Cons: "With the exception of delays due to thunderstorms all was excellent."
Cons: "The flight was supposed to leave at 9:15pm and didn’t leave until 12:00 am."
Pros: "Crew was super helpful and patient as the flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. Captain kept everyone up to date with whatever was going on."
Cons: "Flight delay impacted a lot of other travel plans. No compensation for long delays"
Pros: "Our flight attendant was the best!"
Cons: "The weather."
Pros: "Crew on flight was very nice. Plane has a lot of space for legs and comfortable seats. We got vouchers and a toothbrush with tooth paste (AT LEAST THAT) for our forced overnight stay."
Cons: "Horrible experience. Plane had an engine issue and ended up being delayed for so many HOURS that we had to sleep in Houston. The organization was a big mess - so poor that we reached the hotel only at 130am while we had to wake up at 4ish am to be at the airport again by 5am."
Pros: "Coach seat in economy. Enough said."
Cons: "In flight entertainment was down for entire flight."
Pros: "United Airlines Flight 202 Left on time. It was a Boeing 777 so it had a lot of room."
Cons: "The flight attendants seemed focused only on the small First Class section and rushed through everything in the Economy Class. They rushed through the "Food Service" and didn't want to answer questions about what is on their menu. The menu was removed from the magazines in our row. Fortunately, we brought our own snacks. The Economy CLass cabin had a terrible odor. It really smelled. Maybe they should clean the plane once in a while. United Airlines ALWAYS has issues with entertainment. You MUST download their App to your cell phone. Then, they allow you to connect to their entertainment system. If you don't, you cannot access WiFi without paying $26 for the flight ... the WiFi access is inconsistent and limiting and doesn't always work so the download doesn't always complete. This was a nine hour flight from Hell. I think I prefer Frontier Airlines. Although the airlines make you pay for everything now, at least you expect some attention and food options and a plane that doesn't smell. It was nauseating. Don't even ask me about the "Miles" that they keep screwing up ... RAY HANANIA"

Pros: "Our family was able to sit together"
Cons: "The flight left late It arrived late and we sat out away from the gate for 15-20 minutes before getting up to the gate to deplane."
Pros: "Boarding process."
Cons: "Everything else besides the boarding process."
Cons: "Was charged $150 for a lap child traveling from us to Mexico. Did not expect this since we called prior to the flight To ask of any fees."
Pros: "Staff are so nice"
Cons: "95% of my united flights are delayed. Today, they overbooked and asked for a volunteer. I did so and was offered a $1,500 compensation. Instead of 8:00, I would arrive at 11:00. I was very excited and patiently waited for the plane to board, so I coulD receive my new flight info. The flight is inevitably delayed, as it always is with this airline: I would have ended up missing my connection, so it seemed to work out well. However, they’re about to close the doors when the agent says “it’s not overbooked anymore” she gave me the option to so either get on that flight and wing it on my layover to find another flight, or go to Newark. But I needed to make a decision at that moment. The agent revoked the $1,500 because it was no longer overbooked and her demeanor immediately changed from The kind, accommodating agent she was when she needed me to give up my seat. She became short and rude. I got the last available seat because I was the last to board and was forced to check my bag because there was no more room. All because I was willing to change my travel plans. I get to my layover, and the earliest flight I could get would land at midnight with an additional layover. Oh! And the first class seat I was supposed to have on my second leg was not available. All of this was while I was seriously ill— throwing up, just wanting to be home. Honestly, I’ve never liked United. I constantly get over it, because it’s often the less expensive option. At this point, I am so sick of how they treat their customers, and their inability to depart on time. Last time I let them put me through this again."
Pros: "Repairs caused a long delay, they kept us informed but it was a hurry up and wait forever"
Pros: "A pleasant surprise when overbooked flight was announced was that I could give up seat on Chicago to LA flight and get a direct flight Chicago to San Francisco and still make my connection to Santa Rosa. A very nice perk. Everything comfortable on flight."
Cons: "Can’t think of anything. Comfortable flight. Good flight attendents."
Cons: "Flight left 6 hours late with only vague explanations. Simply, "we had to get our equipment in the right places." Attempts to standby on 3 other flights were fruitless and UA airport staff gave no direction or recommendations other than "were sorry.""
Pros: "Friendly crew. Crew was very positive and helpful despite the delay."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 2.5 hr. To use the entertainment you have to download an app, but in order to download the app you have to pay for wifi."
