The worst thing was baggage claim. In my return flight I was waiting 90 minutes for my baggage. and when I asked the airport they said it’s the airline. So frustrating after an 8-hour flight.
Business class seats aren't comfortable. Food was not good.
Didn't make announcements during boarding, flight attendant seemed annoyed when I asked for water. Too many hours between flights. Confusing check in at the Lisbon airport.
Chaotic boarding with no announcements. Carry on luggage needs to be checked. Bare minimum zero frill flights. Not a whole lot of anything positive to be said .
It poured rain, our luggage was sitting out in it uncovered on the transport cart while our plane was delayed! Nice business class plane for short flight to Lisbon, but more delay & rain in Lisbon, with terrible Business class seat with no entertainment & cold food on longer flight to London…ALL LUGGAGE AND CLOTHES INSIDE THEM WERE SOAKED THROUGH!!! Could only try with hair dryer to get some drying before quick turn round to train trip.

The crew was great. There was a big guy sitting next to me who was hanging over my side of the armrest the entire time. Maybe some information about "Be considerate of your neighbors, this is tight space, be kind". The breakfast sandwich was not appealing at all.
Kayak let me choose these flights on TAP but then after 2 months, cancelled my flights because they didn't think 90 minutes was enough time for the connection. I notice that neither flight was actually cancelled. Just my reservation. Why let me go through all of that effort to find the right flights for us, only to cancel it from underneath us 2 months later leaving us scrambling to find an alternative?
It was a good experience overall. We were however delayed by over 3 hours due to a security issue with one of the passengers inadvertently leaving a power bank in a luggage she was using as carrying on but then had to be moved int check in due to spacing issues. The airline staff had requested that she checked her bags in, but should have reminded her about removing all hazardous material like her power bank. When she eventually remembered as we were on the plane, we had to turn back and go through security all over again. Hence delaying our takeoff. The incident could have been prevented if staff reminded these passengers to remove their power banks.
Notified as to why there’s a delay with our flight.
Easy short trip from Faro to Cardiff. Exceptional staff. Early landing and straight through airport in 15 minutes from touch down.
I need assistance and I could not fault it at all. I suffer anxiety and I was always put at ease by assistance staff, and the banter was good. On board the staff was so very nice and kind and showed empathy. Thank you to them. It was my first time travelling since I lost my husband and was so grateful to them.
Guide passenger if fhey board from front or back door cause it was a total mess
Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
I didn't know that all connecting flights require online check-in two hours in advance, so I was fined 55 euros. This is a lesson learned.
There isn’t any entertainment. The food and drink was available for a price. I didn’t buy any.
It would be nice to have power to charge phone.
They boarded us but somehow did not manage to record us boarding, so rather than check if we were onboard they removed our bags from the aircraft. I got a call from Ryanair staff in Dublin when I landed in Madiera asking me where I was!!! When I said I was in Madiera I was told what had happened. Our bags were to be sent to Madiera the next day via Manchester, they didn’t arrive. They are now due to arrive two days before we leave. I don’t see myself using Ryanair again unless I am forced to and even then I may just refuse.
After passing through boarding gates we had to wait for 45 minutes in a small space with no place to sit.
I was very happy to see that Lufthansa had direct flights from Frankfurt to Tampa. The pasta dinner was delicious, but the pizza wasn't that good. I suggest a selection of wurst and cheese with crackers or an egg wrap might be more refreshing.
Good food, overall very comfy. The flight was full so obviously not optimal, but it is what it is.
Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.

The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.
Never took the flight due to strikes which happens but there was no timely coordination to find me new flights. I had to call Lufthansa and Kayak support only to be given no good options and a 75% refund. Ended up spending way more for alternative flights that I coordinated myself for a trip I had booked 6 months prior.
Definitely get premium economy on a flight this long if you can. Your legs and while body will thank you.
I upgraded to the business class cabin. It was the poorest business class I have ever experienced. No access to any business lounge in Tampa airport. Seats are not comfortable. I had a window seat and had to step/crawl over the next seat. Food was mediocre and service below average for business class. Bathroom location was ridiculous. No place to wait. I cannot believe I paid this kind of money and will never fly Lufthansa Discover again. They really should reimburse me somehow.
