Pros: I slept. It was amazing. They fed me cheese.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Seats are comfortable
Cons: Shouldn’t have to pay for snacks on trans US flight. And didn’t have entertainment system at dear, had to use phone, tablet

Pros: Flight was safe
Cons: I was not given a seat until about 10 minutes before boarding despite having arrived hours early; the flight was delayed, I was not able to charge my phone despite there being a USB outlet on the seat back (it didn’t work somehow), and no snacks except a cookie

Pros: Crew were helpful
Cons: WiFi went on and off. It charges me twice then rebates one. Frustrating experience.

Pros: The new seats are great - outlets and usb ports that actually work and seats that are comfortable. While I like having the entertainment screens provided, since I had a nice device to watch films, it was very pleasant. A couple of good films were available.
Cons: I don't understand why the people who get seats in the rear of the plane have to board last. Not only do they have the discomfort of waiting to get on the plane and sitting in the back, but there is no room for carry on luggage by the time they get on. It seems like a double whammy.

Cons: Overall good. Only simple drinks. No free food. Clean cabin helpful staff. Overbooked flight. Seat assigned late. On time departure 15 min early arrival. Overall recommend highly

Pros: The crew was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Several USB ports were not working. They also didn’t have any food outside of snacks.

Pros: Quick, efficient, left on time and landed early. Seamless transitions and systems.
Cons: Food/beverages are overpriced.

Pros: Great crew
Cons: At ponta delgada and my bags are no where to be found

Cons: I was not notified that my card was declined and this caused a ton of delays

Cons: The plane was amazingly cramped.

Pros: Crew was friendly. Seats were comfortable. Premium class has lots of legroom.
Cons: The 737-800 restrooms are tiny and cramped. The landing in Boston was a jolt.

Pros: The crew were friendly, and the seating were uncomfortably hard. Seat pitch weren’t as great. Mood lighting were nice.
Cons: More comfortable seat, offer a meal service since it is “transcontinental”.

Pros: Comfortable seats
Cons: We had a delay in departure

Cons: The flight was oversold and my husband did not have a seat assignment. The desk agent was helpful and was able to put us together

Pros: We left on time and arrived early with a smooth landing

Pros: I liked the smooth ride and also the service of the attendants. I also like when the pilots come in and let us know about the weather, where we are flying over and how much longer the flight will take.
Cons: No internet!

Pros: TV monitors for every seat was great. The selections were good and varied.
Cons: We sat in the back of the cabin and the two female flight attendants were talking during the whole 6-hour, red eye flight. Hard to sleep and hard to read to pass the time. Very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Pros: Quick boarding process and comfortable seats with small pockets attached to the big one on the back of the seats (great for small stuff like phone)
Cons: There is no outlet on the back of the seat to charge your electronics, which is pretty much a standard for most airlines nowadays.

Pros: My two-year-old and I were assigned seats in different rows. She weighs under 25 pounds I didn’t want to have to buy a ticket for her in the first place. Obviously I couldn’t have her sit in row behind me. She had to sit on my lap anyway so I paid for an extra seat I couldn’t use. Ridiculous

Pros: Organized crew, on time service, great entertainment choices (and I know enough to bring my own earphones and my smartphone is ok for watching movies), great to have power outlets at the seats (but not enough room to open a laptop), clean lavatory.
Cons: I was asked to rate food and not given a “not applicable” choice. The only food included with the ticket I purchased was a few dry cookies. It’s a 5 1/2 hour flight, I pack a lunch and drag it along with me. Airline seating is notoriously very tight with barely enough space to move the legs and feet. Alaska is no better than the others. It’s a wonder more people don’t suffer stroke from blood clots that develop in the veins of immobile leg muscles.

Pros: When we landed
Cons: Delays. Pricing , pay for every amenity

Pros: Highly recommend premium seating on this flight, 4 extra inches of leg room make a big difference. Delicious food that was decently priced and a large assortment of beverages. Left early and landed early, which was helpful because I had a 44 minute layover between 2 flights.

Pros: This is our main airline, but it was our first time using them to get to an airport to catch an different airline for a transatlantic flight. Time was going to be tight between connections. Because we were flying with their partner airline Icelandic air they were able to check us and our baggage through to the final destination. There were some weather delayed and I am fully convinced we would have missed our connecting flight.

Pros: Crew was wicked nice and helpful.
Cons: The boarding and deboarding process was a struggle. They was lots of unnecessary waiting involved.

Pros: Nice big aircraft for a comfortable flight.
Cons: No complaints!

Pros: Cabin crew was very efficient and helpful. One attendant was able to help me get entertainment app to work by advising me to turn off privacy settings on my phone. Good flight. They had a wheelchair ready for me on landing, not because I requested one but because they noted I had used one to change planes. Really nice
Cons: Couldnt get seat to recline.

Cons: The seats are somewhat comfortable. They don’t have TV screens at each seat, but they do provide them for $10 or you can stream free TV or movies for free thru the Gogo app. Not bad, but would have rather had a screen

Cons: Late departure (and arrival) Apparent equipment issue.

Pros: On time--early even. Planes seemed newer and cleaner than other airlines we usually fly. Friendly attendants. Very fast baggage claim. Despite it being more of a pain to get in and out ofBoston (vs. Manchester), we would fly them again.
Cons: Boarding seems to take longer than other airlines.

Pros: flight was delayed and crew kept us informed at all times with clear explanations
Cons: didn't know about wi-fi entertainment until i was on the flight, and then i couldn't get the app.

Cons: Everything was excellent

Pros: Flight was on time and good amount of leg room.. lots of movie options and free wi-fi & chats onboard
Cons: They ran out of breakfast option on a full flight half way diwn the aisle.

