Made our reservations 6 months ago. When we arrived at the airport we were informed they no longer have assigned seating. We were placed in the last row next to the restrooms. Our seats did not recline. I do not like the fact you are assigning seats. I don’t feel it’s fair. People who make last minute reservations sit in the middle seats. It’s did Southwest now have assigned seating and you assign seats. Even Southwest was more fair than Alaska.
We took off on time and rose into the wild blue yonder safely, and landed at our destination safely eighteen minutes early. In between we enjoyed a smooth flight and wonderful service by a great crew. Flight attendants and pilots made sure the trip was a memorable and happy experience. Can’t beat that!
There was no food or entertainment. I was in the middle seat which was uncomfortable. The flight and crew were fine.
Much better experience than at SeaTac. No one yelled….all nice The microphone was working for boarding….unlike SeaTac BIGGEST BUMMER….GOT SEATED BACK BY THE BATHROOMS AND YOU IT SMELLED THE WHOLE TRIP. A BLESSING….is they … Left the lights and air on until we were unloaded….UNLIKE SEATAC TO ST. LOUIS….THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS AND AIR OFF IN ALMOST 100 degree weather…IT SUCKED!
We were lucky to be seated in an upgraded row and received free drinks!!
I understand bottom line but..... You have to get more room in the seats. Why not give full cans for the drink service, little things go a long way. Thank you
The plane was clean. The flight crew was friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and the pilots kept everyone informed of our status, etc. It was my first flight on Alaska Airlines and it was great. I'll be choosing them again in the future.
The crew was excellent. The seats were very good. The flight crew kept us informed about environmental items, Yellowstone eg. Passengers were on time so all times were excellent.
Crew was friendly and professional. Offered multiple drink services. Handled this full flight with style and grace.
I have a panic disorder and they were accommodating by letting me board with the 1st group
Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).
From checking to boarding, it was a seamless experience. The service agents were so helpful. The flight crew was so pleasant.
Checkin was good, fllight ws good. Onlly complaint is lack of foot on 6 hour flight from Seattle to Boston. Snacks were flimsy - chips and cookies. could have offered something more substantial for such a long flight. I know you can buy food in airport but for the price you pay for a ticket, they should step up for the passengers.
Flight was delayed, we could have been notified earlier and in a consistent manner. App was not refreshing for another passenger to get the latest flight status. We could have stayed and waited at the hotel instead of waiting at the airport had we known the flight was going to delayed for more than 5 hours. The toilet is too tight, and needs to be cleaned more frequently (every hour). The entertainment screen froze, the touch screen not responding to touch. We were upgraded to comfort, it is more comfortable than regular economy seats.
It was fine. 55 minute flight. No snacks or beverage service offered. Boarding went smoothly and my walker was waiting for me on the jet way.
Great flight with Delta! Boarding was quick and easy, the amenities were solid, and the plane was in great shape. The flight attendants had a fun, lively energy while staying professional. All in all, a smooth trip — even managed to catch up on some rest. Thanks, Delta!
My flight was canceled after being rescheduled for four days canceling my trip. Kayak and everyone affiliated with it I.e the airlines, and just fly have been excruciating to deal with. My trip to visit family had to be canceled as there was no way to make it. I am furious at all of you.
They delayed our flight because of bad weather in NY which was completely understandable. Then they cancelled our flight and a later flight that evening. The earliest we could fly was the next morning. We ended up buying last minute tickets on another airline and made it home slightly delayed but safely that evening. Delta kept saying it was weather related but if that was the case how did we make it back on another airline? The weather in NY was cloudy but not bad.
The plane smelled like a sewer. Multiple passengers complained. It’s a safety and quality issue to clean these planes.
We were delayed 2 hours leaving STL. I had 20 mins from when we landed in SLC terminal A to make it to SLC terminal B. I had to actually run! thankfully I made my flight but 3/4 legs were delayed to some capacity.
