third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.
It was terrible, I sat next to a person with a cat, I'm allergic to animal dander, my discomfort was extreme
Flight heavily delayed. No food available despite purchasing an upgrade. No in cabin service.
It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK
Staff was absolutely fantastic. There is no WiFi capabilities on this plane, the food isn’t even fit for a dog and the check in process both ways was difficult
Overall it was not that bad! The delay on the second leg to Indianapolis , was really unexpected!!
All in All a great experience. Cost of luggage sucks … first time I ever had to pay for luggage. Otherwise the check in counter was awesome, the gate clerks were great and the Stewards & Esses were the best.
Great staffing. Terrible food. Please do cold sandwiches or salads. the "hot pickets" are terrible.
Love Hawaiian you can’t go wrong, still provides you good drinks and little snack at the end
No tv’s. Had to walk 45 minutes to connect to next flight. Couldn’t get dinner as a result. Ended up eating pretzels until I felt sick.
Liked the staff ! Seats a little uncomfortable for a 9 hour flight. Wife ‘s monitor at her seat didn’t work. Food was disappointing. Snacks were good . Choices of movies and music could have been better.
Overall a great experience. The starlink internet was amazing addition.
They cancelled our flight and one after and then crammed everyone on a late flight. Refused to give us a meal voucher because the delay was less than 3 hours. In the end the delay was 4 hours. No reason was ever given for the cancelled flights. Fly Southwest!
There was mention of a complimentary magazine but none were in the seat pockets. The flight is short so understandable not having food or a snack.
unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.
Flight delayed. Then left much later than new time. 88 year old dad waiting at Kona airport for ages.
