Worst food I’ve ever had on any airline. Worse even than box lunches I used to get on military “space-A” flights. This was my first international flight “post COVID,” and I earnestly hope this is an exception and not the rule, or I doubt I’ll keep Lufthansa as my first choice for transatlantic travel.

Smooth flight, pleasant crew, food was ok, our seat didn’t have a throw up bag when we needed one.

Carry-on restrictions are stringent not allowing carry-on sizes suitcase we have brought on many other flights, boarding is disorganized and slow and delays this causes combined with too short of layovers to allow passengers and luggage to make connecting flight causes extremely rushed connections where all of our checked bags did not make it onto flight back to the US

The flight attendants were quite abrupt with answers to legitimate questions. The flight was okay, i.e., the flight was smooth,

Transit in Munich airport was terrible, staff is rude! Sitting on row 53 was bad the food was not enough.

Horrible customer service.

Meal was very poor

The person in the seat next to mine had an INOPERABLE ENTERTAINMENT SCREEN FOR THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. The crew was constantly racing back & forth up and down the aisles bashing into chairs, people, what ever... because the aisles were SO TINY."

A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

A full flight no problems on flight, surprisingly crowded

Flight was delayed nearly five hours. Would have missed my connection despite having a 2.5hr layover originally. Austin to Philadelphia just is not a route that has many back up options if there is a problem. I will avoid Austin at all costs going forward. Please be aware if you have connections in Austin that they don’t fly to all locations on every day. So if you miss one……you might be stuck in Austin for a day or two. STAY AWAY FROM AUSTIN.

On time departure and arrival.

Given Covid protocols, it is still baffling to me how these planes can be so overcrowded. But the flight in general was okay.

Lo que fue horrible, el olor, los pasajeros haciendo fila al lado de mi asiento todo el tiempo, sin poder descansar o estar tranquila. Comprendo que pueden haber descompuestos en el avión y cambiarlo por otro pero al menos al re asignar asientos deberían ver los lugares iniciales que tenía cada uno y no dejar a quienes habían solicitado con anticipación los primeros en el último, literalmente en los últimos puestos. Además la comida es bastante mala."

The armrests were truly uncomfortable! Very cramped. My feet and knees were hurting. My backpack took all the tiny under seat space unlike the previous two flights. I did my best to sleep through the turbulence.

All paperwork was checked during check only to be told at the gate that we needed a "blue sticker" which no one had before we could get on the plane. I will never fly United again...rude, disorganized, horrible inflight service."

Cons: "I specifically bought carry on luggage that meets the standards so that I would not have to go baggage claim as it would weigh heavily on my schedule. As I stood in line and noticed all of the huge "carry on" bags more than 2 I was astounded when the flight attendant said my carry on would have to be loaded with the other luggage. When I offered my rebuke she scolded me and said the luggage would be there before me....how the hell is that supposed to happen? To make matter worse the flight "attendants" stopped serving half way and when they started again I got trapped by the bathroom and did not get back to my seat in time to enjoy a beverage....not that I was offered one."
Pros: "Very nice crew who were attentive and friendly."
Cons: "Waiting 5 hours for this flight, after a very long overseas flight just about did me in. Wish they had more than one or two flights a day from Denver to Spokane."

Cons: "Flight back was delayed due to a comedy of errors with Bahama over uploading potable water."

Cons: "Terrible. Flight was delayed by an hour. Gate was changed. Only reason I found out was because of email updates. It wasn't announced over the speaker. Although "comping" a film was a nice gesture, it would have been nice if the films started from the beginning. So it was basically pointless. Woman who sat next to me was a train wreck. When the snack/drink carts came around, I asked for a drink it was completely flat and disgusting. Just an overall terrible experience."
Pros: "The staff and crew were great."
Cons: "I flew round trip to Bangkok from Chicago last year for $460. Why does one way from Fargo N.D. To Green Bay, WI cost $480?! My flight said it was late on the screen (6:40) but actually flew on time. I think a kid missed his flight because of it. My connecting flight in Chicago was way too tight because of a LONG delay waiting to unboard. Had to run, yes run through ORD to get to terminal 2 from 1 within minutes to catch my flight. It was too stressfu and expensive."
Pros: "The crew members were polite and very helpful. I liked the fact that they took their time to solve other passangers problems."
Cons: "No entertainment at all!! 3 hour flight"
Pros: "Our departure was delayed by a pump problem of some kind. Then the pilot aborted a takeoff because of another error. Needless to say, we were a bit nervous."

Cons: "Yeah, it was a bit frustrating trying to rush and hustle from gate to gate with how many times they changed the location!!"
Pros: "Delays seem to be frequent with united and the staff is always in a bad mood. Will not fly again with them, I flew one leg on a different airline so I wouldn't miss my international connection as they wanted to delay 6 hours!!!"
Pros: "Typical airline experience. I would rate 90% of my flights the same way."
Cons: "Seats are always to close together for me st six foot three and I hate the serious upsell to pay extra for a slightly larger seat."

Cons: "I paid for first class and It was the worst flight I have ever been on, sat in the plane at the gate for over an hour with a huge women that was brought up to1st class from economy, she smelled, she was a lush. There was a child that did not quit crying the entire flight, I could not get off the plane fast enough, there was nothing1st class about the flight, we needed fuel after we boarded, then it was a cargo issue,and then it was airport, we should not have been on the plane until the plane was ready for flight.very poor planning you should be embarrassed about the flight."

Pros: "Pretty typical domestic flight. The crew on this flight definitely seemed tired and "over it". The one attendant stood blankly, staring off to the back of the plane robotically going through the safety. Far cry from the staff on my previous 10+ hour flight from Munich."
Cons: "No free entertainment whatsoever, and even though the screen reads that flights under 2 hours are $5.99, and our flight was a few minutes under 2 hours, the price was still the regular $7.99. Not worth it."
Cons: "It was so cold on this flight. Like ice cold. It wasn't just me, I traveled with 3 other people who were spread out on the plane and all of them noted the sub zero temperatures."
Pros: "Nothing was good about this flight."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for almost 3 hours for no good reason. The airline decided to assign a different aircraft, that's the only reason why. My husband had to go to work at 8am. We were supposed to land at 1am, instead we got home after 4am. On top of that Chicago airport had nothing open, only a Starbucks and we were starving. We also had a dog with us and he needed to have a bathrooms break due to the delay. Well we were told security was closed so if we excited the airport we wouldn't be able to come back in. So we went to the in-airport dog relief area, but a man that didn't speak English was cleaning it and told us it was closed. So what was our poor dog supposed to do in this horrible flight delay situation? It's just cruel."