Pros: Seats
Cons: Breakfast

Cons: Food to pricey

Pros: Left on time arrived early. No drama!

Pros: I missed my flight, but staff in Seattle helped me get on the next one with minimal fuss. Not sure if this is always the case, but very pleased with a situation that could have been very stressful.

Cons: Mix up when we landed - had to sit on the tarmac for about half hour before a a slot opened up to park the plane.

Pros: From booking to the actual flight everyone made the process easy.

Pros: Fairly pleasant other than things listed below.
Cons: Seats couldn't recline and had little leg room, no complimentary entertainment, no complimentary food.

Cons: 3 hour delay. No internet on flight working. Little to no food available.

Pros: The crew were friendly and seemed happy.
Cons: The seats didn't recline. We were moved to an over-wing exit, and the seats don't lay back there. In fact, it looked as though none of the seats in Economy could be reclined. This was an awful discovery on an over-night flight. The plane was a Boeing 737-900, which seemed like a new, clean and quiet piece of equipment, but Economy had Recaro seats that were fixed in the upright position. I'll try to avoid this in the future.

Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Cramped seats, chicken sandwich was mediocre, and I would have appreciated a free movie player for the 2 hours delay, but the 75$ will make up for that.

Pros: All flights were on time
Cons: Seat assignments differed from what i had requested. Boarding process was very slow. Seats in planes were very cramped. No entertainment. No snacks other than basic beverage offering. Felt like a cattle car.

Pros: From the check-in to in-flight everyone I met from Alaska Air was friendly, competent and responsive. I was especially grateful that so many people from the airline care about recycling and preserving the environment. That is so rare in airports.
Cons: Entertainment? I was happy to listen to podcasts on my phone and read. I was not particularly interested in paying $10 so I could watch tv or movies. Not a complaint, but also don't ask about my rating for entertainment when you don't really provide it.

Pros: On time boarding, on time departure, frequent updates by captain during flight.
Cons: No "back of seat" TV's. You were given the option to rent a tablrt for the flight but even when doing that, they reclaim it 30-45 minutes before the end of the flight. On a cross-country, non-stop long flight it would be nice to have the TV's at all seats. Also, with the rented tablet, I was unable to track where we were or follow our progress (as we can with the in-seat TV's). Lastly, on a long-flight, they should have been better stocked. During their second trip to offer food for purchase they were sold out of many items - very limited options at that point.

Pros: Got home
Cons: Turned around 20" in flight, and board a new plane. Therefore arrived 2 and 1/2 hrs later than scheduled. As recompense they give a $100 discount on next flight, which will probably never be used as they have so few flights from Boston. Practically not a useful thing for me.

Pros: Nothing. Our trip was changed without notice.
Cons: We originally booked our flight back from Maui because it had a 13 hour layover And we were visiting our friends in Seattle for the day for their housewarming party. Well much to our surprise we get to the airport in Maui to leave and by sure luck because we had to get there early for our rentL car return , realized our flight was boarding in 30 minutes. It got bumped up by 4 hours with absolutely no notification. Also our nice long layover that we had purposely planned was now only 4 hours. So not only did we almost miss our first flight but we had to miss our friends party. We were never notified. I checked my spam mail, junk mail, and regular Mail. Alaska airlines did nothing for us as far as compensation for our aggravation. We usually love using kayak but if this is what will be happening from now on we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Pros: Excellent flight crew

Pros: The seats were very good. The crew was helpful and friendly.
Cons: We had a connection in Detroit. The flight from Seattle to Detroit arrived about 30 minutes late, and we barely made the connection. Apparently Delta had not told the Detroit-Boston flight to wait a few minutes for us. We did make the connection, but we arrived at the gate with no seat assignment (we had been bumped the day before from our original flight because of a mechanical problem) as the plane was loading. Had we missed the flight, we would have had to spend the night in Detroit and go to Boston the next day. Delta should have told the gate agent that we were coming.

Pros: The crew was very professional and polite, my flight attended (blond lady) was very pleasant and very professional. She should be promoter to teach others how to be professional without kiss passenger's a*s.
Cons: Could be better if the check in line employee were be able to sell one way ticket to Boston at 13:20hr , instead I had to purchased round trip just to get at my destination at planned time. Also I had to pay 30 dollars to go get the next flight at 18:59hrs , which was extremely inconvenient.

Pros: Amazing crew!
Cons: NA

Pros: Smooth flight. Crew friendly.
Cons: More leg room

Pros: Friendly crew

Pros: Easy
Cons: Wifi

Pros: Pretty straight forward. Clean. Efficient.

Pros: Middle seat was empty

Cons: This flight was probably great but I was not on it

Cons: Significant delay of departure.

Cons: Made us check our carry ons and there was plenty of space in the cabin overhead comoartments

Pros: The food and drinks were so lovely, it felt like I was in first class rather than the cheapest economy seat. Great entertainment selection and comfortable seat that let me sleep well.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Proper communication

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Delayed and did not explain why

Cons: It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me.

Cons: Flight attendant in First class was visibly frustrated and unfriendly. He was not helping with my simple request for a blanket. Also, the were no food service in first class.

Pros: I like the entertainment on Delta.

Pros: Crew

Cons: I’m still in Los Angeles 10 hours after landing, having missed the connecting flight.

Cons: Wifi didn't work

Pros: Seats are fine. Ordering system is up to date.
Cons: After the first two hours of my flight (which I sleep through) I couldn’t buy a drink a soda or anything.

Pros: individual TVs
Cons: it would be great if you could not use all those one-use plastic cups. waste is a real issue in the US and the solution is using re-usable items like washable cups. Unboarding was a nightmare and it started to get really hot waiting to get off.

