking in was great..
Cons: there where some issues with the airplane from the beginning we were inform that the seat belt and cigarette icons lights were no working . but then they have to call technicians to do a recheck on the plane so there more issues no just about the lights we have to stay in the plane until fixed some people lost their connection flights. the terminal where we landed was a long walk to customs then pick up bags and transport to the next terminal no enough time to eat between flights. to stressful .

Cons: My friend and I have taken our hiking packs to Alaska, California, Washington, and all along the East coast. Never have we been asked to check our packs. I was mostly surprised, at first. Once I was seated a man in front of me had his hiking pack and two ukuleles in their cases, neither of which could fit under his seat. That's when I became frustrated. O This plane sucks: our knees were slammed into the seat in front of us because the chairs are so close together. No USB plugs. Plane was dirty, scuff marks on the wall and ceiling. There was paper in the pouch that looked like a mouse had chewed on it.

Pros: Service was excellent

Cons: We we're delayed at customs and missed our flight. We were told we were re-booked on a flight, so we ran across the airport, with two small children, to make that flight only to be told that weren't actually re-booked and needed to go standby. We then waited in line at customer service for two hours to be informed that United won't pay for a hotel. The customer service rep. did offer that if we wanted to take our kids across the airport, now at 11:30 at night, we could look for a United Supervisor in Terminal E, and if we were lucky enough to find one, they might override the policy and cover the hotel. Really! I understand that United doesn't have control over customs, but United did book an international flight with just over an hour layover, knowing that any slowdown in customs means missed flights. That's fine. The problem I have is when it happened, United's Customer Service model was to provide misinformation, incredible slow service, and what seemed like a complete lack of interest by United employees to do anything to make the situation better. There were no supervisors at the service counter, only 1 representative for an hour or so, and when the other representatives showed up, they were discussing going on break and going home. All with a very long line of people stuck in the airport waiting to get some help. I could accept this as an isolated instance, but since booking this trip, I have been getting the same level of service over the phone while trying to submit a refund request for my son who did not join us on the trip. United's 24 hour refund policy has taken 6 weeks and many hours online and on the phone and I still have no idea what the status of that request is, and apparently neither does anybody at United. The interaction I have had with your employees have been friendly and courteous, but extremely time consuming, with a lot of incorrect information and no resolution. Very mediocre at best.

Pros: The space of the plane since I volunteered to be at the emergency door I felt comfortable...
Cons: Not giving me my seat number because my ticket was not a standby ticket and I seem to think that the agent thought that I was on standby but I have to go to him several time to make him understand that my ticket had a confirmation number and I did a reserve and I needed a seat number it was not on standby when he checked it he said okay and I also explained to him that I was a military personnel ... The agent should treat us with respect you should have gave me a better information and just throw me away then going back to him several times for the correct solution...

Pros: On time.
Cons: New looking plane but the TVs behind all the chairs were locked without a credit card. The new chairs looked great until you sat in them. I'm 5'10" and my knees were already brushing up against the seatback in front of me. If you push the recline button on the armrest, the chair doesn't go back (of course it doesn't, the person's legs behind me are probably up against my chair anyway). Multiple people around me were also asking around if the chairs recline. I have a mild back injury and sitting up at 90 degrees the entire way was very uncomfortable.

Pros: The ticket staff. The only thing about the Harlingen airport is that it needs more than a couple of exray machines ....the Valley is woefully behind in staff training and technology. It took forever to get through the short lines...it was too long of a wait.
Cons: The way that a couple of young AA men who were biligirent, combative and vulgar upset about their seat assignments. I told one of the young men to stop using vulgarity and no way to treat the lady that was doing her job, she continued treating them with courtesy and they kept mumbling under their breath God knows what. So young and already so bitter. They were towering over her and took a confrontational stance...she finally called security. I would not allowed them on the plane. I commend the young lady there in Harlingen.

