My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again."

The rest of the flight was quiet, uneventful, and pleasant in part due to their good nature. I cannot have gluten or soy, and I was brought a complimentary bag of potato chips that were gluten free - the one and only time this has happened! I hope to fly with this crew again someday."

The seats lacked cushion. My legs became numb 20 minutes into the flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever experienced."

I waited in line for 2 hours to get on another flight home and the attendant first suggested to fly me to Charlotte then Cleveland where I would arrive a day late after I'd been traveling with my elderly parents for 24 hours. Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. I was displeased."

Had to go to a ticket desk at first departure and third departure points to have them printed, with no explanations given. Also not allowed to choose our seats for the third leg. Food was barely edible. Paid extra for roomier seats on one leg, making it more comfortable, but were extremely tight on another leg which had many empty seats scattered throughout the cabin. Cabin attendants seemed more interested in pushing items that generated revenue than providing the ones that came with the ticket (which is never cheap to begin with)."

The fee for changing flights was more than the tickets were initially but when you cancel it its tough break for us."

They wanted her to go in her bag but they left me alone after i explained and there was no issue on the return flight. I also think a complimentary snack on a 5hr flight is a good idea and can go a log way..."

Cons: "When arriving to the airport it was a bit confusing first finding where to get our connecting flight, that may have been an airport problem. But once we got to the right gate our plane was cancel or re-gated/scheduled three times. We had to walk all over the airport with less and less time to spare to make our flight out. When asking for direction or where to go we could never get a straight answer, it seem as if no one knew where to send us. I felt if I was being herded and hustled on getting a flight home, I had no choice in the matter of getting my flight out. If it wasn't for another passenger flying on the same plane we may have missed our flight all together because she was getting alerts on her phone for changes or updates. Once on the flight the air-condition was linking on one of our seat and we were first told to put a blanket over our head until take off, then we saw some empty seats so we asked to move. Once arriving at Cleveland airport we only discover our luggage had not arrived yet, not only did it not arrive we were told it had not yet left London Hethrow Airport and we would maybe get it in 24 hours. This was a problem because some of our personals we needed were in that luggage and we just had to make due and wait and see. We got our luggage the next day only for me to notice my lock was not on my luggage I do not know if this was taken off or I mistakenly left it off but I really do not think I did but I will check with the hotel to see if I left it there. I have always liked United but this really made me think on who to plan my next trip with later this year. And certainly will do my best to avoid coming through New Jersey. :("

Cons: "Flight was delayed over six hours. No explanation was given as to why and the flight was supposed to arrive at 6:45 and we got in at 12:30. Poor service at the gate and then we got on the plane and sat on the Tarmac for an hour with no explanation again. The air wasn't on and not drinks or snacks were offered for our wait time. a disappointing way to end an otherwise great weekend away."

Her flight was delayed, delayed again, delayed again, and then cancelled. She was flying alone and should have received top priority and been one of the first called up to figure out how to get her to her destination. But that did not happen. She didn't know what to do at first then got in the long line of people and waited her turn. ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HER ONLY OPTION WAS TO FLY OUT ON A LATER FLIGHT TO HOUSTON WHICH WOULD MAKE HER MISS HER CONNECTING FLIGHT ANT THEN STAY THE NIGHT ALONE IN HOUSTON AND WAIT THE ENTIRE NEXT DAY THERE UNTIL 9 THE NEXT NIGHT TO CATCH HER FINAL FLIGHT TO SALT LAKE CITY. I cannot even explain how angry and horrified I was that your airline thought that was acceptable for an unaccompanied minor! Clearly this one option that was offered to her by you was not accepted. Then she calls and a guy tells her he can get her there and is going to book her new flights.....only to get disconnected and never called her back. After that there was no one to be found at the desks for your airline. At this point I had driven back to the airport (spent hours driving and waiting) when a wonderful lady from a different airline helped my daughter out and got her on a different airline. However she had to check her bag due to her seating after all the hard work she put in to not checking her bag."

Cons: "When all of the passengers and crew are at the listed gate well before boarding and the gate is changed to a different terminal it adds a lot of stress to the situation. To the crews credit they did not let it effect their professional attitude. I was highly impressed by the employees of the airline to keep things on time and positive. Overall that made the difference between being a bad experience and becoming one of the best flight experiences I have had in years. This flight crew should be considered an example of how to treat customers well."

I specifically asked on the phone to be moved to an American Airlines flight later that day, and was told that flight would be cancelled. Drove to the airport because I didn't understand how both the flights were cancelled with perfect weather in the departure and destination cities. The people at the airport moved us to the American flight that I was previously told was cancelled. Would have been much easier to do over the phone, but I was lied to on the phone."

Pros: "that i finally got on the flight and we arrived safely"
Cons: "when i got to the airport I was told i did not have a seat and to sit down. i think if you purchase a seat you should have one when you arrive. due to people willing to forfeit their seats I was finally allowed to board the plane but it was after the departure time. I know people can have a bad day and dealing with the public can be challenging but I feel that I could have been treated a little nicer and not demeaning."