Cons: The fact the the toilette was kitty cornered in the mid cabin bathroom is a joke on modern society.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight attendants skipped many rows of people not offering food or beverage. I wasnt sleep so not sure why I wasnt asked did I want a beverage or snack

Cons: Flight was 1,5 hr delayed, which almost caused me to miss my connecting flight

Pros: Crew
Cons: Delays

Cons: WiFi didn't work

Pros: Good seating, great food, good service.

Cons: My kids were asleep when the flight attendant passed the snacks . I asked to get the snack for them and she told me they will have to get it in the back of plane once awake. Didn’t argue but was surprised

Pros: Everyone was great!
Cons: N/A

Pros: This was my daughter’s first solo travel home from college. She said the staff was helpful and kind. She loved that the flight was not over crowded. It was a smooth flight.
Cons: Only negative thing she could say was her flight was delayed an hour. But that isn’t terrible considering all the holiday travelers.

Cons: They upgraded only my husband and split him up with the rest of our family. We were delayed and once we landed we got stuck in an active taxi way just because of poor arrangements from airport staff

Cons: We thought we were flying AirFrance as our emails came from them and were surprised to learn after waiting in the AirFrance baggage drop queue for 30 mins that we were in the wrong place.

Pros: Delta employees exceedingly cordial. food poor to moderate, seating space impossibly small but pillow and blanket were provided
Cons: seats too close from front to back, and not adequately cushioned

Pros: Crew was very kind
Cons: Delta delayed us SEVEN times and I type this as we are rounding our 30th minute waiting to get off the plane at Logan.

Cons: I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

Pros: Excellent gate personnel, spacious and clean plane
Cons: Some crew members were a bit curt

Pros: Flight itself uneventful
Cons: Lateness

Pros: Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears.

Pros: About 10-15 yrs ago I stopped transatlantic flights on Delta. It was a scruffy airline with uninterested cabin crew & not to talk of food etc. What a change! Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!
Cons: NOTHING

Pros: Everything
Cons: When plane landed early and waiting on another plane to move so we could get off plane over yhirty minutes waiting

Pros: In-flight entertainment and communication.
Cons: The online reservation had me pick seats for my family, those seats were emailed to me, then when I checked in and got our boarding passes, the seats had changed! Wouldn't have been a big deal, but I had already memorized our seats, so I looked like a moron when I insisted seats that were not ours anymore were ours!

Pros: Courteous crew and smooth flight
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Not much
Cons: Security line, waiting an hour to take off, no time for drink service. Awful flight

Pros: Food available was good.
Cons: Very tight space- could not reach floor when person in front of me moved seat into recline position. Could not get out of seat to go to bathroom when my seat mates were sleeping. Tough to load- tight spaces.

Pros: The crew was really friendly and helpful. The plane was really clean
Cons: The boarding process was too long, there was a lot of people. It was kinda a mess. The sit assignment for people who didn't have sit assign was slow.

Cons: The plane was delayed by more than 3 hours due to "weather problems" earlier in the day. Delta did not permit re-booking to flights that left JFK for Boston earlier, even tho there seats available, instead insisting that we had to wait for our assigned flight. Small snacks (regular Coke, no Diet) did not really compensate well.

Pros: We flew a plane that had 2 row seats. I booked that for my daughter and me as well as seats ahead of an exit so we would have no one behind as. Great seats and they reclined quitea bit. We were very pleased.

Pros: It was comfortable
Cons: Everything was good

Pros: I like that all the chairs have working electric charger. Other airlines probably have this but it is important for me and they have this.

Cons: The Terminal in Chicago had no open amenities and overcrowded.

Pros: Everything about my trip was exceptional!

Cons: Entertainment system nor working properly. 40 minute flight delay due to minor cabin seat malfunction.

Pros: Nothing special good or bad
Cons: My seat did not recline properly and had to sit upright throughout the flight, so was less comfortable.

Cons: We need food

Pros: yes
Cons: nothing

Pros: I had a great seat
Cons: Attention to detail by the gate attendant who totally missed that I was boarding the wrong flight

Cons: Leave a seat empty in the middle could be good for social distancing

Cons: Foood

Pros: The crew was nice
Cons: American has been overbooking flights, doesn't respect social distancing, not true that the middle seat is empty, the person next to me coughed frequently, and since it was a FULL flight, I couldn't get another seat!, never again American

Pros: Very timely and efficient
Cons: Seats are really small

Pros: The flight was much awesome
Cons: The Frodo add more food please

Cons: How come I always have a beautiful and talented flight attendant? She was perfect!

Pros: Free entertainment and snack. Customer service was great with my bags and had options for picking up and delivering
Cons: My bags were not there when I landed

Pros: Flight diverted. Poor communication
Cons: Realistically explain options of what may happen due to weather issues

Pros: I was pleased there was entertainment for a short flight.
Cons: My original flight was cancelled and I could only be booked onto one the following day, causing me to miss a good portion of my dear friend's wedding festivities. I am pretty bummed to have paid the amount for a Friday flight only to be able to arrive on Saturday.

Pros: Ne’er front of plane for easy on/off. Payed extra for extra leg room.
Cons: Flight attendants were overworked on a full flight.

Cons: We were delayed at the gate after getting on the plane. While the crew was communicative it would have been better if we were alerted before boarding

Pros: New gates at Philadelphia are beautiful but are hard to get in and out of and the design almost forces people into the hallway which clogs up pedestrian traffic down the corridor
Cons: There were no announcements at the gate. So it was very disorganized and people were frustrated I had purchased some fried breakfast rice at the gate and it came in a bag. The woman at the gat told me I had too many bags. It’s not a bag lady. It’s fried rice. She was not friendly. At least smile when you tell me to combine my takeout bag and my very small cross-body bag that is barely big enough to hold my Iphone. Most of the announcements in flight were muffled and hard to hear. The safety speech was really quite terrible. I think someone was torturing her to do it. It was really quite painful to listen to.....