Pros: Finally getting to SEA
Cons: The Captain kept lying to the passengers why we were delaid ! Finally after 40 minutes sitting on the ramp he came on and apolized for telling us the wrong information but actually what happened was someone loaded all the luggage in the aft baggage compdartment incorrectly and they had to reload the the bags and move then to the forward compartment This certainty didn't give you a safe feeling knowing there ground crew didn't know ho to load there plane correctly! Another reason not to fly United Airlines! Everett Johnson, Bellevue Wash.

Pros: The flight attendants were nice, unlike the people at the ticket and gate counters.
Cons: My flight was delayed by nearly two hours, causing me to have to miss my connection. Though they knew for hours that the flight would be delayed, they did not have enough people working at the check in counters. There were not that many people in line, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to speak to someone. The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour.

Pros: Safe landing in windy conditions.
Cons: Air-con failure delayed departure. No complimentary food or OH. Poor legroom. Nothing

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I was warned about booking with this airline but I had to see it for myself before listening to others now I wish I had done just that. First of all, outdated planes, no Tv screens, expensive wifi. How is it only $3 one way and then $5 the other especially after making us wait for 3 hours and 22 minutes extra. Exhausting flights both to Albuquerque from Houston and from Houston to Boston. Poor communication. Poor planning ahead. Very dissatisfied. Going with Jet Blue from now on. They never disappoint, even if there was a delay in flight.

Cons: Ended up sitting on the tarmac for 30-40 minutes. Many people almost missed or did miss flights.

Pros: Download the United app, it makes the flight better.
Cons: Na

Pros: Crew
Cons: Seating...loudness..cost of beverages..getting/storing baggage. Aesthetics

Pros: I like everything!!everyone was so nice that it makes you feel so welcome and that you're like in home!!!

Pros: The crew was very nice as we got on.
Cons: As usually United over booked and even though I brought my ticket in advance I some how did not have a seat assigned to me when I checked in. Most of the plane had boarded before I had a ticket in my hand. The agent was rude as she could be because I didn't understand how that's possible for me not to have a seat. I think that it's absolutely ridiculous that it's even possible to over sale a plane since there's obviously only a certain number of seats. I think it's ridiculous that people have to offer up their seat and take another flight, I chose a flight time because that's when I wanted to leave and get to where I was going for a reason. No other industry is allowed to treat their customers this way so why does the airline industry do it? Also there's no tv or movies for us to watch while in a 4 hour flight.

Pros: crew, takeoff, landing and flight were good on each flight. no complaints there.
Cons: from COS to FLL: first flight was late taking off. connecting flight was on time. this is a bad combination. i was literally seconds from missing my connecting flight, and that was after sprinting from one terminal to another. captain on the first flight announced that takeoff was delayed because they were waiting for flight charts to finish downloading. really? WELL THEN GET THERE 20 MINUTES EARLIER AND BE PREPARED TO LEAVE *ON TIME* SO THAT PASSENGERS DON'T MISS (OR NEARLY MISS) THEIR CONNECTIONS!!!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Cons: There was some sort of mix up with seat assignments two guys had the same seat assignment. The very nice gentleman who was sitting in my seat due this stood and allowed me to have my seat as it was on the isle and I was in boarding group 5 and my seat was all the way at the end by the bathrooms and needed to be able to stretch my legs into the isle. There was absolutely no leg room what so ever. The dude next to me spent the entire trip jabbing me in the side with his elbow so that he could access what little space I did have. I was unable to move my legs because every two seconds the entire plane was trekking to the back to use the bathroom, because while there was a third bathroom on the plane towards the front, for whatever reason nobody seemed to be using it.

Pros: Flight was pleasant.
Cons: My luggage was left behind and it was an awful experience! My medication was in my luggage and could not use it which made me suffer tremendous pain and discomfort. No one got back to me to offer compensation!

Pros: Both flights left on time and arrived at least 20 minutes early. My bag arrived at the baggage claim ten minutes after I arrived, and all went very well. I'm grateful.
Cons: All was perfect

Cons: Everything

Pros: Everything really was superb. Food rated low because of a measly biscuit on a 6 hour flight. Entertainment rated low because I even had to pay to gain access to the flight tracker. And, as far as airlines go, comfort should've been 5 stars, but I really could have used a back pillow. Or even a back pillow option (had I asked an attendant - all of whom were awesome). PS. Kayak's regular emails kept me unusually updated on flight progress and their communication was the main factor in my decision to complete this survey.

