Pros: This leg of the flight we were pleased with after buying another ticket to Athens.
Pros: Could not fly due to medical reason and any all the info to last minute. It lasted 13 days and finally got only a refund of taxes. I’ll never use them again and make sure to book with Kayak as I used too.
Cons: I’ve flown Aegean 3 times in the last month and there flights have been late all 3 times.
Pros: Overall service was good. The seats were not as tight, some leg space. On the flight to Athens they served drinks frequently.
Cons: Food served was not that good.
Cons: Charged me $70 and made me check my bag as I was boarding. Had no other option
Pros: The crew was professional. Plenty of space to store my carry on bag overhead. I also like the safety video at the beginning, featuring actors and comedians.

Pros: the plane was comfortable even when full, although there are only two toilets for over 200 people in coach which makes it difficult sometimes
Cons: I used to live in London in the past, and commute with BA routinely, without any considerable issues. With this in mind, I booked this flight through the american site as I now live in the US. Big mistake. Even though I'm still a BA member and I checked in 24 hours prior to departure on the minute, I had no way of choosing a seat, in fact I had to pay to change my assigned emergency exit aisle seat. Secondly, there was a 5,5 hour delay, due to fog, which affected BA but not Easyjet or Aegean flying the same route at the same time, leaving me looking at all the other passengers taking off while I waited at the airport without any notice from my company. This resulted in me getting a debilitating migraine, for which I had to request painkillers on the plane. For anyone who hasn't done this before, despite how helpful the staff are, there's always "procedure" to be followed and papers to be signed before obtaining tylenol. Finally, when I contacted BA customer service to request a refund for this trip, considering if I had booked with any other airline I wouldn't have gone through all that, I was told it was my fault for not carrying painkillers and they "absolutely do not reimburse" such situations involving the weather. All in all, this was the last BA flight I will ever book and I am happy to go back to the US where customer service has an actual meaning and passenger wellbeing is always a priority.

Cons: I was switched seats against my will on board! Although i reserved the seat ahead of time when i got in i was pretty much forced to sit somewhere else. The staff handled the sitution in a very poor manner!

Cons: You sold wrong tickets to customers. I booked economy tickets but I got Econony lite ticket. Had to pay extra charges. You shouldn’t make money to sell lower class tickets as regular.
Pros: The crew on the jet were fine. The entertainment was good too.
Cons: The crew at checkin we’re pretty awful. They were rude and not very helpful. I witnessed 3 customers have poor service in front of me and then they weren’t helpful with me either. The plane changed and I had paid for a seat and I lost my money and the seat I paid for and was never notified.

Cons: There were not enough vegetarian options, so I had only bread, butter, and dessert.

Cons: It was late and missed connection. Had to buy a new tix form Aegean !!!!

Cons: The fact the passenger behind me needed me to sit up straight so he could eat mad me feel bad. I suppose entertainment is not a big thing nowadays with all the choices we have with smart phone's and tablets, so not so much a big deal. But with space itn is a big deaI. I reclined my seat and Icould feel my seat on top of someone's knees. So i sat up and struggled to sleep. I suppose in a sleepy haste I reclined my seat. I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible.

Cons: No snacks, no food, 1 drink. Aegaen airlines gave good from Spain to Athens and back, for a lot less ticket flight.
