My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).

Food was not Good Nuts came very wet & not tasting Good Main course I asked for Steak they got me Chicken because they don’t have more !!!!

It cancelled and we were unable to catch our connecting international flights.

Terrible service - they don’t want to be there and bad food. Entertainment system in economy from the 2000s

It was good overall except from Omaha to Denver when flight a was a repeatedly delayed apparently due to some issue at Denver. Communications could have been handled better. I had to board then deboard with luggage and board again

There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.

The staff was phenomenal. I can’t think of anything that could be better. Will be flying with UA again

I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.

My wallet fell out of my pocket ( my fault). Staff claimed they looked while cleaning. Said they didn't find it, but was actually found in Washington DC on the plane. Which mean either they didn't look or don't do a good job of cleaning. Now I have to pay 27 dollars to get it shipped back and have no wallet for my entire vacation

Mostly excellent. However, many too many gate changes. Connecting flight at ORD changed gate 6 times.

It was my first time flying with Alaska Airlines and it was a pleasure!

DFW notification of changing the gate notice was an inconvenience.

Our gate was changed several times, and the gate agents were just as in the dark as all of us in knowing when our plane would arrive at PHL.

Very long delay at PHL. The old section of terminal F is a disgrace. Take-off was 3.5 hrs late. It was not just the bad weather, but also too many jets occupying too few slots, a very PHL-based problem.,

Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.

It was delayed 5 hours due weather and your app should be rebuilt or disabled. I could not change my original flight on delta so I did it through the delta app. Then rebooked on American once delta cancelled all flights from LGA to PIT on 8/27. American Airlines was fine once the flight took off 5 hours later. I wish my company would find a better provider than kayak.

I will never but. through kayak again. and American Airlines. I will never fly again on. They're both thieves.

Waiting for gate in RDU for more than 20mins is crazy.