Pros: Text and email alerts.
Cons: Everything. We arrived 2 hours early and my daughter worked very hard to fit everything she needed into a carry on bag which was not easy. Her flight was delayed, delayed again, delayed again, and then cancelled. She was flying alone and should have received top priority and been one of the first called up to figure out how to get her to her destination. But that did not happen. She didn't know what to do at first then got in the long line of people and waited her turn. ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HER ONLY OPTION WAS TO FLY OUT ON A LATER FLIGHT TO HOUSTON WHICH WOULD MAKE HER MISS HER CONNECTING FLIGHT ANT THEN STAY THE NIGHT ALONE IN HOUSTON AND WAIT THE ENTIRE NEXT DAY THERE UNTIL 9 THE NEXT NIGHT TO CATCH HER FINAL FLIGHT TO SALT LAKE CITY. I cannot even explain how angry and horrified I was that your airline thought that was acceptable for an unaccompanied minor! Clearly this one option that was offered to her by you was not accepted. Then she calls and a guy tells her he can get her there and is going to book her new flights.....only to get disconnected and never called her back. After that there was no one to be found at the desks for your airline. At this point I had driven back to the airport (spent hours driving and waiting) when a wonderful lady from a different airline helped my daughter out and got her on a different airline. However she had to check her bag due to her seating after all the hard work she put in to not checking her bag.

Pros: Flight times were accurate.
Cons: As soon as we arrived to the airport, checking in was the biggest hassle. We were harassed by a guy working the ticket counter named Guilermo. He was EXTREMELY rude and continued to harass us and followed us after we checked in and we're already at the security check point. It's $25 to check a bag but if you check 2 bags their website says its $35 for both. We were charged $50 to check two bags. Even after Guilermo told both of us that they wouldn't charge us for the second bag to be checked. The guy that checked our bags was also extremely rude and clearly didn't care. Once we started boarding the flight several passengers had to check their bags at the gate because there "wasn't enough room on the plane". Not really sure how this was fair since we had just paid $50 to check two bags and were lied to about it when several people just checked their bags for free. We chose to fly with United because of the good deals they have on flights but after our experience I would MUCH rather pay more money and have a lot better customer service. We had such a horrible experience it almost ruined our first day of our week long trip. I'm. It really sure if it's obvious to the employees of United but traveling for most people is a very special occasion. This occasion happen to be a very special one to us as it was a family vacation and seeing family we haven't seen in years. The poor attitudes and rude demeanor from the United staff is all we could think about even after we reached our destination.

Pros: we were 10 minutes early to the gate
Cons: super cramped quarters, like touching legs to the next person the whole squirmy flight close... the plane was made for little people.

Pros: They got me on a flight home that night
Cons: I had to wait 4 hours in the St. Louis airport and 4 hours in the Dallas airport. Was a very long day!!!! I do not like to fly American Airlines and that was the only flight that was available. The plains are small and cabin pressure always hurts my ears.

Pros: Seats were okay as far as comfort level
Cons: This flight was overbooked. I had to be back at work the next day, so I really needed to take it. The gate agents wouldn't tell me what was going on, only that the flight was overbooked and that they were "trying to get me a seat." I stood there while all of the groups boarded, waiting for my ticket. I was the last person given a ticket. By the time I finally got to board, all overhead space was taken, so I had to gate check my bag. And then someone had taken the seat I was given, so I had to ask him to move, and he started crying (child). He cried for 20 minutes, so that was fun. Also, this was a red eye - I really wanted to sleep, but right as I was dozing off, the flight attendants turned on the lights for drink service. Overall, just a really poor experience and very hard to sleep.

Pros: Flight was on time

Pros: Flight itself went smoothly and crew was responsive to people's needs
Cons: The check-in process for Frontier is a scam. Initial cost of my flight was $70, but they neglected to inform me of extra charges like carry-on and assigned seating until the time of Check-in, which upped my price to ~$130. Still not the worst price, but it was very scummy that this wasn't just charged upfront. Seats are uncomfortable, which led to many people getting up despite the seatbelt sign being on.