Pros: Great crew again, basic aircraft but comfortable economy seats.

Pros: Despite getting no updates, our flight itinerary was changed from a 3.30pm flight to a 9.20pm flight. Unfortunately this was after landing from Milan at 1.30 with two small children so we had already had a very long day. We absolutely never would have booked this flight itinerary had we known of the change.
Cons: I am beyond stunned that our flight itinerary was changed from 3.30pm to 9.20pm with no notification. This is absolutely unreasonable and inexcusable made even worse that we had already had a very long journey from Milan to JFK with two small children. Evidently the issue was that we booked via a 3rd party off the kayak site and not directly with British airways. When American airways changed the flight from 3.30 to 3.25, the 3rd party company failed to file for our updated itinerary so British air/American air bumped us to the next flight at 9.20pm. We have long been loyal to kayak feeling it provides the best breadth of options and good pricing. Now we may use kayak to see all the options but I can’t booking directly with kayak anymore after this complete disaster. We ended up renting a car and driving from jfk to Boston, getting home 23 hours after our journey had started, stressed, beyond exhausted and now have to return the rental car. Thanks kayak.

Pros: The crew was very kind.
Cons: There was an issue where someone had boarded and somehow taken my seat. I was asked to wait until the very end and then allowed in my seat once the passenger in my designated seat was asked to deboard the plane. I don't know how that could have happened.

Pros: Or some attitude re-adjustment. I usually observe rude passengers acting the way some of the stewards were acting.
Cons: Rude staff

Pros: I got to Boston safely and the pilot and attendants did their best jobs. Also my luggage arrived in a timely manner.
Cons: Your seats are too small even for a relatively small person. You should hire more flight attendants so that they are more available to help customers. We should be fed on flights of 6 hours long. American treats us like chattel and make flying unappealing.

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Everything. Flights canceled due to "weather" but every other airline was flying to these locations and the customer service experience was miserable at best.

Cons: flight kept getting changed from delayed to on time then we finally get on the runway and have to shut the engines down and we were told that we would have to wait there for an hour

Pros: Comfortable flight. Great communication from pilots, and the service was great.
Cons: Very old fashioned plane, with one tv to watch a movie. I don't think I've flown on anything like that since the 90's.

Cons: I specifically never choose American Airlines because whenever I do there are problems. I chose Iberia, not American Airlines and I got switched to it. Sat at the gate for 2 hours after my flight was ALREADY delayed because they didn't load our luggage under the plane correctly and it wasn't safe to fly. I will be calling American Airlines to file a complaint.

Pros: Gate flight updates
Cons: No information on luggage even though they knew luggage was not received in London They could have sent me an update instead of having me wait at carousel for 1:30 hours waiting for my bag to show up

Pros: United airlines canceled a flight last minute that I needed in order to get to my best friends' wedding on time, I usually fly AA but the United flights were slightly cheaper at the time. The options United gave me would have had me missing the wedding, AA had more flights that allowed me to make it in time, considering it was booked 12 hours before take-off, it was decently reasonable and left on time and got in early (imagine that, United). Thank you American Airlines, again!

Cons: The connecting flight was with a partnership airline but I was not notified of this before I got on my flight. When I went to the information desk they had no idea where my flight was, or if it even existed. I had to wait for the Hainan Airlines booths to open for a different flight and then ask them. I waited over an hour in total and was then afraid I would miss my connecting flight.

Pros: The entertainment was updated and refreshing.
Cons: Snacks was only pretzel

Pros: Everyone operated fast and professional
Cons: Nothing

Pros: I made it home.
Cons: No entertainment on the flight, no plugs so my phone died, as I almost missed this flight due to my first leg being late, so I was very bored on this plane.

Cons: We were downgraded from Main Cabin Extra rows 7 and 8 to row 30. We were told that we will get refund automatically. However, we received nothing. Getting a refund back is now becomes a very complicated process with zero transparency. Main Cabin Extra is kind of a scam. We bought it specifically for an extra leg room. However, on the flight from PHX to BOS, all seats in the economy class have the same leg room. The agent explicitly told us that on this plane all seats are the same. So, they offer product they do not have and collect money. Sounds like a scam to me.

Pros: Comfortable flight. Streamlined boarding process
Cons: Outbound flight was delayed by 2 hours because the flight crew that was supposed to fly our flight was delayed relying out of some other airport. Had to get a rental car and ended up reaching my friends place really late. And had an interview early next morning. Not ideal at all.

Cons: Had to book a flight to Providence and then rent a car to drive to Boston since there were no other available flights to Boston today.

Pros: Like the entertainment selection with the gogo app. Just wish there were power outlets to charge my device while watching. Old plane didnt have any
Cons: people suck at boarding and there are too many priority classes (i'm gold)

Pros: - It was on time
Cons: - No food although I was entitled to free snack with my status - Service was inexistant - Premium seat (front row) thanks to my One World status but no space for my legs at all - it would have been better in a normal seat

Pros: Entertainment system has a good selection
Cons: No earphones to listen to the soundtrack on the entertainment system

Cons: Cancelled flight last minute and I was put on another flight hours later; with a 1.5 hour delay too; no credit or voucher provided

