Cons: "Don’t pack people in like sardines! Our seats were so close it was in humane! Also we were in the back of the plane and it was uncomfortably hot! Why are there no individual a/c blowers over each seat!! Because of the heat and the cramped seats had to keep getting up and standing in the back because I was so claustrophobic!! Miserable, miserable, miserable!!!"

Cons: "They cancelled and did nothing to help via 2 hours of phone calls. I was heading to conference and they did nothing In Hong Kong the BA first class service was fabulous and got my travel arranged The idiots on the phone sounded like they had never flown"

Cons: "Inadequate frequency and quality of service by flight attendants, mediocre food, small portions at dinner service, poor responsiveness of seat controls, incredibly poor resolution and small sized video screen in business class. Nothing but candy and pretzels available for snacks between the long time between meal services. No separate jetway for first and business class passengers. Several hour delayed takeoff after boarding due to multiple maintenance issues and equipment failures."

Cons: "Loved the flight however wished the food selection was better in business call. On the way to Mumbai the option and choice was better and tasted good. I was not impressed with selection and taste it could have been better."

Cons: "Horrible lie flat seats with absolutely no stowage room. Seats are super cramped with 8 in a row you feel like being transported in a cattle car. Crew was most decidedly unfriendly. We were boarded on time despite the fact BA knew the flight was delayed and sat at the gate for an hour. Food was equivalent to hospital food. U must be crazy to fly business in BA. Never again."

Flight delayed by an hour Lost our luggage and then gave us the run-around about how we can get it back, when we would receive it, and did not compensate us for anything; ruined our weekend plans Extremely rude steward who, when we were upset about not having food behaved as if we should be grateful just to be in his company This flight was the exact opposite of what I have come to expect and appreciate about BA... Not sure I would ever endorse flying with them again..."

Cons: "BA pulled a fast one on the passengers by first gradually increasing the projected delay, up to 3.5 hours, and then last minute changing the flight status from "delayed by 3.5 hours" to "on time, gate open". They did this without making any announcements on the loudspeaker, or sending any notifications to the passengers. Whoever didn't see the status change on a screen would have missed the flight. The crew must have recognized this (after half of the plane didn't show up), and just decided to wait some more, so our "on time" flight was eventually delayed by 1.5 hours only because the airline couldn't shepherd the passengers together when they were ready to leave."

Cons: "The metal entertainment boxes where your feet go- io am 183cm and the boxes don’t allow me to stretch my legs"

Cons: "Old plane. Poor seat entertainment - TV was terribly old and outdated. No plugins at the seats. Seats were smaller than most economy seats. Food was pretty poor, and drinks were very small and not enough for a 10hour flight. Expected A LOT more from British Airways. This flight was poorer standard than many low cost flights. We have done a lot of traveling overseas and this was one of the worse flights."

Cons: "The flight was to Heathrow which was not prepared to accept us at all. We waited 45 minutes in passport control. I expect BA to make sure the port of destination is prepared to receive its passengers"

Pros: "The flight was great. Business class is the way to go if it’s in your budget. However, the British Airways photos of business class does not quite reflect reality. It’s just a regular seat with more leg room."

Pros: "The personnel were most helpful, pleasant, and reassuring when I discovered I had left something on the plane. It was found and returned to me quite promptly and my continued flight was rebooked with the minimum of fuss (and embarrassment). Everyone was wonderful."

Pros: "We could tell upon boarding that the crew was focused on making our fight of 10 hours as pleasant as they could. They got along well together, which aided in providing excellent coordinated care to the passengers. Not an hour passed without being offered food, drinks, snacks, drinks, and more food. Even a time delay at take off due of a passenger leaving passport in the terminal was made up mid flight, for an ontime arrival in SFO. Would definitely look to British Airways for my next European trip."

Cons: "The aircraft was unbearably hot - crew member in rear economy member said it was 42 degrees at one point. Took almost 2 hours to get the back of the plane (where I was sitting) down to 27 degrees. Understand that temperature can only be reduced in small increments but why was the temperature on board allowed to get to 42 degrees prior to boarding?? The crew were brilliant, and hats off to them for working in such difficult conditions."

Cons: "it was a 3 hr flight and all the food and drink you had to buy i would of thought they would of gave u something to snack on we sat at terminal for about a hr because they had to load a piece of equipment a certian way for it to b safe to fly (pilots explaintion) poor planing"

Cons: "Their own employees didn't know that the flight was delayed, though their app had sent out a notice, and they refused to let me go through security, having already given away my seat more than an hour before the flight actually left. Then they refused to admit responsibility and do anything to help except to continue to put us on standby on their own full flights, knowing we wouldn't be able to get on one of those flights for at least a few days. They did finally give us a hotel for just one night and that was only after we kept reminding them that this was all their fault."

Pros: "From London to Seattle we were upgraded from Premium Economy to First Class! Beautiful experience for our travel weary family of 4! Could not have been better - food/ drink/ comfort/ service all excellent! So this is how the other half lives!"

Cons: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."

Cons: "The plane is not comfortable. Especially the number of toilets is very small: only 1 (ONE) on each side in the touristic part. And it is on the flight London-Las Vegas (10 hours)! One has to go for taking some drink himself. Not enough drinking was suggested during the flight. The screen is very bad. No real choice of movies."

Pros: "I used to think that British Airways was one of the classier emails. Unfortunately, they have become thoroughly mediocre. The meal was one of the very worst I've ever had on an airplane, entertainment system antiquated, no email, poor ventilation with no individual air outlet. Heathrow is an airport to be avoided if at all possible."

Cons: "Then I could not catch my London-Chicago Flight, so they put me on a Barcelona Charlotte AA flight and then Charlotte Chicago flight, which I had to run through customs to catch. But may luggage didn't make it. Overall it was one of those terrible experiences"
