Cons: There was a very strong smell of urine in the back of the plane. Unfortunately, I was in the last row (38F). They (IAH) should offer TSA precheck after customs in the "connecting flights" area.

Pros: The gate agent in IAH was efficient and kept cerybody informed of boarding procedures in a professional but lighthearted manner.

Cons: Can’t think of a thing. The plane was on time, service as great. Seats were comfy enough. Good job United!!

Cons: I booked a business class ticket through klm, but it was a delta code share flight. Delta was unable to locate me in their system, and I had to contact klm myself to straighten it out.

Cons: Seats, for a 6'2" passenger, are aggravating on a long flight.

Cons: To pay for movies. Boarding announcements initially confusing . Plz note Sailors are not allowed to wear uniform even on official travel.

Cons: I had picked our seats so that my bday and I could sit next to each other, there and back, and both flights they had changed it so that we weren't sitting together and said they couldn't get us seats together because the flight was full. What's the point of picking seats if they are going to change them?!

Cons: the headphone jack worked on outbound flight but not on the return flight, different sized hole.

Cons: Tablets for entertainment for additional cost. THe most significant point is that nobody can hear the announcements when listening to their tablets.

Pros: From booking to landing, Alaska Airlines treats travelers with courtesy, care, and respect. The cabins and lavatories are clean and well-maintained. I flew premium and the food, entertainment options, and service were on par with a 5-star experience! If I could only fly Alaska Airlines anywhere I would.

Pros: Love the fact Alaskan has a few more inches of leg room. The plane was actually at a good temperature rather than the normal freezing!

Cons: Boarding and disembarking is SO slow at pretty much all airlines. It would be great if SOMEONE would come up with a better plan.

Cons: It should not take 2 hours from touchdown to the terminal. The flight arrived early but by the time the last passenger made it to the terminal, they probably missed their connection.

Pros: Not much. The pilot did try to keep us updated on our 5 hour delay The airline had conflicting rules on getting off the plane while waiting at the gate the pilot said yes, the attendants said no

Cons: Plane was changed, lost all upgrades and assigned a random seat. One of the flight attendant had poor customer skills, was just rude overall.

Cons: One flight attendant a little short with customers or maybe just dry humor, hard to tell. My daughter did not want to talk to him entire trip because of earlier altercation. It would be great if United could put in foot rests in economy and economy.

Pros: ANA Chicago to Tokyo was so awesome. Crew is super courteous and polite. Food is good even economy class. Good headphones were already in front of the seats. ANA is the one that you want to fly!

Cons: Airlines are so cheap nowadays that JetBlue was charging $4 for headphones. Come on! I PAID for that entertainment. It's shameful to be charging for every little thing.

Cons: Self-help ticketing system is not friendly, long lines (50 min) to see a agent. Too cold in the cabin so blanket is not free either. Staff aren't very patient and friendly in Honololulu airport.

Pros: Everything went fairly smoothly from boarding, in-flight and landing. Food was good and the crew was very friendly.

Cons: Not sure if this is in your control but there was a breakdown somewhere with the luggage conveyor and it took so long to receive our baggage; especially for those of us who had arrived at the airport early for departure and checked in early, our baggage was the last to be unloaded and got stuck until the conveyor was fixed.

Cons: Picked seats in 20's but got seat on back and accross from rest rooms. Flight attendants were right behind me and their family's were on the flight and they were loud the hole time talking and laughing in the back or the plane. Also in and out of overhead bumping into me over and over. Also had people bump into me so they could walk by. Totally disrespectful and rude to a lot of the people on board. Also had family in back of plane talking to them and takeing up room and being loud in the rest room in back of plane.

Cons: I had window seats on all flights and was boarded after those in middle/aisle seats 3 out of 4 times. Less legroom in the cheap seats. High whining pitch on speaker during announcements on last leg.

Truly the best airline to fly every time!

Cons: The rude ground crew member named Sabrina. She forced me to remove my TSA approved lock, and could not state what constituted a TSA approved lock. In the 10+ years I've traveled with this lock no one had an issue...until Sabrina came along and forced me to leave my belongings vulnerable to theft.

Pros: I noticed some flight crews did real good jobs as much as they can within limited resource to help sick woman passenger during the flight.

Cons: I understand that all things that happened during the flight is NOT crews fault or they had control of the situations. Here are some I have experienced: 1. Plane took off almost two hour later/delay due mechanical, paper works and refueling problems according to the captain. 2. During the over 5 hours flight, passengers had to suffer almost 3 hours of hard air turbulence. 3. A passenger with medical problem during the flight had to treated by another passenger (doctor) and our plane landed in emergency. The flight was one of the worst I have had so far. I will rethink before choose Alaska next time.

Cons: When there was a ground delay, Desk checkin people should not have said go get something to eat when the flight was delayed an hour. Apparently the captain sped up the departure and me and a whole row of people missed the flight despite sitting in front of them with the plane still at gate.