Cons: Old plane

Pros: the crew handled the lengthy delay as well as they could, seems like they didn't have any information either which is ridiculous.
Cons: We boarded the plane at 1:30 for a 2:00 flight, there was a filter out in one of the three bathrooms; the option to take a 45 min flight without use of the restrooms was there, we were told to use the restroom if we needed to before the flight so everyone did... then we continued to sit on the ground for two hours. After two hours we were allowed to get off the plane, 20 minutes later back onto the plane, backed away from the gate and then pulled into a different gate and were told to get back off the plane. At this point we were given no info or direction but to go talk to special services if we want to re-book a different flight (sold out until at the earliest 8:15pm). After about an hour they announce they are re-boarding the original plane, takes another 45 minutes to board the plane, then we are told two separate issues caused this lengthy delay one was a filter in the bathroom and the other was a thermostat... seems like very basic standard maintenance issues that could have been avoided with routine checks. We were offered zero compensation, the trip took over 6 hours in all to fly from Philadelphia PA to Boston MA; a trip I could have driven in less time. I continue to have issues with American Airlines and "mechanical" delays, the last flight i was on From Charlotte to Baltimore was delayed an hour due to a strap in the cargo area. I don't understand the logic behind the decisions made to hold the full plane over 5 hours instead of taking a 45 minute flight, but I will say the crew was very apologetic and handled the situation well.

Cons: Wish we had arrived on time we are an hour and a half late

Pros: The crew was upbeat and friendly
Cons: Flight was late, there was no sense of urgency to get the passengers on the plane, it left almost an hour late, no chargers on the plane.

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: Complementary waters atleast and boarding on time

Pros: Nothing everything was smooth
Cons: Nothin g

Pros: Excellent leg room in standard seating. On-time with quick and efficient boarding process.

Pros: Crew was very helpful Everything was on time
Cons: Very bumpy ride (not anyone's fault) Very uncomfortable seats

Pros: Flight staff nice

Pros: Boarding was quick and efficient. The aisle was nice and wide which makes walking to seats easier
Cons: Not the most comfortable seats

Cons: Two hour delay

Pros: Plenty of legroom
Cons: Flight delayed due to plane problems.

Pros: We had a really nice crew.

Pros: Fast boarding, early arrival
Cons: Snack offerings

Pros: Quick flight, arrived ahead of schedule
Cons: The smell

Cons: Seats, snacks

Pros: Boarding was fast. We arrived early.
Cons: It was too cold & they kept turning on the lights (it was a late night flight).

Cons: After 2 hour delay we had to beg for a water and the stewardess brought a tiny cup. Made for a very long night.

Pros: The crew was great. We left on time and arrived on time.
Cons: I wish water was free. That is the only thing I don't like. I understand it's a cheap airline so everything cost extra, which is fine. But come on, water should be free.

Pros: The price of the ticket
Cons: Maybe to add WiFi

Cons: PIE airport does not have a lane for TSA pre-check so be prepared to wait in the long security lines with everyone else.

Pros: Ticket prices are always the best. Even though The flight was delayed by 30 minutes we were only 15 minutes later into the terminal
Cons: The flight was delayed by 30 minutes but we were only 15 minutes later into the terminal

Pros: LEFT EARLY ARRIVED EARLY PERFECT

Pros: On time
Cons: initially assigned to center seat.

Pros: The flight was delayed for almost 4 hrs, but the staff was excellent. From the check-in agent, the gate agent, the flight attendants and pilots - everybody was upbeat and helpful.
Cons: Just the continual delays, but the mobile notices were so helpful in not coming to the airport for a delayed flight. As always, the fact that the seats don’t recline makes the trip more uncomfortable.

Cons: Flight was very late. Have to pay $45 for a carry-on bag. Seats were uncomfortable and have to pay for all snacks and drinks including water.

Pros: Crew was friendly, seats were very tight. Have to pay for water.

Pros: My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!

Pros: Everything the service for breakfast , the interpretation for more information about when you’re in a plane what to do in case something happened and stuff
Cons: They didn’t have a WiFi on for the plan I couldn’t use my phone at all

Pros: Friendly Crew. Staff did expedite our checking bags to make our flight when we asked about our flight that started boarding early and made sure our bags made the flight. Excellent pilots, trip went seamless from wheels up to wheels down.
Cons: Boarding started 30 minutes earlier than first notified as, Long lines to check bags.

Pros: The price was unbeatable, especially if you don't pay for a checked bag, carry-on, or a soda on the flight. Very smooth flight as well.
Cons: The plane interior looks like it was gutted, then fitted with hard, plastic seats. No headrests, no privacy for the flight attendants. Everything costs extra.

Pros: The crew, from start to finish were great. From gate to gate The plane was nice and clean. The phone app was pretty well done also.
Cons: I know you have to make a buck but damn. Peddling food, drink all the charges and the credit card offer during the flight.

Pros: No hassle. No delays.

Cons: Lands in South Terminal of Austin’s airport, meaning you have to shuttle 8 miles to get to main terminal or long term parking. Unbelievable! Very inconvenient...

Pros: Flew 2 different legs with Allegiant, both of which were delayed for maintenance stuff. 2nd leg, we sat in the plane for an hour waiting for a maintenance guy, so my wife went to the bathroom. No toilet paper! When my wife asked about it, she was told "we won't be getting toilet paper for this flight." Inexpensive is one thing, but...dear lord!

Pros: other airline seats are concave, forcing my back in to a painful posture. I'm 5'2", 120 lbs, so I'm not the normal body; but I just can't imagine who finds concave comfortable. Thank you Allegiant for a chair with a more-flat back.
Cons: I was surprised with the carryon fee and wondered if I would have to pay fees to use the toilet. I didn't use it, so I don't know.

Cons: Worst plane trip. I am a bigger girl, and I could not even buckle my seat belt due to the size of the chair. I have never had this issue on any other plane flight. It was incredibly noisy, and rough ride. I will not travel again.