Pros: Seat was average.
Cons: If frontier was offering drinks and snacks again

Cons: Upholding mask expectations! Several passengers deviated without accountability checks by crew.

Pros: Direct 3 hour flight! Easy
Cons: Bring on time but not a biggie!

Pros: For low fare it’s ok
Cons: It’s ok as we travelled as low fare

Pros: Cost of flight.
Cons: The seats in a A320/321 are not adjustable. A much longer flight then a couple of hours would be tuff.

Cons: Plane was scheduled to depart at 8:20 pm it was then delayed until 8:58 pm due to weather. We all boarded the plane and were ready for take off when a maintenance issue was discovered. We all deplaned and we’re told we would be put on a new plane arriving from Seattle set to depart at 11:30 pm. This departure time was delayed until 1:35 am and then 2:35 am because the captain had timed out and we would need to wait for a new pilot. Also due to the first delay everything was coded as “weather” and customer service was unable to give hotel rooms. This miscommunication between corporate and passengers and the late night created lots of frustration. Instead of being helpful or honest customer service called security on the disgruntled passengers. I heard no threats of violence just elevated voices. At midnight Frontier began handing out meal vouchers (15 dollars to McDonald’s) as a way to increase morale. I finally gave up and requested a refund, got a hotel, and a new flight on a different airline (all Frontier flights the next day were sold out). When I asked what would happen to my checked luggage they said it would be sent to Dallas (my destination) or I could pay for it to be sent back to Denver. The flight and my luggage arrived in Dallas at 5:30 am. Paid $400 for Southwest flight the next day (flying into different Dallas airport away from my parked car and luggage) just for the guaranteed service.

Pros: 2.5 hours is long enough to get thirsty, a cup of water would have been nice.

Pros: Getting off the plane.
Cons: Missed my flight because lack of people to check people in. So slow. Waited 25 minutes. Figured I missed my flight since the board said on time. It was 2:25. Asked if I could get on 7:30 flight. Took computer 10 minutes for her to see and book. As I left, she said the 2:30 was still boarding. I said, oh, do you think I could still make it? She said the plane was still loading and running a bit late, but impossible to get on because I was booked on the 7:30 flight. I will probably not fly Frontier again. 4 hours later and $50 dollars in the hole for food and drink sitting here dreading my middle seat and no room to move for 2 hours. Then, have to pay for a Lyft to get to my car because my cousin was my ride back to her house. I sure do miss the old Frontier.

Pros: The leg room was very good. The flight was right on time! The plane was neat and clean. The price was the best. Nice crew.
Cons: I'd have liked a drink and a snack since the Starbucks next to the site was so slow I stood in line 1/2 hour and left without getting to the counter for coffee! Doesn't everyone take luggage - just add it to the ticket price so one can know the actual cost.

Pros: Very cheap
Cons: Very uncomfortable no elbow room or leg room and the chairs are hard.

Pros: The staff that handled baggage was nice. Also, I liked that we made it safe.
Cons: My flight was supposed to leave at 3:50...I got to the airport and went through security before I found out that my flight was delayed until 7:30. The flight kept getting pushed back. I waited 8 hours before the flight took off. There no outlets anywhere...leaving customers at a disadvantage because with our delay, our electronics were all almost dead or dead. There were no food options. We were supposed to get a voucher, and I have not received it. Lastly, after waiting over 8 HOuRS, we still had to pay for snack and drink. I was ripped off and will not be flying with Frontier again.

Pros: the beginning price - maybe?
Cons: I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time.

Pros: This flight-my return flight left on time. My flight to Denver was delayed 2 hrs. No one at the desk said anything until it was time to board, then they let us know of the 2 hr delay. Disorganized!
Cons: Disorganized and nickle & dimed ! Carry on's cost, drinks in flight cost, can't select seats until you check in.....as a whole-not customer friendly. Won't fly Frontier again.

Cons: Canceled my flight eight hours before "supposed" weather even hit and had no other flights to put me on. Ended up having to cancel my entire weekend trip. Customer service was not friendly or apologetic!

