Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.
Nice crew, healthy snacks and drinks available. Flight to Seattle was short and comfortable.
I like flying Alaska Airlines. I think the staff are happy, the plane is comfortable, the entertainment reasonable, the food acceptable.
The flight was good, comfort in the seat was good, drinks were good, entertainment had a large selection to choose from. I really liked the multi function of the tray tables, I hadn't seen that before. My only downside was that I wasn't able to have your snacks. Please have a wheat free option for a snack.
The flight was a disaster. It is a 40 min flight and we waited to the tarmac for well over 90 min with no updates, while the crew tried to reconcile the seating chart of people on the plane to what their phones showed. Terrible communication, systems and experience. I would do almost anything to avoid taking another Alaska flight after the experience last night.
I had a medical incident on the flight. The crew was very responsive and kind, making the situation as "good" as possible. (I believe they were overly cautious, but it's understandable.) My only complaint is that the seats are too small. I was so cramped for so many hours, that it exacerbated my medical incident. I will probably not be able to fly in coach anymore, and cannot afford otherwise, so it looks like flying is a thing of the past for me.
Experience overall was great, we didn’t land upside down like a Delta plane once did. The entertainment section didn’t apply for me, but I put excellent I think anyway.
Attentive, caring. Loved the communication in the app even before boarding and while on plane from pilots.
The agent changed my seat and upgraded me free. The flights are ALWAYS delayed. We sat there almost an hour while the plane was held for 4 passengers. I was then unable to make my connecting flight. This is why I dont fly alaska unless there are no more flights with delta

Flight crew issues delayed my flight by 2 1/2 hours. Causing me to miss my connection.
The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.
The staff was frielndly. The plane was terrible, it was too small and should be decommissioned. There were no back seat screens at all. The only beverages we had a choice from was coffee, tea or water. The only bathroom in the back was behind the flight attendant's jump seat and wasn't working. And I literally felt like I was sitting on top of the guy next to me. It was terribly hot in the plane and we had to sit on the tarmac in Chicago for 1/2 hour due to congestion in Mpls. Wouldn't they have know that before they even boarded us so that we could have sat in comfort in the terminal?
Prior to takeoff, the pilot told us there was a possibility of not being able to land and going to Portland. Well that happened, we took off and then did 8 loops around Spokane before the pilot told us we ran out of fuel and had to go to Portland. So for a 35 minute flight we have now been on the plane for 3 hours (boarded at 6:50 am and landed in Portland at 10:30). Then, we just sat in Portland's airport with no updates of when we can start heading back. All of a sudden, our pilots and crew just left, leaving us stranded in a different city and state. We continued to sit in Portland until we finally got a new crew assigned and boarded the plane (This was from 10:30-2). We then sat on the plane for an additional hour before take off because they had to count us multiple times. We finally landed in Spokane at 3:55 PM. So a flight that should have taken at max an hour took us 10 hours and we missed the majority of the recruiting event we went for.
Staff was great! Kind and cordial! Middle seat row 28 seat B has a hump in it. Trays were getting stuck when putting down and up. Good flight
Yall need to integrate your system with Alaska more efficiently. They booted me off the first flight because of a discrepancy on your end.
Unfortunately, I was put into the middle seat in the first row of premium seating. Sounds nice right? No! that is the worst seat in the plane. I wish I was in economy rather than be in that seat! There is no seat back pocket, no tray table, no charger. Nothing! so unless you're row mates are willing to let you share their basic amenities any flyer should have, you are stuck. It was the worst experience ever! And the flight attendant forgot to take my drink order. I felt like the forgotten flyer.
Delayed and cancelled flights were hard and very stressful, both ways!
The flight was CANCELED!!! Can’t get much more “poor” than that. I had to switch to American Airlines, add another layover and got home in Honolulu 4 hours later than I was supposed to be home. One bright spot was Josh with Alaska Airlines at SFO. He got me on a United Flight that got me home a few hours before I would have. Without him I would have gotten home almost 7 hours after my originally scheduled flight.
Canceled my flight within 24 hours, causing me arriving home midnight. Will never book Hawaiian airlines anymore
The crew was EXTREMELY helpful And sweet and the flight was smooth!
Everything was great and smooth. Given the short flight there was no entertainment but the rating does not give this option. My first flight with Hawaiian was a success all around.
The entire crew had everything handled and truly worked together. More than once, I saw them hustle down the aisle and back just to serve customers.
The flight was great. But the problem is we actually booked a flight with Hawaiian Airlines. We even received a Hawaiian Airlines confirmation number. So this made it really difficult to check in the online. So I had to call Hawaiian Airlines to get our Alaskan Airlines confirmation code to check in. Also weren’t told we were flying on Alaskan, but once we got on the plane, everything went well!
Agents talk too fast over intercom. I know it’s memorized and we’ve all heard it before. Just slow down a little. Stop charging for checked bags. I was pleased to get my bags promptly at each end of my flight.
