Cons: The seats were miserable! Minimal padding, barely enough room for my legs. The angle of the back of the seat was extremely painful. I ended up with a crick in my neck!

Cons: Flights were not on time and cancelled. We ended up not traveling at all due to the issues with the airline.

Pros: I won 5,000 free miles so that was a plus, and also I enjoyed the young lady that entertained use from Houston to California, she was very entertaining.

Cons: Agent refused to let me and my children board because he said he did not see us in line 45 min prior to flight. So refused to board us even though we were standing there. Charged us $99 per ticket to rebook for next day.

Cons: Literally everything. It was my first and last time on spirit.. They seats were like folding chairs bolted to the ground and didn't recline. They made usthrow away our water that we bought at the airport and then charged $3 on the plane. Hidden fees everywhere. F this airline.

Cons: Worst experience ever. Company lied about reason for cancellation so they did not have to comp the travelers. We had to pay out of our own pocket the stay for 2 additional days until we got the same direct flight back home.
