Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. Cons: "The check in and boarding process in Incheon was terrible! My flight ticket was printed and had the wrong name, which the agent at the check in desk did not catch. It was not until I went to the security line when they found a mismatched name. I was asked to go through security THREE TIMES. And then at the gate, I was supposedly "randomly selected" for ANOTHER swab/swipe security check. The flight itself was uncomfortable. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people seated on the flight. The entertainment was the only excellent and recommendable thing about this delta flight."

Cons: "We had delays EVERYWHERE. What is usually a 40 minute flight from Birmingham to Atlanta took an hour & 25 minutes. Once I landed, I had to connect allll the way on the other side of the airport. Once in air, things were fine, just hot. However, due to weather, we had to fly for an additional 45 minutes in the sky. The crew was as nice as they could be in that situation just overall a frustrating."

Cons: "I never received anything about my booking. I went the airport Wednesday morning not knowing if I’d actually fly out. I only had on my Kayak app a trip itinerary. Thankfully I did. In Atlanta I added my Skymiles # to my trip. Upon arrival in Mexico I rec’d a push from Delta about my trip with my Record Locator. Flying home was to depart at 8am. When I rec’d my boarding pass it stated 8:55am. While waiting at my gate Delta sent me a text at 7:30am that my flight would be leaving at 8am. That confused me. Needless to say I was suppose to arrive CVG at 3:49pm, but instead was booked on a flight departing Atlanta at 4:30pm. Plans at home had to changed for Friday evening as I was not arriving at mid-afternoon. Needless to say I’ll probably not book thru Kayak anymore."

Cons: "The seats were the same size as economy. I was disappointed due to fact I traveling with a larger friend and hoped to be comfortable. So much for that idea. The snacks and monitors were limited on each flight. I felt my prices should have as well. I guess this was a learning experience for me. Now I know there is only 1st class and economy."
Cons: "Again a HUGE delay in my flight that would have caused me to miss my connection. This is the 3rd straight Delta trip in 3 months where this has happened and you can't speak with a person on the phone without waiting 2 hours. POOR customer service."

My later/original flight ended up being delayed multiple times (not due to weather) and given no explanation for why."

Willing to assist us if we needed assistance. they got us seated straight away, and we were off, they brought the beverage cart out straight away, offered us a snack of pretzels and a drink. it was pretty quiet on the flight a lot of tired people who just came from an international flight and just wanting to get home. both flights were on time. I haven't one bad thing to say about American Airlines"

I was in an exit row and was smashed to the wall almost the entire trip. I was dissapointed that AA didn't require her to purchase a second seat on what was already an overbooked flight."