Cons: How is it acceptable to place someone who is highly allergic to dogs right next to a lady with a service dog on the flight? I spent 25 bucks to upgrade my seat to avoid the nuisances of an everyday flight. I didn't think I'd be stuck next to an animal. How is it acceptable to not disclose that I'd be stuck next to a service dog? I was miserable the entire 2.5 hour flight back to denverz I am extremely irritated.

Pros: 2 hour wait for baggage check in. Then an additional 6 hour wait for flight, only to find out it was cancelled non weather related. Terrible airline. Kayak should not be associated.

Pros: not much
Cons: I have been more comfortable on church basement folding chairs that the seats on Frontier. I did pay to move to seat 1A, and it still felt like a torture device.

Pros: The crew on my flight from Dallas to Denver did nothing about the obnoxious children (6 & 9yrs old) behind me who kept screaming, yelling & kicking my seat & the one next to me. The little boy behind my neighbor stood up & hit the man on the head.
Cons: While waiting on my flight in Denver to go back to Dallas they changed gates on at least 5 different flights & it was very confusing watching groups of 50-100 passengers moving back & forth. This all happened in about 15min & my flight was called to board during all this chaos but because the woman making the announcements did not speak very good English I along with several others missed our flights. When i went to customer service to rebook my flight they tried to charge me $100 to rebook!!!!! Other airlines will try to book you on the next available flight thru another airline. Frontier told me the next available was 24hrs later, same time the next day. I was supposed to be back at work the next day. So i ended up spending $150 on a hotel room that i couldn't really afford. I WILL NOT FLY WITH FRONTIER AGAIN.

Pros: I like that the seats are thinner without a lot of padding. It gives more leg room. I like that my knees aren't hitting that seat in front of me. That crew was very nice.
Cons: I don't like having to pay extra for my luggage. One bag should always be free and extra bags should be paid for. Paying for water is bad too. Water is cheap. People would buy a snack if they get free water. The fold down tray is also too small.

Pros: There were quiet babies on the flight.
Cons: It took longer than usual to board and the staff kept going back and forth about going through the safety proceedures.

Pros: The price and and the ease of connections was great,
Cons: The layovers of over 6 hours were not great and the flights back home were both delayed, but not much.

Pros: The no-frills (cheap) pricing.
Cons: We had about a 3 hour delay with no explanation. The tickets told us to be there for boarding at the normal time though, so we were essentially threatened with missing the flight and had to hang out in the airport for several hours. The seats don't lie back at all, and the airline is very basic. Then again, you get what you pay for and we were expecting that.

Pros: Price, a non-stop route at a good times, friendly attendants and pilot.
Cons: Paying extra for many things that are typically included (water, almost all seats, carry-ons), seats didn't recline and weren't comfortable if flight is long, no magazine to read.

Pros: We landed safely
Cons: The flight crew was atrocious. They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you.

Cons: THE FLIGHT KEPT BEING DELAYED ALL DAY AND THEN IT WAS CANCELLED. PASSENGERS HAD TO SECURE OTHER FLIGHTS TO THEIR DESTINATIONS. SOME EVEN MISSED IMPORTANT EVENTS LIKE FUNERALS, CRUISES APPOINTMENTS, ETC. I WAS A DAY LATE FOR MY EVENT. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IMMEDIATELY SO WE COULD HAVE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS EARLIER. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND WILL NOT CONSIDER FLYING FRONTIER IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!! THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES.

Pros: I was transported safely from point A to B. That's about it.
Cons: Check-in was atrocious as we watched the clerks migrate from one crisis to the next, and no TSA pre-check. WAITING at every stage of the flight. You would think a one-way would be simple, but no. An hour at the departure terminal, delayed in-air, then sitting on the taxiway for an hour and a half at the destination, followed by more waiting at the gate. The pilot's excuses didn't help any, clearly trying to avoid an onboard riot for a flight in which we waited longer on the ground than we flew in the air. We checked the board afterward to see if any other airlines' flights were delayed--nope, only Frontier, every one. It's clear what happens. They pay the least possible expense for airport services, and are then the lowest priority at every stage of operations, resulting in delays at every phase of flight. The most frustrating flight I've ever had that didn't include actual incompetence or bad weather.

