I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure
The entire experience from boarding to landing was amazing! The crew were very friendly. Will definitely be back.
Delayed flight, lack of information, boarding process is a mess as is the carryon luggage causing issues when leaving the plane….just a poor experience.
Great flight from Seattle to Phoenix and to Chicago-Midway from Phoenix
It was good from LAX to Phoenix, But the connection in Phoenix to Tulsa was not that great. The staff on both flights were great. The choice of free entertainment was ok nothing to brag about. The 45 min delay because of some electrical issue wasn't great from Phoenix to Tulsa. We sat there with hardly any air, The seat I had was between windows so the side of the plane pushed in on you. My being a bigger man it then made the seating area uncomfortable. The seats on the plane had no power to connect to recharge your phone or anything. I would recommend that they should look into a slot or clamp to hold your phone to enjoy while watching the entertainment choices hands-free. Also make it possible to raise the inner seat by the window be able to raise the arm rest up to make more room for larger people to set more comfortably. I would also say other then that stop price gouging the airfare or nickel and diming everything. Not fair for people having to fly for emergencies and be paying for higher prices due to the season or holidays. Your making your money either way and the cost of flying is still going to be the same regardless if there's 100 people or 200 people.
Flight boarded late after announcing on time boarding. Flight arrived only a little late despite late departure. Had trouble connecting to WiFi
The Southwest experience has definitely taken a dive from its early days. You can no longer deferentiate from other airlines. Air travel is too expensive. Southwest is no longer budget friendly. They have lost me as a loyal customer.
Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.
Flight attendants very hospitable and friendly. Pilot flew a smooth take off and landing.
Boarding was well explained and smooth. The flight was short, so there was no time for snacks. They did offer water or juice, though.
London to Atlanta was good. Atlanta to Phoenix was not. Poor boarding as I had to check my rollerboard even though there was plenty of room in the bins. Crew seemed inexperienced. Sat just off the gate for nearly 30 minutes with no explanation from the pilot while the cabin got hot. I typically have a much better experience with Delta.
Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).
Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, happy and helpful. They tagged our bags and sent us to “bag drop off” but were not very clear about where that was. The airport was busy we headed off in what we thought was the right direction until a gentleman waved us down and actually came after us. He was the baggage handler for Delta and recognized our “deer in the headlights “ look-he brought us to the right area (which was marked as the Southwest Airlines Drop Off) and sent us on our way. Wonderful guy, low key and working with a big smile on his face. Loved it. Loved him.

Was charged for my luggage despite having been on one ticket from an international flight. Too tired to argue after 15 hours on flight. Was charged for rechecking it at JFK airport. Not sure why those off Kenya Airways were required to do that.
Not pleasant. We arrived several hours late and my friend and driver were waiting for me a long time at Tucson airport. At first we had to divert to phoenix due to shitty weather. Well, i guess I can’t fault anyone for that. But then when they refueled , they overfueled and we had to wait even longer for the plane to burn off excess fuel. So someone really screwed up there and should get fired. Human error is really inexcusable.
Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.
Not much food service - comfort + seat wasn’t that comfortable
A220 brakes are grabby and uncomfortable Electric braking is not a good solution for a modern aircraft
The counter service folks didn’t show up until two hours prior to the flight. The check in machines didn’t work, ALL CLOSED. Slow service, few directions. The plane was clean, but the restrooms need work from a space standpoint. I am 5’8” and I had to bend down. Very cramped and I am a thin person. Too bad it’s “profit over people” corporate mentality…
I was very unhappy with the lack of communication from the cockpit. It took close to a half an hour before we took off after the doors were closed, and we got no announcements as to progress. It would be nice to get some acknowledgement of the situation and updates as to when we are taking off.
American Airlines is a great dependable airline, on time arrival and departure with polite crew and staff.
Delayed flight due to maintenance and I have had multiple delayed flights due to maintenance in the last month plus
Movies on my phone are great. It would be nice to have a gluten free snack option.
Seat bottom cushions are not good. I’m 165# & they hurt my butt. Plenty of legroom.
The airplane seats were spacious and comfortable, and the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious like never before. The blankets and toiletries were thoughtfully provided. The captain's navigation was steady and reliable. In short, having flown with Starlux, I won't consider any other airline next time.
The flight crew was rude. We were in first class and no one even offered water until an hour after we were in the air. Horrible experience

just overall disappointing, not a treat to travel these days....paying for Main Cabin Extra was not worth it.
Flight was on time and luggage arrived undamaged. My main complaints revolve around comfort. The seats were very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep as a result. The entertainment offerings were all on the wifi. Who wants to watch a movie on their phone? The flight staff did the best they could with what they had to offer, which was just little snacks and soda, etc. My Delta flight was a much better experience in contrast.
