I DID NOT GO TO HAWAII ON HAWAIIAN AIRLINES. YOU DID NOT INFORM ME THAT BY CHOOSING BASIC ECONOMY, I MIGHT BE REQUIRED TO FLY STANDBY. I AM ELDERLY AS WAS MY COMPANION WHO IS ALSO SEVERELY DISABLED AND THERE WOULD BE NO WAY WE COULD TRAVEL ON STANDBY. THEY TOLD ME THAT ALL OF THE BASIC ECONOMY SEATS HAD BEEN SELECTED BY OTHER PASSENGERS AND WE HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $942 TO GET A SECURED SEAT ON THE PLAN AND, IN SPITE OF THE ADDITIONAL COST, WE WERE NOT ALLOW US TO AMEND OUR TRAVEL PLANS TO EXTEND OUR VACATION. ULTIMATELY, THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. WE WERE OFFERED A REFUND IF WE CANCELED OUR TRIP ALTOGETHER WHICH WE DID. Half of my family members didn’t make it because they involuntary bumped off . And their seats where given away

Hawaiian Airlines staff is always professional & quick & easy check in & boarding process

Really enjoyed their food treats, staff was friendly and they kept our seats together, check in was excellent, boarding passes uploaded to my wallet! I would definitely recommend Hawaiian airlines to friends and family! 🌺

Great service, fast internet, got a lot of work done during the flight.

Cheap food no options for vegans, no entertainment, no snacks. Too much advertisement about their credit card. Next flight will be Delta Airlines.

All in All a great experience. Cost of luggage sucks … first time I ever had to pay for luggage. Otherwise the check in counter was awesome, the gate clerks were great and the Stewards & Esses were the best.

Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end

No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.

Overall a great experience. The starlink internet was amazing addition.