Pros: The price and the actual flight was quick and the attendants were nice.
Cons: Stephen Lucero 352936 discriminated against us at the gate. We were the only two people out of everyone boarding flight F9 129 to be pulled aside and asked to pay for a personal item that fit the size restrictions of the metal bag sizer outside the gate. We watched 50+ people walk onto the plane with not issues with multiple and bigger bags. We waited patiently but with frustration for an explanation and he could not offer one. When we asked what the problem was with us he threatened to not allow us to board whether or not we paid the bag fee. He did not take care of our unjust bag payment until 9:11 which was after the doors of the plane were to be closed. Aside from him being rude (which is a major understatement) paying for the bag wouldnt not have been an issue and it would have been justified had we not just flew into Denver two days before with the exact same bags. I was both embarrassed and humiliated and out of money for no reason.

Cons: Fronteir created new seats that do not recline, are quite thin and small tray tables that don't lock. The consequence is that the man next to me couldn't lean back enough, so slumped onto me most of the flight. A one year old behind me constantly pulled up and down the unmatchable tray table and kicked my thin chair -- so I felt every little tiny foot. The stewardess refused to give us water when our row asked and they forgot to call boarding zone 2 when boarding so it was a mess. I would say Frontier was a terrible airline. Their discounted prices are a farce as they charge for a seat and carry-on luggage, so I may as well have paid for a regular fare from a more comfortable airline.

Cons: Frontier has a ton of hidden fees...including no free drinks/snacks on the flight, fee for carry-ons. Seats do not recline so you're stuck in 1 position the whole flight. Tray tables were the same size as an iphone.

Cons: The flight was delayed a few hours. It took forever to Get out of the gate. It took an hour once we landed to get in the gate and deplane. I was given a seat on the computer and then when I got on the plane there were two people with same seat. The floors and seats were unbelievably dirty as well. I have never seen so much trash and crumbs everywhere. It was an awful experience. Our trip to Vegas the first night was ruined because we were planning to see a show Thursday evening and landed two hours late and could have possibly made it but we sat on runway for an hour before deplaning.

Cons: I didn't like that you could not have a carry on and personal item but others did without paying.

Pros: The low cost of the ticket although I thought that it was comical that we had to actually "buy" a seat after we had paid for the ticket itself. Shouldn't the ticket we purchase include the seat we sit in???
Cons: The two hour delays each way.

Pros: the crew made the best of a miserable corporate policy; the baggage arrived - 45 minutes after landing.
Cons: 2.0 hours late boarding; boarded 2x; lousy information; surly condescending station manager; insane baggage counter hours; no connection information in flight despite airline full responsibility for everyone on the plane being behind schedule.; connecting flight still at gate when 10 people tried to board and were not given access until a near riot occurred; no one seemed care at all. A woman with 5 week old child, a senior citizen with a cane, a woman recovering form surgery all RAN from gate to the other (about 1/2 miles) only to be told they were too late, the terminal door was closed. Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!

Pros: The boarding process was easy and organized. They were also on time.
Cons: They charge for everything. I pre checked my bag at a cost of $70. If I had waited to do it at the airport it would have been $90.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I didn't know I had to pay for a carry-on bag upon arrival. That's an additional $45 I didn't know about. There was a 4 hour delay and no clear explanation as to why. There was never an agent at the desk when people tried to ask. Our gate changed 3 times. Overall an awful experience and I will never be flying Frontier again.

Pros: Plane was clean. Seats were very comfortable l, but not much leg room
Cons: They charge for for everything on this flight. Checking in - it cost $35 to check your bag in - $40 of you want to board with it! I do all the work and I have to pay more? Then to pick a seat - any seat - it is another $5 - $25. I understand that for premium seating (ext, etc) but any seat? Finally - drinks and snacks - that costs money too. While the fare looks cheap - beware of all the add ons. At a minimum, you have an additional $70 to $100 to the price of the ticket This does not turn out to be a cheaper price....beware.

