Kayak could’ve posted the correct gate number. Almost missed my flight.

I wish they had movie screens in the headrests. The seats are much improved, more legroom and recently renovated. Bathroom was clean. Staff was outstanding!!

Staff was far less than helpful at all times. Departure and arrival times mean nothing to Southwest. Extremely disappointed, will never fly with them again, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with all.

My original flight was extremely delayed but I was able to join the standby list for an earlier flight. I was grateful for this feature but I wish I could’ve gotten my standby confirmation sooner.

Glad flight made it out. So many delays due to hurricane. everyone did a great job.

What’s best is they have free 2 check in bags. Unlike budget airlines that knocks you off with fees just for you hand carried bags

The crew was nice. Boarding sucked. Instead of loading from the back to the front people just sat wherever and you had to wait for them to move to get to a seat. And the flight was 30 minutes delayed.

Very good. Exactly what I expected. We did have a slight delay.

The trip was good. Short, uneventful, and can't ask for more than that My one complaint is that I had signed up for wheel chair assist between gates. I fractured my foot/ankle in two places and needed the help. Neither flight did the requested help appear. I ended up walking through both Atlanta and Nashville Airport and was a very unhappy traveler. While I know that it's the airport responsibility for the service, I wish that SW had at least verified that the assistance was there as requested.

I liked that we arrived safely. I did not like how Southwest personnel blamed the boarding delays on wheel chair passengers. If there is a national wheelchair basketball tournament occurring, be ready as a company to respond with appropriate resources to match your cudtomers needs.

No tv. No free wifi. They need to ipgrade these planes - especially on a 2 hour flight.

Flight was delayed for about an hour but overall good experience

Flight team was great and we even arrived ahead of plan!

The boarding agent guy in Lexington on 7/23 that boarded the flights to Atlanta is very rude for working in customer service. I know there were delays but he was dismissive rude and arrogant. Most native Kentucky residents are nice and very cordial he needs to eat a big ole piece of humble pie. I watched him be rude to several people and as much as he could of filled up a delayed flight to save you money and he was so rude to people it was ridiculous. Next no water or snacks on short flights is awful 1st you delay a flight then do not even offer water on the flight.. No thanks I like delta better but I travel ever week and to be treated like this might as well fly American at least they offer water and have better rewards.

Boarding was quick and i made my connection early due to early arrival time

No food or drink, Not much conversation with crew. They didn't come through to check on people. There were no charging stations or wifi to watch movies. It was like being on a bus in the air.

Weather in Atlanta necessitated an hour's hold on the tarmac before we could leave Detroit. The plane was packed, and I expected some surliness. But no! The crew was fantastic (jovial even!), responsive to people's needs, and kept us informed. Consequently, the passengers took the delay in stride, and what could have been an ugly situation turned out to be no more than a minor inconvenience. The crew were the stars here.

My flight was delayed and I got back around 3.5 hours later than expected. I had to get a new connecting flight

Very Very late. Subsequent flights left an hour before ours

Terrible flight Delayed for over an hour without a reason Told all over head storage was full. It was not. Made to check our bags. What a terrible experience. Fly American.
