Cons: "It was not clear how the different systems worked for carry on baggage, etc. Boarding is awful as you do not know your gate until the last minute, so if you have questions about your flight you don't know where to go to ask, and then everyone crowds into a queue prior to boarding because they've just leaned where to go, shoving people out of the way. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for everything, so a reasonable fare is really not a good fare at all at the end of the day. I would absolutely NOT recommend this airline to anyone who is from out of country or doesn't travel 20+ times a year as they would not be able to navigate this airline's manipulations to extort extra money out of people."

Cons: "The easyjet app is really not good. I only received updates through Kayk app on my phone about delays that were constantly increasing and decreasing in time. At one point, there was a delay for 1.5 hrs, but suddenly, the delay changed to just 30 minutes. If I hadn't of had my other app, I would have never known. Secondly, the easyjet app didn't save the fact that I had checked in. This caused an issue when I wanted to access my boarding pass getting onto the plane. I tried to see it, but the app said my plane had taken off and so I couldn't access it and therefore, wasn't sure of my seat number. Next time, I'd just appreciate a paper boarding pass because the issues that occur on the phone are too numerous."

The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Pros: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Cons: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."