Cons: I flew to my "surprised" 50th bday party with family and to meet more family. The aircraft problems overheated engine, caused us to get out of the plane, move all luggages and wait foe a new plane that also had to be cooled off before reboarding. We were tired and hungry. Missed my bday with family. Very very disappointed.

Pros: Their flights are always delayed. They have some pretty old flights and they always get broke before the take off and they have to do some maintenance before take off. Not going to fly again with them.
Cons: Entire flight experience.

Pros: The idea of a more competitive airfare. New South terminal in Austin is nice. Parking is cheaper. Food truck and outdoor seating are nice.
Cons: No wifi. No entertainment options. You have to pay for snacks and regular drinks- even water.

Cons: I didn't like how the air was turned off before we were allowed to leave the plane. It made it difficult to breathe with my asthma.

Cons: Arrival in Ft Lauderdale... Bags took an hour to get to carrousel. Never were posted on the information. Flight were, as expected, uncomfortable.

Pros: The price
Cons: Everything

Pros: Bring your own snacks & entertainment you will enjoy your flight. Make sure you eat before your flight. Download the Allegiant Air app to your cell phone you will have a Mobile Boarding pass no need to print use your phone.

Cons: The flight was late and we were not given updates until the time we should have been taking off.

Cons: Flight was delayed an hour for "paperwork". Can't be helped by the crew, but an administrative errors are just as bad.

Pros: I sat in the front row so that I had leg room. It was worth the extra 20 bucks.
Cons: No champagne.

Pros: Flight was on time with a very pleasant staff

Pros: Delayed. Boarded. Unboarded. Left sitting when announced 'low fuel'. Claims of weather. Pulled up radar, zero weather to be found!

Pros: Friendly crew. Flight on time
Cons: Felt like sardine in coach. Everything costs $$$

Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Window shade was broken. Seat doesn't recline. Leg room was less than usual. The plane smelled old mildew-y. Overall horrible flight

Pros: very professional and helpful crew, very clean cabin, on time, smooth flight
Cons: it was perfect

Pros: It was a fuller flight, but the airline staff did a great job either making sure there was compartment space or checking people's bags for free. Even with the fuller flight, the boarding process went by really quickly.
Cons: Would have preferred to switch the pretzels out for maybe some salty crackers or chips

Cons: I was charge $24.00 for internet and it was too slow. No meals to purchase

Cons: Cleanliness of airplane. Vents and tray tables were very dirty

Pros: Flight was canceled.

Cons: As my mom explained to me, there was a time in the 1960's when flying was a special experience. The flight attendants were proud to do what they did, and treated people with kindness and civility. That is all gone now. It is an ice cold experience. I feel like cattle.

Cons: The new plane has no usable pouch to put small items in during takeoff and landing - you have to hold everything now, as the cargo net they use barely opens. As hard as the crew hammers you to put things away, having that pouch is handy. Also, we all know we are crammed in too tight.

Pros: Upgraded to First Class so it was great.
Cons: No entertainment unless you download their app and use your personal device. Other airlines do this better.

Cons: It appears united is unable to fly their planes on times, in particular on the East Coast. We were delayed by 90min on each legs

Cons: After we board the plane, we were forced to sit on the tarmac at LAX for 2 hours. I missed the Ferry to Provincetown and it cost me an extra night of hotel in Boston. The food choices were very limited, and the seats are just not comfortable at all!

Pros: I did arrive in Boston, eventually.
Cons: The flight took off approximately 3.5 hours behind schedule and we boarded the flight and waited inside the aircraft for 2.5 hours...why did they do that? The flight attendants were offering water and trying to be as helpful as they could be.... but we're inside the plane, not going anywhere, so not much extra they can do.

Pros: The flight departure was on time and boarding did not seem as challenging to me. Newer aircraft and very friendly crew. Is the friendly skies back?

Pros: Crew
Cons: Lost my baggage

Pros: Large aircraft half to 3/4 full, so boarding and leaving were smooth.
Cons: Flight attendant passed me by when he was collecting food orders. I never had the chance to get food.

Pros: Crew help and service
Cons: Lending was bumpy. , Internet was not Working and no entertainment chenal as well

Pros: That seats next to me were empty so I was able to sleep comfortably.
Cons: That my ears don't work well, so it's hard to hear the movies.

Cons: Flight was full to capacity

Pros: Flight attendants are nice. I picked one of the seats at the end so plenty leg room.
Cons: OK, United, I understand and fully support "no more seat monitor" policy to reduce costs (even though it seems very backward); however, there's one problem--if you still want to enjoy onboard entertainments, you need to download the United application above 10,000 feet where you can never find your 4G connection. Oh wait, but there's still Wi-Fi service, right? Sure, if you are willing to pay $17 just to download application!! United, I understand how you want to make little money out of a customer's pocket, but this is not how you should do it. You should at least allow internet connection before departure or let the customer aware they need to download application beforehand.

Pros: Comfortable seats
Cons: Boarding took a long time in the plane. There was confusion as they had passengers going both ways in the aisle .. this forced several ppl to stand in the aisle a long time. One of the air hostess had a major attitude. For example one passenger who was stuck in the middle of other passengers asked her politely if she could help him put the carry on in an overhead bin near her .. and she responded "I cant help you, you need to put it up yourself sir". Not something one expects. She was also terse with passengers, ordering them in an annoyed tone.

