I have to change schedule but cannot do it on-line. I ended up purchasing a new ticket. I try to cancel the ticket but cannot do it on-line.

I have to checked my all suitcase out and re-check in again even thought I am transfer. This is horrible!! Nobody informed me, I have to go back to customs and get my suitcase.
They canceled my flight without an email confirmation. I went to the airport to find out it was canceled then to get an email now asking how my flight was when I couldn’t go. It was a pan just to even call about getting seats prior to and they had a hard time finding my itinerary. They even took 210 for th cancelation. Had to book with another airline for following day
Gate changes. Lack of info on gate assignments. Quickly diffusing a group of passengers arguing over where to sit.
When I went to check in they disnt even want to help and were very rude
Nothing much better but just slightly better than the long haul flight
Had to take a shuttle to the plane from the gate and walk up the stairs in the rain

The attendandats in premium cabin were great
Multiple delays; even after boarding. Disembarking was a mess because everyone simply wanted off the plane. Delay resulted in an unexpected influx of travelers into immigration which was an additional delay. Premium seats may be ok for sitting and watching the limited entertainment selections but not designed for sleeping on an overnight flight. Upon landing water fell to the floor in the galley. Once on the ground no flight attendants bothered to dry it up; despite them all giggling when it happened. Seemed quite unprofessional. Can’t say I’d be inclined to book with Norwegian again. The price may be enticing; but you get what you pay for.
It was better than our flight over- which was awful
Flight attendant seemed annoyed. Sat on the runway for 45 minutes upon arrival. Entertainment selection is dismal. “Premium” cabin layout a challenge when seats reclined.
The only good thing was the seat went flat to a bed. Not so for 2 of my neighbors. Tv had 3 pathetic channels. No pillow. Hard, hard seats

For being new planes, they're already a bit dirty and run down.
Price for the flight was nice from NYC - JFK to London for me. Useful to have budget airlines for further distances, if you don't mind missing large chunks of basic amenities. Bathrooms on this flight were more clean and nicer than most flights I've been on too.
I did not like the extremely long and inefficient way they board onto planes. They say they are starting to board and then we waited over 20 minutes just to hear who was going to board first. Then they ask for rows 18-28, leaving out the rows 29-36 or something like that, which created an extremely long and late boarding process. Once they started boarding people it was a giant mess in the waiting area and of course, once people have their ticket scanned, then you continue to wait in a long line past the kiosk for another 10 minutes. Getting Food, drink, and even the Customs Form was really inefficient -- the person with the forms walked quickly down the aisle and missed me because he was looking at the other side and not checking with each aisle like most flight attendents would. I ended up getting my customs form taking it from the drink cart when it was sticking out.

I absolutely hate traveling on this airline and with all the hidden charges realize that they are NOT as budget as one would expect. In this day and age how can one human being pass food or beverage under your nose to the passenger sitting next to you and not have the common courtesy to inquire if you are hungry? It seems odd to serve the "haves" while the "have nots" look on in hunger, the latter group even including children. Surely the better business model and or approach would be an inclusive one. When comparing the additional costs to travel its is far cheaper to take an option whereby luggage and food are included and you are not charged ridiculous amounts for, lets face it microwave meals. The PR for this company is misleading as it does not let the consumer know that this a LOW LOW budget airline and that traditional allowances on long haul flights have been totally obliterated!!!! I have travelled with Norwegian Airlines a total of 3 return flights and have finally had enough, they are an only option at times otherwise the extra 100 dollars for another airline is a pleasure to pay.
Very disappointed in my first longhaul flight on Norwegian Air. Check in staff at Boston was snarly, the food was very average, and the leg room in economy was the least I've ever experienced on an international flight. I am 5 foot three and I do not understand how anyone even a few inches taller than me would not be in imminent danger of developing a blood clot. Horrible. This is a Dreamliner? I only had nightmares.