Pros: "It was a short flight. The desk attendant in Washington was most accommodating. I always appreciate a smooth landing."
Cons: "The snacks were should have been varied."

Cons: "Our fight was delayed by 1 hour and 15 minutes. We were going to miss our connecting flight in Denver and there was no one at our gate to be able to switch us to Another flight etc. The pilot finally was ready to board the plane abs went to get someone to be able to board! Totally ridiculous!"

Cons: "Boarded on time, but had to sit for 40 minutes waiting for de icing"

Cons: "The reading light was so weak that it was impossible to read."

Pros: "The captain, crew and gate personnel were very friendly and helpful, despite what I think had been a long day for all of them too. I appreciated their efforts to provide drinks for everyone despite the crazy short flight."
Cons: "I was rather annoyed that the inflight video monitors played commercials for the entirety of the flight (almost no one elected to pay $8 for TV on what was supposed to be about a one hour trip). The cabin was obnoxiously bright as a result, and it was difficult to avoid being distracted and irritated by the flickering. United should have those screens turned off unless users pay for them-- it would save valuable energy too, wouldn't it? I was also frustrated that we were delayed a number of times because of mechanical difficulties, but I'm grateful that we took off knowing everything worked. Between the late in-bound crew and the mehanical hold ups, we could have all taken the bus and arrived sooner."

Pros: "The crew were nice enough about it."
Cons: "There was some problem with the inbound aircraft, so we got delayed 4hrs. I should have been there when we took off! The flight was oversold & packed. Theres a surcharge for everything, including TV! But they announced that because of the delay, they would turn them on for everyone. Except they intermittently worked for half od the plane. The wifi was also spotty. Given the poor state of that equptment, I guess I should be happy we got to our destination at all."

Pros: "Generally, I've been satisfied with United flights, but this one tried anyone's patience."

Cons: "The plane was too small I was claosterphoic and there was a guy coughing on me the entire flight."

Pros: "Once we started boarding and were on the plane all personnel were very accommodating and got us to our destination quickly."
Cons: "The amount of delays. The departure and arrival times was a major reason I flew with Frontier to begin with, so without that I have little incentive to fly with Frontier in the future. At the check-in counter it seemed unorganized. The automated check-in machines were not working properly and customers were not helped in an orderly line when I had to check-in at the counter."

Pros: "It was a direct flight."
Cons: "Delayed flight...aaargh"

Pros: "Attendants were competent but casual. Friendly."
Cons: "Boarding should have been back to front. Late both ways because of slow boarding. Being charged for every single thing is not worth the "cheap" price. Advertised prices are just to suck you in then upcharges for everything including seats, carry on, and water, make you feel like a chump because you fell for it. I only fly it because of the direct route but would avoid this line if I can."

Cons: "Don't like the additional carry on fee, had 3 hour plane trouble and had to deboard and wait (which I know things happen but at least could of gave complimentary drink or snack to passengers/children)"

Cons: "The staff was atrocious, the time management was the worst I have ever had expierenced while flying. The staff on the plane was moseying along. I understand they have to be there but after a 7 hour delay we would've liked to see some ambition in getting us home. I could not have been more dissapointed. I should've paid the few extra bucks for a better company."

Cons: "No entertainment on the plane at all. Also no food. We had breakfast that day and that was it. There was no time to get some food during the stopover in denver, so we ate nothing until 9 pm that day. Employees were kind of rude too for no reason."

Pros: "Good flight. Accommodating. Will fly again. Cheap flights"

Pros: "The security line to the Frontier concourse was unbelievably long, and even though Frontier knew this, it insisted on closing the plane door right on time, at 10 minutes before departure, even though 6 non-related passengers were going to miss the flight. If they had kept the door open 2 extra minutes, all 6 passengers would have made the flight. Ultimately, the plane left 10 minutes late, so 20 minutes after the door closed. I've had enough of Frontier's inflexibility and will gladly pay a higher fare for a different airline."

Pros: "The flight was relatively short, and once we boarded we moved out pretty quickly. Bags were delivered quickly as well at the end of the flight"
Cons: "THe flight was delayed by close to two hours, but more surprising was the amount of extraunexpected money we had to spend for basics-close to $30.00 each to "pick" seats, $130.00 each for baggage (yes you have to pay for any luggage beyond one personal item like a purse), money for food, etc. There are not even basics on the lfight such as blankets, and the seats don't recline. Overall, not an airline I would choose again as the "bargain" price turns out to be full of hidden costs that weren't clearly explained upfront"

Cons: "Frontier nickel and dimes you for everything: on top of the ticket price, you must pay for your seats, carry-on, you name it! The seats are horribly uncomfortable--no reclining!"

Pros: "Price and non-stop flight"
Cons: "On a 5 hour flight the drink/food cart was offered only once. On overnight flight the seats did not recline and 2/3 reading lights did not function in my row so I could not read. VERY uncomfortable 4.5 hours."

Pros: "convenient flight times; on time statuses. although it may be somewhat unrelated, I loved booking my first time thru Kayak as another option/adjunct else I probably would not have flown Frontier!"
Cons: "I know it's won't be viewed seriously but I hear a lot of people gripe about it -- no free snacks and beverage."

