Boarding process of asking for volunteers to check bags goes against the system you had before with 2 bags checked free. This process is more of a guilt trip than a caring attitude toward the customer. In addition bag-size scrutiny has increased which also slows down the process of boarding. My wife said she will not fly on your airline again unless there is no other option.

Kayak could’ve posted the correct gate number. Almost missed my flight.

I wish they had movie screens in the headrests. The seats are much improved, more legroom and recently renovated. Bathroom was clean. Staff was outstanding!!

Staff was far less than helpful at all times. Departure and arrival times mean nothing to Southwest. Extremely disappointed, will never fly with them again, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with all.

My original flight was extremely delayed but I was able to join the standby list for an earlier flight. I was grateful for this feature but I wish I could’ve gotten my standby confirmation sooner.

Glad flight made it out. So many delays due to hurricane. everyone did a great job.

What’s best is they have free 2 check in bags. Unlike budget airlines that knocks you off with fees just for you hand carried bags

The crew was nice. Boarding sucked. Instead of loading from the back to the front people just sat wherever and you had to wait for them to move to get to a seat. And the flight was 30 minutes delayed.

Very good. Exactly what I expected. We did have a slight delay.

The trip was good. Short, uneventful, and can't ask for more than that My one complaint is that I had signed up for wheel chair assist between gates. I fractured my foot/ankle in two places and needed the help. Neither flight did the requested help appear. I ended up walking through both Atlanta and Nashville Airport and was a very unhappy traveler. While I know that it's the airport responsibility for the service, I wish that SW had at least verified that the assistance was there as requested.

Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.

Could have been on time and not missed my connection

Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.

Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.

Everything went smooth from check in, thru TSA, then boarding, and a smooth flight to ATL.

Very Very late. Subsequent flights left an hour before ours

Terrible flight Delayed for over an hour without a reason Told all over head storage was full. It was not. Made to check our bags. What a terrible experience. Fly American.