Pros: I didnt know I could only bring one item on board that had to be checked UNDERNEATH the seat in front of me. I didnt have the "right" ticket for over head storage. I had to buy a box for $15 to put my purse in and THEN pay $35 to check my PURSE in! I couldnt check in early. I had to go to the gate to get a seat assignment and then even though my assigned seat was in the 10th row, I then had to line up in groups like Southwest and I guess my punishment for sitting in economy was to wait to board last. I felt like third class boarder on the Titanic. United has become less than a Greyhound bus. They will NEVER be my first choice again! It was HORRIFIC I will go to ANY other airlines before them. P.S. the service at the Houston counter were rude and awful except for Ms. Edwards

Cons: It began going downhill at the United Lounge, where I put two chairs together to get a little sleep since my flight was scheduled to leave at 12:30am. I was summarily woken up and told that it wasn't appropriate to sleep in a lounge. I complained at the front-desk (politely) and was told ... "This is a lounge". Oh and yes, the Wifi wouldn't connect and the food was stale ... so I left, and found a very nice sofa in the concourse. On the flight, service was non-existent, whoever was in the galley was clattering things about, despite the fact that this is a short red-eye flight ... the coffee was awful. The steward forgot to give me my coat and I had to ask twice AFTER we landed and were leaving the plane to get it. By contrast, Lufthansa has daybeds and a special quiet area to snooze, and offer pillows and blankets. Clearly, the Germans are louche compared to Americans.

Pros: Flight was short.
Cons: I was not informed about the delay until after I checked my bag, otherwise I might have chosen another flight. I was informed that though I could possibly change flights, my bag might not. I have the UA app, and did not receive timely notification. Free WIFI would have been nice as a compensation. A 4 hour delay means I miss my bus and extends my travel time significantly, one more night away from home. You did offer $50 of mt next UA flight for the next year, but I don't fly that often. Considering the reason for the delay was they were waiting for a plane was frustrating.

Pros: Very meticulous pilots, very friendly and accommodating cabin crew
Cons: When we made reservations in February we opted for economy plus seating 8C and 8D on an Airbus A320. In June we received notice of a schedule and equipment change to a Boeing 737-300. I was not told or given the option to change seat assignments, and we were assigned middle and window seats 28E and 28F, which were torture, so narrow and almost no legroom. Why weren't we automatically assigned economy plus seats? Adding insult to injury I had to apply for a refund for the seat upgrade, which again should have been automatic. Seeing as how the return flight was code-shared with AirCanada, United did not give us the option to upgrade seating, so I was forced to call United, waited almost 40 minutes so that they could give me the AirCanada booking reference number which then enabled me to upgrade seats via AirCanada's website. Lucky thing too because there weren't many economy plus seats left. I consider myself to be a savvy traveler, but there were too many unknowns and hoops to jump through in order to get proper seating. Plus the extra fees for premier access and baggage are exorbitant. Finally, I bought an egg white flatbread snack which was awful. I don't see how United gets away with this treatment, it certainly doesn't make for an enjoyable experience when vacationing. In fact we are seriously considering not taking any more vacations requiring flying. We're happy that airlines are profitable, but not at the expense of comfort or navigating options that require very sophisticated knowledge.

Pros: I got home safe.
Cons: The customer service was mediocre. The selection of complementary beverage was minimal compared to other airlines. The staff are disgruntled and sometimes rude. There was always some sort of mechanical problems with the plane going to Puerto Plata and coming back. On the way to DR we had to divert to Miami because of problems with Navigation. They made us wait seven hours and gave us a voucher for food at the last minute. People had already bought food. I would not recommend United to none of my associates.

Pros: goos seat
Cons: There was no food what so ever while business got full dinner and the entertainment was very poor

Cons: Wouldn't let me bring my bag even though there was plenty of space.

Pros: There was nothing I liked about the flight
Cons: Layover in New Jersey was horrible. My flight was delayed 4x, and arrived at my destination 4 hours behind schedule. When I asked customer service for more information regarding my flight, the staff was rude, did not offer a resolution or give an explanation for the delay. A little customer service could have went a long way to make the situation better. I am overall not pleased with the customer service I received and was disappointed with the delay. I don't think I will ever fly united again due to the customer service.

Cons: Flight kept being delayed. Gate agents were rude and not helpful. Acted like I was crazy for being worried I would miss connection. After flight was changed 5 times try finally changed my flight and I had to wait 5 hours at airport.

Pros: Flight took off before scheduled departure time.l
Cons: Passengers were rude as they walked down the isle Several times I was hit by a person walking by me without any apologies.

Pros: It was on time and a little early
Cons: I had to pay to watch any movies which I didn't and service was aloof.

Pros: On time in spite of a late start Gate attendants were nice and helpful Comfortable as is possible in economy without spending a lot more money. Food (pretzels and drinks) as good as possible without spending more money. (I remember the good old days when you got much more in seating and food for your money)
Cons: This flight I had a window seat and I felt like I couldn't get up to stretch my legs or use the bathroom. (I am 70 and 4 hours is too long to sit) I usually get an isle seat but ALWAYS have to give up my bag at the gate - my bag which you tell me I can bring ON the plane with me. I do not like having to waste time claiming my bag that you told me I could have with me on the plane. I can pay $25 for that privilege!! The flight attendants always seem like they have their defenses up. One even held up the people trying to board so she could serve a drink to someone in first class. REALLY?? They couldn't wait till the plane was loaded?? I gave this flight a 'good' rating because it was mostly as good as it is going to get with economy passengers needs stripped to the bare minimum.

Pros: On time
Cons: Too tight. $8 sends a little high for the amount of commercials one has to suffer though on the tv

Pros: Not much
Cons: Flight delayed after boarding by 30 + minutes. Snack was not only meager but tasted stale. As my flight from LA was a bit late I didn't really have time to get something to take on the plane. The on board choices were expensive and not at all appealing. Beverage service was only twice. The plane was dirty I had trash in the seat pocket in front of me. The bathroom I used was awful. Trash on the floor toilet was dirty and it smelt bad. It was comparable to a train I took crossing Siberia in the 90,s. My flight to LA was delayed by 51/2 hours. I was given a voucher but after this experience not sure I will ever use it

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: -Jolene at the United check in at the Vancouver airport loves to discriminate -No WiFi on a 5+ hour flight -Old clunky planes -Poor service overall -Noticed employees using their phones constantly instead of helping paying Customers -No leg room -Package on food said snack mix but it only contained pretzels

Pros: Timing
Cons: Seats. Not comfortable at all for long flights.

