I loved the food. The veggie option was delicious. I also appreciate the sense of sustainability with Airline's choice of packaging. Hosteses were super friendly and courtous. I also appreciate that checked luggage was included with the airfare. The entertainment portal could see some improvements. The touch screen responsiveness in Solitaire game was poor and it doesn't seem to be hardware related as other screen functions were just fine. It was hard to move cards between piles and system skipped cards from the deck. Also, there was no option for winnable vs random draw. Sudoku was cumbersome regarding touch screen, too. In addition, the difference between medium and difficult levels in Sudoku was huge. Medium was actually too easy.
This was my return flight and it was 100% different than my out bound. Better seats and great food for sure. As i was disappointed last time but this time they made up for it
Flight was good but the passport control in airport for outbound passengers was a mess, fortunately they pulled passengers making connections to this flight for expedited processing so we made the connection.
Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.

Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
Really like this airline. Best food for airlines and comfortable seats and attentive staff. Delay was due to air traffic.

Very difficult to clearly hear the dialogue on videos due to airplane engine sound. Flying to Copenhagen audio was very clear. Food was excellent. Returning flight--Lunch and breakfast food was the worst I've experienced. Audio was terrible. Why the difference?
Travelling coach, comfort is all in one's perspective. Movie choices were great. Food was OK. Flight crew were pleasant. Tip: If they come through asking if you want tea or coffee, do not ask for water. They get miffed. So use the call button after they pass through.
This was the worst flight of my life. Economy seat directly behind a premium economy seat with extra recline meant I have about 6 inches between my face and their chair. My seat would not recline at all. I couldn't even use my laptop on the tray table because I had so little room. I was in a casket basically for 10 hours. Completely unacceptable.

I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.
I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.
The only thing that the airport can improve which will help Lufthansa from delay flights is to warn the passengers that are flying to the USA to be earlier to the gate due to the documents check that in our case delayed the flight
SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.
Flight was good, staff members were helpful and energetic, food can be more tasty.
Fast boarding, great entertainment on board, lots of updates from the capitan during the trip, no lost luggage issues