Cons: "Flight delayed by almost 2 hrs"
Pros: "My wife was happy"
Cons: "Fixing my own supper"
Pros: "Watching part of a baseball game at the Chicago airport and reading a book."
Cons: "I did not get to fly to Fargo. I had to drive. all flights were delayed or cancelled."
Pros: "the flight was cancelled!!!"
Pros: "I did not like anything and will not be flying united EVER AGAIN!!!!"
Cons: "The costumer service was bad period!"
Pros: "Plenty of room in the seats"
Cons: "Did' agree with decision of Ua air to include unannounced stop at Rapid City to drop off crew as it was not a part of my scheduling ticket. A bit confusing at the gate w/ looking for flight to Fargo. Had to ask other passengers at gate what was going on."
Cons: "Put me in a later flight and cannot give me accommodations. I am handicapped and they cannot give me accommodations"
Cons: "Everything Worst airline ever I will never fly with them again We chose them because they are the only ones that fly straight to my destination. However, I would rather have a layover than fly with united again! I will be flying with Southwest from now on. Thank you"
Cons: "Purchased a non-stop flight leaving at 530 and arriving at 6:30 pm. After flight was pushed back to 830 pm departure, it was pushed back again to 1130 pm departure and 1230 am arrival. Rebooked through connecting flight and arrived at midnight."
Pros: "The flight was average. Nothing stood out bout what I liked."
Cons: "I didn't like that my seat didn't recline. The temperature was very warm. Boarding took an exceptional amount of time and it was chaotic as we all stood in group lines for long periods of time."
Pros: "Flight was wonderful!"
Cons: "Was flying from LA and the plane got to the Denver airport on time but had to wait 20 mins on the track for a diff plane to leave so our plane had a place to pull up. This made me only have 15 mins to board my connecting flight to Minneapolis. After I rushed to the gate, United told me that they had a smaller plane so 28 people had to take a different flight. How does that happen? The $500 voucher they gave me did not make up for the time I had to fly to Chicago to make another connecting flight to get to Minneapolis. This was my second flight in one weekend as I was flying for an emergency. Both times United switched its gates for the flights last minute so I was scrambling to get to where I needed to go. Never again."
Pros: "I upgraded to a first class seat. The flight attendant was the warmest ray of sunshine I've experienced in a long time. He was so pleasant and kind & attentive. The flight was fantastic."
Pros: "Room for my luggage"
Pros: "Nice comfortable seating."
Cons: "Liked everything"
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding , great crew and. Lean interiors , early arrivals"
Cons: "Had to pay for my meals, middle seating was tight and had to pay extra for aisle or window seats. I loved you and I did before but the extra fees just to maintain regular comfort is a little disappointing"
Pros: "Thanks. On time. No problems"
Pros: "Crew was polite."
Cons: "We left two hours late. Outlets didn't work. Baggage took 45 minutes."
Cons: "I was two hours delayed from my originating terminal in Denver due to a snow storm overnight. I arrive into Houston two hours late only to re adjust my remaining flights back to Denver. Two days later. What was supposed to be a one day trip to get my kids to spend it with me in Colorado. Is now turning into a three day filled adventure in airports."
Pros: "We had nice flight even so the airplain was full."
Cons: "Not quite.little bit noisy."
Pros: "Lots of room in the seats and for legs. Clean. Friendly staff."
Cons: "That I couldneed watch TV without paying for it. Such a short flight to pay 7.99."
Pros: "Great flight! On time take off, and early landing. Flight attendants were very friendly. I would definitely fly United again!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed more times than I can count & cancelled around midnight. AWFUL!"
Pros: "Very solid crew able to be efficient and courteous."
Cons: "The whole services!"
Cons: "Due to my initial delayed flight I got to O'Hare during a drastically busy time. Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."
Pros: "Economy plus room"
Cons: "The flight was not Swiss as I booked it. It was operated by United. It was over 45 minutes late boarding and over 2 hours late leaving. Tone of people were checking in at the gate and thus didn't pay extra for economy plus. There were loud and inappropriate passengers and the flight crew didn't do anything about them. I will avoid United at all costs the next time I travel...truly."
Pros: "About as comfortable as a trans-pacific flight gets in economy class. Plenty of leg room, great entertainment choices, surprisingly good food - and plenty of it, by the time breakfast came around I was actually too full to eat it!"
Pros: "Flight was n time, boarding was fast and efficient."