Cons: Charge $45+tax for ONE checked bag AND $40+tax for a CARRY ON!?! I'll be sharing this fact with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, FourSquare and Yelp. I'm never flying Frontier again and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them as well.

Pros: On Friday, July 8, at DIA airport I waited almost an hour before someone took me to my gate A42 for Flight 122 supposedly departing at 8:10 and boarding at 7:35. Finally, I had to bring this to the attention of the ticket agent as I did not want to miss my flight. Noone came and the poor overworked worker took me at 7:45 -we did not arrive at the gate until 8 o'clock (luckily the TSA checkpoints were NOT busy) and had the flight been on time, I would probably have missed it. This gentleman asked repeatedly for assistance for over 40 minutes and no one came to his aid. I panicked and I want Corporate to know they need to hire adequate help so their customers are not treated like dirt. Once I boarded, the crew was fabulous! However, I am not happy about such a horrible experience. I deserve a refund or free return ticket for my inconvenience. I have flown other airlines and have never had such a negative experience with wheelchair assistance!!!
Cons: You all charge piece meal for everything; yet you don't hire enough people - I bet Corporate executives are getting their fair share!

Pros: cheap
Cons: no amenities

Pros: The flight, the crew, the updates from the airline and Kayak was great. Frontier is a great company and very affordable.
Cons: The airline increased the bag fees for the summer without an obvious communication. Very unfair and un professional from such a company. I paid $10 extra than 5 days before. The only problem with Frontier is that to check in bags there is only 1 maybe 2 people taking bags for full planes at least 100+ passengers. As it is cheaper and better to check in bags than carry on the airline should make this proccess more efficient. I spend at least 20-30 minutes to check my bag each wat ok my last trip. Very unefficient!

Pros: The Staff was friendly
Cons: the flight was only cheaper until you had to either check a bag or pay to carry on! Pay to drink a soda or anything! The seats are the most stripped down uncomfortable airline seats I have ever experienced. After all the add on costs, there is no value in the cramped, crowded, uncomfortable flight. Also, on every flight at least half of the passengers were not aware of the baggage policy until it was too late to check it for less money and had to pay extra to carry on. To top it off, we had to change gates at the last minute, resulting in having to go out of the Domestic terminal and sent us all back through the check in!!! We should have at least been able to fly through the pre check if not rerouted us through another way that did not require the total shoes off, open bags, metal detection all over again!!!

Cons: The flight was delayed and the airline charges for everything. They tried to charge me for my CARRYON bag which is hilarious, and I proceeded to say I would not pay that charge. The attendant let me board the plane anyway and I put my carryon in the overhead without an issue, which deeply concerns me. It seems as if Frontier arbitrarily tacks on that charge, tricking their customers like con artists who will fall for this absurdity. The air conditioning did not work well and they almost forgot to give us water. Maybe they even charged for the water. The attendants were rude. Dont fly Frontier unless you really really really need to save a dime or two.

Pros: The best part about the flight was when we landed in Dallas.
Cons: The most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. The seats were very hard and could not adjust. There was no information about the flight provided at any time during the flight except for when we were preparing to land. Compared to American Airlines (which we flew with on our way to Denver), Frontier has no comparison. There was absolutely no entertainment provided, and there were additional costs and fees at every turn. Not only do they charge for any and all refreshments, they also charge you to have a carry-on bag. The flight was also very very loud. The cabin rattled and roared for the entire hour and a half flight. We will not be flying Frontier again unless some major upgrades are made.

Pros: ...the ticket agent who got me checked and put me through priority TSA so I could make my flight!
Cons: The assistance of a front counter agent was horrible and made inappropriate comments to me due to me being late to my flight which was due to a faulty shuttle and short staffed rental service as if I was aware of airline policy! Even though I wanted to avoid all of lines to check in (only carry on bag) but all kiosk where out of service which why the lines where so long...the snide remarks and rude comments were not appreciated especially in front of other patrons, thank God another agent to assist me after the line agent moved me another customer up due to our flights.