Pros: "The flight was very smooth, the landing was even smoother. The best part was it was almost 45 minutes shorter than expected!"
Cons: "Did not like the seats. No adjustments at all. Felt like sitting in a narrow lawn chair. I think my smartphone is bigger than the fold Down tray tables that are now used."

Pros: "I haven't flown in about 15 years and was quite surprised by the skill of the pilot and 1st mate during turbulence and landing. The rest of the crew were very friendly and ready to help with anything needed. Online check-in and printing of my boarding pass to make things go faster"
Cons: "The carry on policy. You should get 1 bag besides your purse/briefcase for free."

Cons: "Seats were very uncomfortable and did not recline. Only a 1:45 long flight. Anything longer would have been torture."

Cons: "For a 5 hour flight and an overnight flight. The seat comfort has to be a little better. I was not the only one who struggled with this. A majority of the passengers had similar thoughts."

Cons: "Crew was helpful. Arrived early. Can't rate food or entertainment as there is none. On Fronteir it's easiest to accept the cost of checking a bag because the carry on fee is punitive."

Pros: "The crew was fine, and it's wasn't a horrible flight."

Pros: "Flight was on time leaving and we actually arrived home early the male flight attendant was hilarious he wore a red clown nose and was making everyone laugh really good for the kids"

Cons: "I think the cost of the carry-on bag is to pricey. I would suggest bringing the price down $15.00 or $20.00 less than it's currently price. Another option would be to just based the price with a carry-on included. I think you would get a better response from your customers. Also take the last row off of the plane no window even though you have a window seat."

AFTER purchasing 3 round trip tickets, I found out we had to pay extra for our two carryons, and when I went to select seats, had to pay extra for those, too, if my husband and I wanted to sit with our son. Didn't feel the cost was a good deal after we had to add another $212 to our purchase. I will definitely read reviews before buying tickets again, and try another airline."

Cons: "My luggage filled with Christmas presents for my family was lost. Frontier doesn't even have the capability to scan a checked bag recite to locate a missing bag. They also did not even have a baggage claim counter like all of the other airlines. I had to go up to departures to the ticketing counter. They were not able to me where my bag was. My flight was a direct flight from Denver to Cleveland so I was incredibly surprised my luggage was lost. I had to handle the whole thing myself. I called Denver airport and was told 2 bags didn't make it on my flight. I was told they couldn't verify it was my bag but it "probably" was. I rushed out Christmas morning to the Cleveland airport to get my bag on the flight it was supposed to be on. It wasn't there. I sat in Cleveland airport for 3 hours on Christmas Day. I was told I would be compensated for my troubles from one Frontier worker then when I got my bag and asked about it I was told no. I will NEVER fly with them again. You get what you pay for....cheaper flight with the worst possible customer service."

Pros: "My experience overall has changed for the worse within the last year when traveling via Frontier. I particularly do not like the extra fee to sit in a chair that declines. What happened to declining chairs being the standard?"

Pros: "I read other's reviews about being charged for a carry on; my experience was that I was only charged for checking a bag. It did add an extra $80 to my total expenses but considering how cheap my round trip flight was, it was by no means a problem. The crew on both flights was extremely nice. On both flights we arrived at our destination a little early. I got water at one point and was definitely not charged for it. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be using Frontier Airlines again."

Cons: "I did not like how someone thought it was a terrorist group on our plane due to some actions and the smell of fuel the crew a caption of the plane didn't have the plane thoroughly inspected and to be honest it was one of the scariest flights I ever been especially with my two kids and my wife on board. I have to fly to Florida in March and I don't believe I will fly frontier due to this incident and the price I paid plus my check in attended was very rude. Cons: "I had no idea about their baggage policy and had to pay $45 for a carry on suitcase which in my mind defeats the purpose of carry on. Had I known this I would have chosen a more expensive airline and probably would have saved money."

Cons: "I agree with "the price for the trip does not include that you have to pay for Carry-on, which is an odd expense to passengers since carry on charge would equal up to at least $60 - they are charging the customers for every single thing. Additionally, Frontier isn't a participant of the TS-Pre Check program, which Frontier should advertise."

Cons: "Without question, the seats are too close together. I'm only 6'3" and when sitting straight up, my knees were pressed into the seat in front of me. The seat back was not tall enough to rest my head against it. This was the most uncomfortable flight I've ever taken."

Pros: "It was inexpensive to fly comparatively, the ticket counter made sure I made my flight from Cleveland even with the airport remodeling"
Cons: "The seats due to weight reductions have no accommodations for tall passengers like other airlines. Then again it's a commercial airliner and comfort equals weight and weight equals overhead and money. So the trade-off was expected. The seats could be adjustable for height though."

Pros: "Pilots were awesome, good flight ride. Made it safe."
Cons: "The steward & stewardess' SUCKED. Mean, bitter, angry, made flight intolerable. Need customer service retraining, or maybe they can clean toilets, thats probably a better job for them."