Pros: Comfortable seats, decent drink options
Cons: Boarded late. There were no seats at the gate so everyone had to just stand around waiting to board. No announcement or apology. Took 25 minutes after we landed for the first bag to come down the chute at baggage claim. My first class dining options were chips, pretzels, or a banana. Short flight but still.

Pros: Flight left and arrived on time. Good service on board.
Cons: For boarding at the gate, attendant scanned boarding passes at one terminal and asked passengers to board next to another terminal across the room. Anyone could have walked onto the plane without a boarding pass, which seems to be a security concern. It felt as if I was seated over the rear wheels of the plane. During taxi and takeoff, there was an irregular bump that made a noise and vibrated the plane every second or so, and sped up as the plane sped up. I was concerned that something was the matter with the tire or wheel.

Pros: Crew was awesome, flight was half empty, and we arrived 30 minutes early. Couldn't have been better

Cons: Delayed then changed gates with five minutes until boarding with the new gate a half a mile away. Then once onboard we were delayed again.

Pros: Was shocked they still offered drinks on such a short and small flight.

Pros: Crew staff went out of his way to find something for my aisle to snack on when the person next to me asked if there was any snacks on the plane. The plane had to be changed for another plane due to a mechanical issue on the first plane, and the new plane had not been stocked with food after it's previous flight, yet the crew member was able to scrounge up some snacks for us! Also got complimentary directtv - nice, but doesn't make up for not getting home in time yet again.
Cons: United sucks. I have flown it maybe 10-12 times in the past 2.5 years, mostly back and forth between Chicago and Boston. I have had only 3 round trip flights go without a hitch. Every other trip was delayed. This time 4 hours on my return flight to Boston due to a plane switch, boarding of a new plane to discover a mechanical issue, deboarding, waiting for a new plane, then boarding and sitting on the ground for another 40 min before we were able to take off. I was delayed 1.5 hours on the way to Chicago due to another plane swap (no joke). Still doesn't top but my worst 5 hour delay in Chicago on the way back to Boston because the captain didn't show up. United is atrocious and is my last choice or any airline. Only fly when I'm absolutely forced to now due to no other reasonable choices. They are below delta, JetBlue, American, southwest, and embarrassingly, spirit as well. Terrible.

Pros: At least there was room to sprawl out and rest.
Cons: We boarded our plane and during preflight check on the runway the captain learned there was mechanical error (in the right engine fuel something). The issue could not be solved and we had to change planes. On the second plane, the captain shared with travelers that "and two loose wires were found, so it's good we caught that and changed planes". What the heck? Shouldn't basic functions be checked before a plane is boarded? What was supposed to be a 1030 red eye, turned out to be a 1 AM bloodshot eye.

Pros: Captain had apologized many times about the delay. I appreciated that. . Crew attitude towards customers were way better than my first leg.( Beijing to Chicago). I wonder why. Boarding took long time. Many people had no overhead bin for their carry on. I don't have one so I Just watched them. They serviced water and a tiny snack. One man asked if they have something to eat. He was given a bigger bag of snack, free, usually he had to pay. I guess its due to the delay. Waited a little longer for luggages. But I was happy I arrived Boston safe before midnight.

Pros: Crew was very friendly.
Cons: Nothing, great flight.

Pros: One of the friendliest and most customer friendly flights I've had in a long time.

Pros: Planes get delayed for all kinds of reasons both in and out f control of the airline. but something the airline does have control over is how it handles the sitsituatioby letting the passengers know their patience is appreciated. We sat on the runway for 2 and a half hours in summer afternoon in Washington DC because of weather in New York. Only once were we offered a small cup of tepid water. Then someone remembered the pets stuck in the cargo hold, and we went back to the gate. After deplaning, we stood at the gate for thirty minutes and weren't given vouchers for refreshments on the concourse nor bottles or at least bottles of water. Finally we were called for boarding, and then 10 minutes after that, the first passenger actually got on. After a second boarding we made it out to the runway... where we sat for another 40 minutes. Keep in mind, this particular plane has no seat outlets nor in seat entertainment systems, so most people had either dead or dying phones at this point, rendering the "complimentary in flight entertainment" available through the United app useless. Once we were finally in air, we weren't comped drinks or Internet or any other amenity offered by United. I've been stuck in situations like this on other airlines, but they worked to provide the barest glimmer of hospitality. Fly the friendly skies? Nah, we'll overcharge you for everything because our business model is unsustainable but our majority shareholders couldn't care less. A Star Alliance Member™.

Pros: Male server was good.
Cons: Flight time was initially pushed back (booked for 11am, schedule change to 230) and then was over 90 minutes late departing. Very little information on the delay: why, when taking off and no apology.

Cons: Arrived well before the recommended 1 hour in advance for the domestic flight. Lines to move through their security wrapped around the terminal on multiple floors. Called customer service for assistance and they reported there was nothing they could do. Reminded them that it is their responsibility to manage these types of issues such as telling passenger to arrive 2 hours ahead if they have been aware of this chronic issue. They told me they had no way of contacting the airline staff at the airport to assist us Completely unprofessional, poor customer care and inefficient. Will not be flying with United out of Newark NJ again. If it weren't for the friendly passenger in line who let us move ahead we would have missed the flight. Just made it before the gate to the aircraft closed.
