Cons: "It was actually quite good, Delta is by far the airline to use compared with the other airlines."

Pros: "Delta is doing such a good job keeping people spread out, keeping masks on, and giving wipes and hand sanitizer out. They gave snacks in individual baggies with hand sanitizer. I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken."

I understand that was beyond Delta's control, except for the fact that its Atlanta hub is grossly overused. But my connecting flight in Atlanta was canceled, and its "dedicated" phone line to re-book the flight was completely unresponsive. The employees in Atlanta were, as they usually are, surly, and myself and fellow passengers had to wait on line for hours in the wee hours of the morning to be re-booked. Oh, and Delta lost my suitcase in Las Vegas, with all my clothes and a business file, and it has not been located."

I didn’t get on the plane for west jet because I am already in London. I also have a screen shot that shows me that my flight details were for Friday however another email shows me that it’s for Monday. Pros: "We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. Cons: "I purchased the earliest flight of the day from Vegas to Los Angeles so I could be in LA by 11am so I could attend the 1pm Dodger game at dodger stadium... ( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

Pros: "The Ticket agent was very helpful and friendly. The air crew and Flight Attendants were very nice and helpful. The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Cons: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."

Cons: "only food was "cookies" and no variety. Other airlines give at least a choice of the "free" foods."

Cons: "Nickeling and dimming by the airline -- extra fee for baggage checked -- by the way, airline broke the suitcase; very slow in Las Vegas to get the bags to the right carousel. -- took an extra 45 minutes because airline kept changing carousels. I' m frustrated wit the airline's reservations for seats -- none unless you pay extra. Flying (especially with American Airlines) used to be a pleasant experience. Now it is very hectic -- no reserved seats, cramped seats, little/ no food. I'll drive from now on."

Pros: "So there was a lot of turbulence because of storms and we ended up in a holding pattern over the airport and then stuck on the tarmac when we landed. The captain and crew were very professional, offering us all the information available and explain current plans. It wasn't the best flight ever but the people handled it professionally and clearly."

Cons: "boarding is awful. People having to practically crawl over each other. Some trying to get into their seat, some have to go further, clogs if people trying to get their carry on overhead. AWFUL! WHY CANT YOU LOAD THE PLANE BACK TO FRONT!"

My wife is 5'4" &120 lbs and found her seat uncomfortable...we were also sitting in comfort seats. It is 2016, please stop the madness of having coast to coast flights with no entertainment available."

Cons: "Bathroom didn't work, flight late, no air conditioner, rude staff"

Pros: "I slept the whole way!"

Cons: "Because I arrived 40min before my flight was scheduled to leave the kiosk wouldn't print my boarding pass. I was forced to stand in a line that took 18min for a customer service representative. I was then told I couldn't board my flight. I was then put on standby for a flight that would leave two hours later. I went through security it only took 10min because it was 8am on a Saturday morning in LAS VEGAS. I was through security and my original flight still hadn't left. If the kiosk had just printed my ticket I would have made my flight with plenty of time."

Pros: "The crew was top notch. Friendly engaging"
Cons: "I'm not sure but yet again we had to sit for 30 mins before taxing to the terminal."

Cons: "When you book BA and end up with Iberia, that’s definitely not what you want..."

Cons: "My checked bag did not make it to London, and it’s really affected my short stay which requires a lot of traveling around England."

Cons: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Cons: "Do the checking before not 15 min before the departure"

Cons: "Delayed by an hour due to inbound delay, causing a knock-on delay with plane maintenance. While fairly comfortably seated and offered water, this still was somewhat unpleasant especially after a long-haul from Havana"

Cons: "Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Cons: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."

Cons: "Unless you paid you do not even get a seat assigned until you get to the airport. No food or even drink unless you pay."

Cons: "The fact that all the passengers boarding in "group 3" were forced to check in their carry-on bags if they did not fit under the seat; and retrieve those at the baggage claim area (not right after exiting the airplane) In my case I was able to store my carryon under the seat in front of me after pleading to the crew and gate members to let me try because of my connecting flights. There is no complimentary food service, even water is charged."

Cons: "I stopped at the Iberia check-in at Barajas in Madrid. They sent me to BA check-in, where I waited 45 minutes to find out that I should be at Iberia check-in. Then, Iberia check-in had to send me to last minute clerk or I would have missed my flight. Last minute check-in ended up being the same place and same clerk I began with."

Cons: "A porter checked our bags at the gate without asking us whether we were traveling beyond London, so the bags were never transferred to the transatlantic flight nor did they arrive in SF. It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."

I will never fly Iberia again and will be lodging a formal complaint."
